Not a big fan of this doctors business side of things. I was having issues with my left foot for about a year or so and was using heal things from amazon. I thought maybe there was something better or I had other issues. So, about 2-3 months ago I found this doctor and gave him a try. As I walked in the back office door, they did some x-rays. The doctor then came in to the room and did an ultrasound. He then said my big toe was short and because the toe next to it was longer, that longer toe was taking all the brunt. This was then causing my issue. I'm not sure why this couldn't be something that was identified as the problem before the tests? So then the doctor stated that I could get custom made orthotics that would possibly solve the problem. I decided to pay cash for them ($500) as I didn't want to wait to see if insurance would pay for them. Several weeks later, I was told they were in. I figured that I'd just pick them up and go. I guess a fitting was required (this might have been said on the phone call). They then did the "fitting" (pretty much just cutting around them so they would fit in my shoes). I've used the ones at CVS before and I've done this "fitting" all by myself. In any event, I was then told that the doctor would like to see me back in 2-3 weeks. I figured no big deal. Then as I was standing at the front desk there was a lady questioning why she was being charged because she wasn't seeing the doctor. After I heard this, I then asked the lady behind the front desk if I would be charged when I came back. She said yes. Interesting. I told her that I would not be coming back and that I'd like the doctor to call me. My assumption is that if I pay $500 that I should get at least one free visit with the doctor to see how things are going with them and not be charged. Never got a call. My take, this may be the general practice with foot people, but I'm not used to having things done before I see the doctor (x-ray) or at least them knowing what's what, beyond my foot hurts. Maybe it's my fault for stepping on the machine, I obviously question myself on that. I'm not used to costs for things like "fittings" (aka scissor trimming) or "check ins" to see if the $500 things are working. I'd say if you go to this doctor, don't have them do anything until you see the doctor and understand the "why" first. And do your own "fitting", it's cheaper. Ohhhh and also, the orthotics didn't work for me. I used them for about 5 weeks or so, following their break in period and my feet still hurt more. I'd go back to the office, but I would probably be charged. I went back to the heal things that I used before and while my feet still have issues, these seem to work much better. My mother has been a patient at this office for almost five years and we are continually impressed by the friendly and conscientious doctor, medical professionals, and staff. Everyone is always so kind and accommodating, assisting my elderly mother with her needs, and we always feel so welcome. Dr. Biesinger is always thorough and answers any questions we may have. The doctor is good. He did surgery on my foot. My complaint is I bought the insoles from them. I spent the $500. They lasted 1yr 2 wks. They say there suppose to last 2 1/2 or 3 yrs. Orthotic Group from Canada isn't good. Read there reviews. Speaks for itself. I called both offices. Since they updated their files (foot dr.) I have to pay again to have foot rescanned. Because it would be to hard for them to find my scan. Thats a lazy excuse. Then pay another $500 for another pair. They sell a product they know nothing about. These are supposed to be the best they make. Sad to say there not. I asked if they had better material they can be made from she says idk. Alot of idk's. Time to find another office to goto in the future. The toe part is separating. Just like everyone else on that website. I wish I knew how to upload the picture I would so everyone can see. All I wanted is for them to be fair about it. Another $180 for visit then what ever for the scan then $500 for the insoles. Get it together. The quality isn't there. read more

Dr. Biesinger was super kind and patient with me while I expressed my concerns with ingrown toenails. He was as gentle as possible, and maintained professionalism while treating me. Fix my plantar fasciitis great job. The girl that did the treatments was very nice and very knowledgeable about doing the treatment.

The doctor is great however his staff is not so much. You walk in the door and no one looks up to greet you, they just keep looking at their computers. Every time I've ever called their office no matter what my need is, I never get an answer or a return to my voicemail. One time they were supposed to fill a prescription for me and I was in so much pain but I couldn't get through to them for days to get it filled. Following that, I would get surprise bills in the mail after paying for my visit in full. They sent me two bills to collect payment and then escalated me to collections. Again, whenever I would call the office they would never answer even to take my payment. I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future and recommend that you do as well. read more

Excellent care. Well run office. In house X-rays on first visit as well as ultrasound by doc. I went in for pain in ball of foot. Doc immediately isolated pain to a couple of toe joints in both feet due to arthritis. Received cortisone shots and advice on shoes with rocker soles. That did the trick! I'm amazed that 1) arthritis is so common, 2) can cause so many problems, and 3) can be treated so easily. Thank you, Dr Beisinger! read more

This review is purely on trying to get into the practice, as we were never able to even get an appointment. I called last week to make my husband an appointment as a new patient, I called during business hours and no one answered. So I left a message as prompted by their answering service and was supposed to receive a call back within 24 hours. Well, I still have yet to get a call back to set up an appointment. If front office staff can't even return a call to set up an appointment, I don't even want to know how patients are treated. I ended up just making an appointment with a different doctor at a different office. read more

Highly recommend Dr. B for any foot pain. He performed surgery to remove a heel spur and for my planters fasciitis. He called me after surgery to check on me. I was a bit nervous about how my scar would heal as my skin tends to create keloids with scars. He did a fantastic job! It's been a little over a year since my surgery and you can't even see a scar unless you look really close. Thanks, Dr. B!! read more

Dr B is the best foot doctor out there! He really cares about his patients and will take the time to make sure you understand all of your options. I've followed him from his previous practice. This is a knowledgeable doctor. However, his staff are surly and non-responsive. My first visit required 30 minutes of waiting in the outer room. I was then ushered into the exam room where I was put on an elevated chair. I couldn't get down, nothing to read - and remained up there fir 20 minutes until the doctor arrived. My last visit, the waiting time to be seen was ONE HOUR. Another patient got so frustrated that he asked why staff couldn't call him to warn him the doctor was running late. The receptionist replied that "was impossible." I think the patient left. The doctor prescribed a medication that caused me to have a reaction. I called repeatedly over three weekdays. No answer, no call back. I gave up and stopped the meds. I will never again go to this clinic. read more

My first Podiatrist and I am thankful that he's an extremely helpful one. Dr. Biesinger spent time to listen and ask/answer questions in order to get a clear view of my foot issues. A busy office, but the staff was sweet and I had an examination by the doctor, X-rays, an ultrasound, and a path forward for treatment in a short period of time. So first of all, I did not realize that Dr. Biesinger was as credentialed as he is...check out his website and you realize he has been practicing 16 years, chief of foot and ankle surgery at Centennial hospital, and much more. He is clearly a good and very competent doctor, and his other reviews attest to that. Secondly, his office is run the right way...wait times are short, and his office staff are friendly, focused, and professional. The only constructive feedback I have and the only reason this is four stars instead of five (it is really close!) was on his approach when he looked at my toe, which was he immediately just told me 'that's either cancer or fungus'...which is a straightforward factual statement, but I had never even heard of toe cancer, and he then went on to tell me right away that Bob Marley died of toe cancer which scared me a bit. To be fair, I learned that Marley didn't get it treated until much later, it had spread, etc. He then biopsied the toe and told me it was not cancer, which was reassuring, I then found out my Mom's cousin had died of cancer that started in the toe, the toe looked funky, so I became paranoid, and got a 2nd opinion. The way this office handled me getting a 2nd opinion was the best and most professional I've seen, nobody seemed to take anything personally, records were easily provided. Anyway, this is a good office and good doctor, and you should go see Dr. Biesinger! read more

Dr. Biesinger and his staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable the second you walk in. I recently had surgery done and thankfully everything went great! It's funny because at the end of my first post-op appointment Dr. Biesinger had asked me if I had any questions & I had told him no and that I understood everything. A week later I had some concerns about my scaring/healing, and I finally developed some questions. Therefore, I called in the next morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me on the same day due to an open slot. Can you believe that? lol JUST TO ASK QUESTIONS! I thought that was so cool !! Never have I ever had that happen to me. I was super excited and when Dr. Biesinger walked in he was like "what's going on?" (super concerned) and I replied with "oh, nothing bad. I just had some questions." And we both laughed and he answered every single question and if I didn't understand something he would go into detail for me. Haha but honestly, I 100% recommend this doctor. If I ever have any more foot pain, I will definitely come again. read more
