She tried walking out over 300 dollars when she left 1000 dollars in damage moving. She also yelled at her friend when they realized there was 30 dollars miscalculated and it was in my favor. She was even nasty to and belittled her own attorney at the closing. Tim, as my lawyer, fought for me and did the best he could dealing with a truly difficult seller. He even got me money for the last water bill that the seller tried not to pay. Her claim that he tried to "squeeze every penny out" was against her, for me as his client. I rate Tim as the best because he kept it very professional and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.
