I was initially evaluated by a student who was thorough in her exam and questions. I was later seen by Dr. Morgan Marshall Murphy. Both of them were very professional and helpful as well as thoughtful in their questions and comments. I was prescribed medicine and sent home with detailed instructions. We had a humorous conversation both during the initial exam and with the eye doctor. This is a team that works well together, and you can tell by the end product which was a very pleasurable experience. I would give them 5 stars, but I was a little disappointed by the hours of operation. They're open after 5:00 p.m. only 3 days a week and closed on weekends, which made it difficult for me to schedule an appointment to accommodate my work schedule. But that isn't enough for me to consider anyone else. I was very satisfied with my visit and will be sending the rest of my family when the time comes.

Someone text me and asked me what day and time would work best for me I put in the time never a reply back so after two weeks, I had to call them to get an appointment . For once a medical appointment that I don't have to deal with during working hours!! I have to say, the minute we started going to this business, it was like a breath of fresh air. No pressure from Dr. Hartig on wanting me to purchase bifocals or progressives (although I know they would be beneficial but I've been refusing to commit). He simply tells me he fully supports my decision, regardless. He is always so kind and personable, and gives me sound advice along with some interesting educational trivia about my eyeballs. The prices here are also so much better than our old optometrist. There are perks at this location that I am told are included in our insurance, but at our old spot they were charging us extra. The selection in eyeglasses is quite grand as well. The staff are very helpful (and honest when giving their opinions on frames, which is much appreciated). We have no plans to go anywhere else for our vision needs!

Something they had in their computer. My most recent pair of glasses are less than a year old. They wanted to charge me $15 to just print it off for me. The office manager was rude.
