After having traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I let a number of years go by before seeing a dentist. His staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. For the first time in years, I smile with my teeth showing. I love Dr Cingel so much, I made it a family affair and he now also treats my son. He listened to my wife in great detail, she is experiencing severe facial pain and has not found relief from several other doctors. He has followed up with her to check on her well being and the effects of his care. We trust Dr. Zeines to help my wife as much as any dentist can. Then when someone does answer the phone, they put you on hold for a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes before they will answer your call. They do not follow through. They do not call when things Are problematic or they have issues with care plans that they have written for you. The staff are extremely limited, extremely overworked and not able to maintain a practice of that size. Don't get your dental work done there because it's not grade a dental work better to pay out-of-pocket and have decent teeth and go to this place and let inexperienced subclass Dentist work on you and staff that don't give a shit about you one way or the other, really not a good experience would never go back. Better to take a loan and pay off the dental work and go to a real dentist and a real place that will answer your telephone calls follow through with your care plans and work with your insurance company this is not the place!!!

When I returned for an emergency visit because I was in pain, I expected the problem to be fixed. Instead, the dentist only looked at the tooth and told me I needed to schedule yet another evaluation before any treatment would be done. It felt like unnecessary delays when I was already dealing with an issue that appeared to have resulted from the previous dental work. I ultimately sought a second opinion from another dentist, who treated me during the first visit and explained that the crack was consistent with problems related to the previous filling. That dentist addressed the issue immediately instead of requiring multiple appointments. In my opinion, the repeated office visits felt unnecessary and left me questioning whether patient care was the priority. I lost confidence in this practice and will not be returning. If you're looking for a dentist who stands behind their work and promptly addresses problems when they arise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

There are too many wonderful things I could share about them! To date my grown son will still drive up to Montgomery to have his teeth cleaned! He was one of Dr. Hale's first veneer patients when he was in high school. The entire staff is professional. . Office is immaculate.... But most of all they are two wonderful kind professional men. While on vacation out of the country I did not hesitate to call them when I had an accident.....They told my husband just what he should do and told me not to worry my teeth would be as good as new! Which they are thanks to the talented Tim Hale! I have recommended friends who now see them and they could not be anymore pleased!
