I can't say enough GREAT things about Parakh Plastic Surgery. I was so hesitant to even make a call, I was embarrassed for years about my Post-Baby Body, finally I built up the courage to call. From the very first phone call Natasha spent almost 30 mins talking to me on the phone putting my mind at ease & answering any questions. When I came in for my appointment I was greeted by the staff in their beautiful office, and they promptly brought me to the exam room, where they played a small video for me on the Surgery itself. Shortly after I was greeted by Dr. Parakh who spent a good hour with me going over my goals & realistic expectations. I was so comfortable with her, her bedside manner & professionalism was unmatched. I had seen other doctors but it was a quick 5-10 min consultation, and I was left more confused. Dr. Parakh answered every question & put me at ease. When I came back for my Pre-Op it was even better then I imagined. I again met with Dr. Parakh for 30 mins who went over EVERYTHING, no questioned left unanswered & then with her Nurse Natasha who is amazing. She went over everything in detail, sat with me for over 45 minutes going over Pre-Operative & Post Operative Instructions, what to expect, gave me her email & told me "No question is a dumb question" whatever I was feeling or needed she was a call away. You don't find this at many doctors offices. Most people have you in & out, make you feel dumb when you ask questions, or are just in it for the money. I have never felt more comfortable in my life then with Dr. Parakh & Natasha. After surgery Natasha & Dr. Parakh both called me to see how I was feeling & followed up even after my Post Op Visits. It goes to show they really care about their patients. I am also amazed in my results & excited to show off my Post Op Body to the world! I have never in my life felt so confident in myself, Dr. Parakh not only did wonders on my physical self but my mental self. I am so impressed by Dr. Parakh & her staff, they are the most caring genuine people. Dr. Parakh is an incredible surgeon. She is exceptionally talented, has an excellent bedside manner, and is extremely informative. Her entire team is outstanding. I'm a short girly (5'2"), and I've lost 60lbs twice in my life, once before pregnancy and again afterward. I had a lot of loose skin in my midsection. I started researching surgeons in late 2024, doing my homework via google searches, reading Reddit reviews, confirming medical licenses, and verifying that there were no board complaints before I even scheduled consultations. Dr. Parakh was one of three surgeons I met with in the tristate area. Her consultation was by far the most thorough. It included meeting her team, watching educational videos on procedures, and a long detailed meeting with Dr. Parakh herself. She took her time explaining my options and sharing her professional recommendations. I had a lower-body lift in May 2025. Spanx and the right clothes can do wonders, so I didn't have low self-esteem before, but thanks to Dr. Parakh, I absolutely LOVE my body (with or without clothes), especially my belly button. In my opinion, what separates a good tummy tuck from a great one is definitely the belly button. For the first time, I wore a bikini instead of a tankini, and it felt incredible. The entire team was so supportive throughout the process, from consultation to pre-op prep to post-op care instructions and long-term follow-up. I always knew that if I was able to, one day, I would "fix" areas of my body that had wear and tear from pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dr. Parakh stood out from the other surgeons i met with for a few reasons, one being her philosophy around results - I wanted to look like me, just me 2.0. Another amazing thing was the amount of time I spent with her prior to the actual surgery. I had opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed to (and I ask a lot) and she was incredibly thorough in explaining how the procedure would go and what my anticipated results would be. She made me feel comfortable, with her and with her staff. When I booked my surgery, Natasha from the office gave me her cell phone number and said I could call/text her any time day or night after my surgery. This made feel so much less anxiety knowing I had someone who would be there. And she was there, every day, texting answers to my questions and putting my mind at ease and she also helped drive the recovery process with scheduling all of my follow up appointments. She just made life easy during that time, and I am super grateful for everything she and Dr. Parakh have done, and for taking such great care of me and delivery results that I could not have ever imagined (no matter how hard to tried). My experience with Dr. Parakh was amazing. I went to her for fillers and although I have not had a lot done in the past I have had some. As a person, she is wonderful. She is caring, patient and listens. She is honest and will tell you what to truly expect. She has a great, happy personality which you don't find often. Very down to earth. As a doctor she is the best! I've had bruising in the past, this time just one little spot. She saw an area that might be of concern if she added more filler and told me she wanted to wait and to see how it looks in a few days and then decide if I need more. I loved that about her!! She is an artist and really takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. I could go on and on raving about her in every aspect. I want to add that I am from NJ, but live in CA. There are many great doctors here of course. I was recommended to Dr. Parakh from a friend and when I was visiting made a point to go to her. I will definitely be back when I am in town next, that is how great she is. The office is easy to work with. Natasha is fabulous. I had my mommy makeover (tummy tuck with lipo of flanks & breast lift) in May of 2017. I'm 3 months post op and I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My review is on real self for anyone who wants more info or photos. From the beginning Dr. Parakh was patient, knowledgeable, understanding & accommodating. My surgery was 8 hours and I spent one night at Hackensack Hospital. Dr. Parakh came to the hospital to see me the next morning and has always been available (even by personal text) to answer any questions and concerns I have had. Dr. Parakh doesn't give herself enough credit! She's super kind, friendly, and did an amazing job at masking a big insecurity of mine. I broke my nose a few years ago that left a huge bump on the bridge of my nose which I hated. I also do not have the time to have a rhinoplasty so I was looking for other options. She used fillers on my nose to distract from the bump and you can't even see it anymore! I am so happy with my new nose! Not to mention Natasha, the patient coordinator, is just as amazing! Spend 10 minutes with Dr. Parakh, and you will know why she gets such good reviews. She is not just highly skilled and experienced - she explains clearly, and (very important) she listens, too. I felt comfortable from the beginning. My procedure (breast reduction) went well, and because Dr. Parakh had so clearly explained everything beforehand, I knew what to expect from the recovery period.
