I called Dr. Sutherland's office and they were able to fit me in today! The doctor was thorough, checking my dental history and general health profile. Then he proceeded to re-cement my crown. He was professional but also friendly and interactive. So was the rest of the staff. I felt immediately comfortable when I met him. (I am dental phobic.) They charged a reasonable amount for the work and I am able to resume my vacation. I really appreciate be treated with courtesy and humor. I highly recommend this practice.

But upon arrival the staff treated me horribly. The only concern was money. Then when it came to the actual dental work, he only did partial, and referred me to another practice when the issue i went to their establishment was the whole point of going, why send me elsewhere then try to charge me additional funds on top for a doctor that I'd be referred to and your not doing the actual dentistry work (an at no point was rude or had an attitude, anything). Collectively it was going to be $5K out of pocket. I don't know what kind of business thier running over there, but it definitely isn't one I'd EVER reccomend to anyone. They will offer you a plan for discount services for an additional 99.00, that discounts only certain procedures. I have requested an itemized bill which I have yet to receive. Steer clear of this company, it seems they pad their bills to make up for a possible lack of reimbursement by commercial carriers. This was an excellent dental service but from Liberty, Monticello, to Middletown, I would suggest you look elsewhere for services. Sad considering they were a great company at one time.
