I have never had problems with making an appointment with Dr. Borrego and when I arrive for my appointments the wait time is within 10-15 minutes. Dr. Borrego listens and has always provided me with extra time if I needed clarification on symptoms/medications. He welcomes my input and has provided me and my family with excellent medical care for the last 10 years. The staff has always been professional and friendly. I have been to all three locations and have received quality care from Dr. Borrego, the offices are clean and family friendly. Supportive environment when I'm feeling sick.

How shocking and alarming since my husband is experiencing health problems, and we are working with several doctors. At opening time on March 26, I contacted United Medical Clinic. The office manager, Perla, was not in. I spoke to Mari. She told me the message was an error and this message went out to others as well. What a disaster! I do not recommend this Clinic. There are other clinics that are more careful with technology!

The office staff is always nice and professional. If you need a refill you just call and it's ordered within minutes. Dr Nutis is a no nonsense, take no prisoners straight forward, tell it like it is Doctor. I appreciate that and I am always forthcoming with her about my health when I visits. She is kind but firm. Her nurse practitioners are similar in the like of her lead, when seeing patients, or at least with me. The place is always clean, and comfortable- plenty of AC or Heat depending on the season. And yes you may wait in a room for an hour before seeing the doctor but that's typical any where here. I chalk it up to time spent with patients listening to them, talking to them. I know that's what happens on my visits. I rarely seem "RUSHED" to hurry up the visit so the DR. Or NP can get to another patient. They want to know everything I'm saying so they can get the treatment right. That is sometimes a rarity at clinics and dr's offices in this town, no being rushed thru like cattle. I have regular appointments always scheduled. Call in and see if they are taking patients.... It's a good practice.

While surgery can be a high-stress experience, your team went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. I want to specifically recognize Crystal, the physician's assistant. When I arrived, my blood pressure was 168/100 due to nerves. Crystal's incredible knowledge, expertise, and calming presence were so effective that she managed to bring my blood pressure down to a healthy 130/80 before the procedure. Her ability to comfort a nervous patient is unmatched, and I have already requested that my next surgery be at the Joe Battle location just so I can work with her again--it is well worth the extra drive. Definitely Crystal does need a pay raise or some type of monetary recognition. I also want to commend Jasmine for her patience and skill. She handled the sedation of my leg perfectly, and her professional demeanor really put me at ease. Also want to thank nurse practitioner Lopez for convincing me to have my procedure done with positions vascular services. Finally, my thanks go to Dr. Martinez.
