We spent several days in January with Jenny to tour homes, they were selected based on our conversations before arriving in Tybee, our search continued after returning to NJ.  With the help of online tools and a very flexible and accommodating team, Jenny showed us several additional homes along with the neighborhood while face-timing us so we could get a feel for the area and proximity to beach access. When it came time to put our offer in, she helped us craft the best offer and strategy to ensure we were successful. Once our bid was accepted in mid-February, she and her team guided us every step of the way.  With 800+ miles between us and our perspective home, we were not familiar with and did not have contacts for insurance, home inspection and attorney firms.  This could have been a stressful or deal breaking process, but Jenny and her team helped us select the best companies to navigate this process with ease and confidence.  She developed a check-list and put a plan and team in place to help us schedule and execute everything necessary to protect our interests.  Their help and guidance put our minds at ease and making our distance purchase relatively stress free. Beautiful beach theme decor with high end finishes. It is near the beach, restaurants and shops. Initially we were to stay from 6/23/18 thru 6/30/18. That changed as we were driving to from the airport when we received a text message from Kathee, our property manager, that the air conditioner at our condo, was not working. As we had arrived on a Saturday, the earliest the A/C could be fixed was Monday. I called Kathee who was already working on a resolution. Unbelievably there was a house available at 101 19th Street. This is a 4 story house at the southern tip end of the Island, very near the beach with an ocean view. She personally met us at the house to make sure it would work for us. It was more than we could imagine. I will be doing a separate review on that place as well. So after 3 days we called and the Captain's Watch was air conditioning working fine. We then elected to move to our original destination only because of the swimming pool. We found the pool small but very refreshing. The ocean breezes on the rooftop were so welcomed. We had the best of both of both worlds on our trip and are already planning to go back. Kathee was so amazingly helpful throughout our entire stay. From arranging accommodations at a minute's notice when the A/C went out, to supplying information about the island and more. She was always kind and helpful any time I called her. She really made our 1st trip to Tybee memorable and I will never forget her kindness. We will stay at the Captain's Watch again.
