I typically buy 10 lbs. of individually packaged ground beef, 5 lbs. of ground pork, beef sliders and burgers, organic chicken (whole, breasts, thighs/legs) and use the bones for bone broth afterward. I've purchased baby back ribs, steaks, roasts, and other cuts and everything has been fantastic. One thing to note is that if you're not used to buying organic chicken, you might find them to be a little smaller than conventional. I don't find this to be problematic but I do plan to cook a little more to satisfy the men in my house. The snack packs they have along with the deli are usually the highlight of my day. Cheese, pepperoni, pickles wrapped in prosciutto, snack sticks, all of it is happy food. Take a little drive if it's out of your way, Stover's will not disappoint. And, if you're looking for a custom order, call them! They will definitely go the extra mile for you.
