Over-promised, under-delivered I paid a $4,000 retainer…read moreafter partners CJ and Rob assured me they "knew the suspension process inside and out." Paralegal takeover My case was handed off to a paralegal (Vincent) which would be fine if the partners actually briefed him on the intricacies of the case. Despite multiple assurances we didn't need extra work that Rob and CJ said I wouldn't need, he insisted on additional "steps" that Amazon process required that added $3,000 to my bill--yet zero progress was made. Opaque billing practices Fees piled up with no clear itemization or path to resolution. Every time I asked for justification, I got vague replies about "Amazon requirements." No tangible results After $3,000 total, my listing status remained unchanged--and I was stuck with no viable appeals strategy. Suspiciously one-sided reviews Their site brags of "hundreds of five-star reviews," but I've been in business for 10 years and can tell when reviews are fake and things don't add up here. Bottom line: High fees, paralegal-heavy service without effort from partners, and overspending--I strongly discourage using amazonsellerslawyer.com.

From the start, I expected experienced legal representation; instead, I was handed off to someone overseas who billed me approximately $2,000 in "billable hours" before admitting they couldn't resolve the issue. I received no meaningful updates, no real strategy, and ultimately no results. After spending the bulk of the retainer, they told me they were "unable to fix the issue." It's very frustrating to pay what should have been a premium for legal help and get what felt like generic support with zero accountability. I do not recommend this firm for anyone trusting them to handle serious Amazon seller cases.

She doesnt respond. And then says hope u find a lawyer who will fight for ur son... No shit... Bc all she cares about it money. Dont be stupid. Dont hire her. If they appoint her as legal aid....find a different... 0/5 is what i give her. Not even a 1. And she will feed bullshit after she ruins ur case.

I had a terrible experience with attorney Colleen Grey, first and foremost be weary of any attorney…read morewho promises you they have your best interest at heart and will work hard to stay within the retainer you pay them up front, their interest is always their own financial gain. Colleen believed she had a settlement reached and ran up her billable hours only to find out there was a "misunderstanding" between her and the opposing counsel. The settlement which we agreed to was retracted and we were left with a bill for the hours of fruitless "expenses" she incurred. When I confronted her about her mistake in not properly representing her self to the other side she quickly turned around asked me to sign a change of attorney notice. Extremely unprofessional, if Ms.Grey is desperate enough to take advantage of her clients and inflate her charges then she must be compensating for her shortcomings as an attorney. A good attorney wouldn't resort to such unprofessional behavior.
