I first wrote with a request to show the apartment, we even agreed on a time, but then he started ignoring me because I asked to switch to WhatsApp messenger. I now understand that this is due to frequent scams, but I asked only for personal comfort. Then I offered to provide a photo of my student ID by mail and a passport when we meet, but he said that he would check my phone, but he couldn't even do that properly! He called me a bad actor! David is a magician. This gets said metaphorically about people all the time, but in this case I have no choice but to speak literally because magic is the only thing that explains David's results. We approached David when choosing to sell our condo, and based in prior experiences with realtors, frankly weren't expecting much. David blew us away. He came to our unit, assessed the space, and spent an hour and a half giving us genius advice for staging every single room, closet, nook and cranny. His tricks were super-affordable, but transformed every room into one we honestly didn't want to leave. We found ourselves sorry we didn't know that for so little money, we could have been living in such an upgraded space! More importantly, his advice helped make our place appealing to buyers. We had no idea how selling our unit would go, particularly after hearing from friends who used other realtors and in the same market, could not seem to sell their (more desirable) units. Thanks to David's diligence, legwork, skills and whatever that secret sauce of his is, we had an offer in less than 24 hours of our first showing. Our place sold for WAY more than we expected, and and we closed three weeks later with no hiccups. I can't say enough nice things about David. He held my boyfriend and my hands as we went through the process of buying our first condo.
