But in the case of Gold Dental, the entire time I had to deal with them it was extremely unpleasent. The dentists prices were absurd, an it's not like I don't have great insurance. I should've know from the phone call setting up the appointment that it was going to be an awful experience, but I figured maybe it's an off day an didnt take it personally. But upon arrival the staff treated me horribly. The only concern was money. Then when it came to the actual dental work, he only did partial, and referred me to another practice when the issue i went to their establishment was the whole point of going, why send me elsewhere then try to charge me additional funds on top for a doctor that I'd be referred to and your not doing the actual dentistry work (an at no point was rude or had an attitude, anything). Collectively it was going to be $5K out of pocket. I don't know what kind of business thier running over there, but it definitely isn't one I'd EVER reccomend to anyone. Not even someone i didn't like! DO NOT GO!

When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before.
