Don't waste your time- he doesn't return messages or phone calls. I called John, the owner, and told him about my situation. At first, he was very nice, and pleasant. I went to his business, and he was very helpful. There was somethings I had to upload onto his database. The following day, when I uploaded all the documents he requested on his database, I was ready for him to file my taxes, however, he never called me back- He ghosted me . I called and left several messages, and never heard from him again. So unprofessional and rude to not call customers backs. read more

Very disappointed with this firm. I called and left a voice mail message and sent an email a couple of months ago regarding my question and hoping to schedule a meeting but I didn't hear from anyone. Thinking that the firm was very busy with tax season, I waited a couple of months to call again. I called again a few days ago and left a voice mail message hoping that John or someone would get back to me to schedule a consultation but again, I didn't hear from anyone. That is too bad.
