Just opened yesterday, and bustling today. Full disclosure: Sweetie went to school with Dan, the owner, who has been in the local food scene for a long time. He ran Double Comfort, a much-missed Short North restaurant, and has been involved with local faves Tatoheads and Ray Ray's, if I remember correctly. Nice little shop in the Linworth strip where Cameron's is, with loads of amazing meats inside. Brats, chorizo, weisswurst, and many other sausages. Several pates, bacon, pastrami, and much more. Cabbage rolls, an assortment of cheese, pickles, a few dry goods, all enticing. Mom picked up some items for a relish tray for a church dinner tonight. I got sausage, pastrami, and pickles. Might grill or air fry the sausages. I suspect the pastrami and pickles will be gone before Monday, or else I'd take them to work for lunch. Edit: I've had several pastrami sandwiches. It's luscious, and flavorful. The pickles are carrots and cukes and peppers, crunchy and vinegary with a hint of garlic and dill. The sausages are huge and tasty. I did them in the air fryer since the weather was too crummy for grilling. We also got hente kolbacz, kielbasa seasoned with paprika. And salonna, sort of a cross between bacon and roast pork that works well as a snack, on sandwiches, or as an ingredient. Closed Mondays, decent hours the rest of the week. We'll be back.

They opened within the past few weeks, and I live nearby and happened to see the sign. Let me tell you, AMAZING meats, cheeses, and general charcuterie. I came home and looked up the information on the chef, Dan Varga. Quite the pedigree, which explains to me how they create such flavorful products. In addition to traditional Hungarian sausages and sides, they have beautiful beef options. I decided to order a variety plate of Hungarian sausages and brats. They are named in Hungarian, and I forgot to note which I had but the mild was a delicious blend with bursts of garlic and caraway. The spicy paprika version brought a warming heat that was mellow and stayed with you during the meal in a good way. The sausages are a fine grind, which is a texture I prefer. I also bought their scratch-made sauerkraut, which was a medium shred with caraway and a nice balanced juice, and after heating up it still had a good crunch to it. Additionally, the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and spent time explaining anything I needed since I wasn't familiar with the Hungarian products. Spicy sausage and kraut from the Hungarian Butcher, and my homemade spaetzle and mushroom gravy. Don't make fun of my kids plate LOL

Great advice on how to cook the meat products. Wide variety here. Don't be afraid to ask for something that you don't see on display

She said the kielbasa and breakfast sausage were the closest she has had to what she grew up with.

The gyro platter had lots of spiced gyro with pita, salad, and seasoned fries. Everything was so good! Their chicken shawarma rice bowl is also a great option and you can get it spicy with their house made spicy feta. If you're looking for a refreshing and hearty appetizer, the dolmades was the one. It had a tangy flavor from the lemon and the grape leaves were tender. They had a lot to choose from as for desserts but I had to try their walnut baklava. It was layered, flaky, and sweet with walnuts baked within. It was one of the best baklava I've had! The cookies were on the dry and flaky side but I appreciated how they weren't too sweet. Service was quick and there were plenty of seats indoors. The owner was very friendly and kindly explained all the dishes to us! Definitely will be back!

I believe they just had a grand opening, so make sure to come to this address instead of the other one listed on Yelp currently! 199 E Campus View Blvd Columbus, Ohio 43235 The menu was simple but also had some fun and unique dishes added too. The portions were the perfect amount! If someone tends to eat larger portions they may still be hungry though! The food was fresh and very tasty. I really liked the way they seasoned the food! Their tzatziki sauce was also great. I think my favorite dish was probably the chicken bowl! Someone in our party also got the lamb kabobs, and the lamb was incredibly tender and well cooked. We ended up eating outside because we had two dogs traveling with us! There was outdoor seating kind of outside this restaurant and an Indian restaurant next door. This is definitely a good place to come and try! I would come again and no one seemed to have any complaints!

Brisket is super moist with a nice smoky flavor. Nice pepper and salt bark. It's cooked for 19 hrs…read moreover hickory wood. Pork was just as moist with a slight smoky flavor and super tasty. On to the chicken wings which had a nice flavorful crust to them and still had some moistness to them. Next up were the ribs, they had a nice thin dry rub on them, not super spicy. Next up was the coleslaw that was off the chart, the mixture of the pineapple with a slightly sweet sauce just put it in a different category. The Mac and cheese was made with small elbow macaroni and a nice creamy cheese sauce, Yummmy. The final item was the baked beans which had a slightly sweet sauce to them. Good stuff!!! Oops!!! Almost forgot the sauces. The original was a nice blend of spices and just a touch of sweetness to it. As I am writing this, keep dipping my fingers in it. Yummmy!! The spicy sauce has just enough heat to it, won't burn your taste buds off. This probably one of the best Food Trucks I have visited. Get out and check Lonnie and his crew out. They do around 300 lbs of meat a day. You won't be disappointed. Don't be shut out!!!

I grabbed 3 orders of pulled pork, a full rack of ribs, and 2 orders of mac and cheese. The sauce is okay. A good mix of sweet and spicy. Not too overwhelming for kids. I might ask for the pulled pork without it on it next time (just a preference). Next time, I'll also probably try the spicy sauce on my own. It was good on the ribs, though. The ribs were great. I think they know definitely know their way around a smoker and bbq. The ribs were tender, smoky, and well-balanced with the sauce. I like the packaging, too, because the container can go straight in the fridge. The Mac and cheese was solid. My wife liked it, and we ate both servings between the two of us. For the money, we will be back. BBQ can be expensive to make on your own and buy already cooked. They've done a great job of balancing cost and quality. We will be back!
