Pre and Post surgery, Viktoria was my contact (though the one time I needed to reach Dr Parakh after hours, she replied in minutes) through text, phone and email. Viktoria responded immediately to my many questions and if she didn't know an answer, she found out from the doctor and got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover. After surgery, I drank Pedialyte to stabilize me, ate banana, carrot, black berry, blue berry and drank Candela tea without sugar. Waking up a little sore, but nothing Tylenol can't handle every 6 hours. You need help after liposuction - do not take that lightly. From the ride home to changing your padding to catch fluid, do not try to do his high definition 360 liposuction without a helping hand at home. Nonetheless, my surgery was prepaid in full, which the doctor requires to book the date, which is odd to me but nonetheless, guess what? Fighting to get my money back. Imagine that. I didn't have surgery yet they don't want to give me back over 20k. I have sent multiple notes to the office demanding my money back and still nothing. She told me what I wanted to hear in my consultations, acted like the most confident surgeon ever and then had no idea what she was doing. My first surgery had poor results which she offered to fix at no cost to me. When she tried to fix it, she only made it worse. She has permanently altered my confidence and I struggle with accepting my appearance daily. In the attached picture, photo 1 is my original nose. I wanted to remove the bump and have a straight nose with no slope (as pictured in photo 2). Photo 2 is a digitally altered photo that was provided to me by a surgeon I consulted before using Dr. Tadros. Dr. Tadros was shown photo 2 as a reference and promised me that this is the result I would get and it would have "NO SLOPE". Photo 3 is the work of Dr. Tadros. She probably has forgotten all about me by now..... but I think about her every day.

My daughter had rhinoplasty done by Dr. Tobias. I never met Dr. Tobias as my wife and daughter…read morewent to the appointments. While we made the decision to use him after a consultation, we admittedly relied on recommendations from a couple friends whose kids also used him. Maybe that wasn't the best way to decide, but it's so hard to otherwise figure out who is good/bad. Of course their website is only going to show successful procedures. So, all I can say is that my daughter is super happy with her nose. She was obsessed with how it looked and what people thought of her before the procedure. 2 years later, it looks great and she is much more comfortable in pictures and just generally more confident. I didn't even know about the "closed" process. I see now, that it may not have been appropriate if she didn't need the right kind of work, but it was great for her. That includes the healing. She was a bit of a mess for a couple days, but then healed quickly. She had the procedure at the beginning of a school break and was able to go back to school without any noticeable swelling or bruising in about a week. We recommended Dr. Tobias to another friend who just had the procedure and is also thrilled.
