They charged me TWICE. Once for a deposit when I made the appt in case I was a no show, then again when I was a "no show." Doesn't make sense, make sure to check your card statements. Didn't bother to call me to ask if I was okay or on my way. Literally tried to scam me by charging me twice, even though they had my deposit in case I was a "no show". I have never been a no show to any appointment in my life, especially not an appointment I waited months for. Tried charging me over $200 for services that I did not receive. So greedy. Will never return.

I avoided it like the plague, especially now, during Covid, so I haven't had my hair cut since moving back to Michigan from Northern California. It's been over 8 months! Today, however, was very different for me. I was referred to Linda and as I drove to the charming Village of Franklin, I was so pleasantly surprised. The salon is cute, quaint, very clean and I felt very safe. The products she uses are like none I have ever seen/used before...The aromas are so natural and pleasing. Linda is a great listener and a true "artist" with hair. I felt truly pampered when I was there and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I left with a great haircut/highlight and felt great. If you are looking for a better salon experience, give Linda a call.
