From the kind and diligent Bianca greeting you warmly at the front desk to Maria efficiently and expertly handling paperwork to the amazing Viktoria who assists Dr Parakh in every aspect of patient care - you will be in the finest, most attentive hands. Pre and Post surgery, Viktoria was my contact (though the one time I needed to reach Dr Parakh after hours, she replied in minutes) through text, phone and email. Viktoria responded immediately to my many questions and if she didn't know an answer, she found out from the doctor and got back to me as soon as humanly possible. Dr Parakh herself is that wonderful combination of total expertise and competence and the best girlfriend you wish you had. Funny, easy, brilliantly gifted, completely present, multi-certified, and ultimately inspiring, she listened carefully to my desire to be rid of these troublesome eye bags and still look like a woman well and wonderfully over 50. At 61, this doctor has me looking my very best. The surgery itself was perfectly handled. I'd had a terrible experience with anesthesia in the past and that was worrying me. The anesthesiologist came into the room, pre-surgery, and listened very carefully to my previous experience, assuring me he would do his best to avoid lingering negative effects. He did his job well! Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover. Every single thing I was told would happened, happened exactly as I was told. So... how do I look? Pretty great. My long unloved eye bags are gone! At 2 weeks post surgery, there is the tiniest bruise which covers nicely with cover-up. He proceeded to point out various other parts of my appearance that needed work and that could be fixed, completely unsolicited. Dr. Capuano's critique of my appearance, when I did not ask for it, was incredibly hurtful. I went out to my car after the appointment and broke down into tears. For the sake of wanting to protect other people from this awful experience, I strongly encourage you to not see Dr. Capuano. We all have enough pressure on our looks these days - we do not need it coming from the very people we turn towards to hedge against this very pressure.

Nonetheless, my surgery was prepaid in full, which the doctor requires to book the date, which is odd to me but nonetheless, guess what? Fighting to get my money back. Imagine that. I didn't have surgery yet they don't want to give me back over 20k. I have sent multiple notes to the office demanding my money back and still nothing. Thankfully I can dispute it with my credit card company. Extremely extremely disappointed in this experience.

She told me what I wanted to hear in my consultations, acted like the most confident surgeon ever and then had no idea what she was doing. My first surgery had poor results which she offered to fix at no cost to me. When she tried to fix it, she only made it worse. She has permanently altered my confidence and I struggle with accepting my appearance daily. In the attached picture, photo 1 is my original nose. I wanted to remove the bump and have a straight nose with no slope (as pictured in photo 2). Photo 2 is a digitally altered photo that was provided to me by a surgeon I consulted before using Dr. Tadros. Dr. Tadros was shown photo 2 as a reference and promised me that this is the result I would get and it would have "NO SLOPE". Photo 3 is the work of Dr. Tadros. She probably has forgotten all about me by now..... but I think about her every day.
