Everything went well during my appointment and services. The receptionist estimated my bill at approximately $200. A couple months down the line I received a bill for an additional $600. This was a shock and very surprising, they should have knowen before hand what my out-of-pocket cost would be. I never communicated that they were not an in network provider and this could've possibly happened. It was very unprofessional to not care about the customers financial obligations and let them know upfront. Another frustrating experience with them on several occasions I try to reach out and make an appointment for my spouse I was always promised a call back but never received one. I had to follow up numerous times until I just gave up. Unfortunately the great Dt services will not make up for the shocking bill I received. I will never returned to this office again. read more

Been coming here for almost 20 years. Before seeing Dr Marshall, my previous dentist will ALWAYS have a filling or something, that needs to be done with my teeth. With Dr Marshall, he focuses on preventive and making sure that you will not need fillings. My kids now also goes to him. This is probably one of the best dentist and staff I have visited. I had a braces adjustment that week and was looking around for a cleaning the last minute. The receptionist that answered the phone was very accommodating. She bent over backwards for me to find a time that will work with my braces appointment and was able to do it by the end of business day! Every other place I called did not bother to help me out because they were 'completely booked'. Thank you! Dr Marshall is our family dentist for 10+ years. He is awesome at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and caring. On multiple occasions, situation was not obvious but he gave a perfect diagnosis and treatment. The dental hygienist, Brenda is also top notch. Very patient, skilled and knowledgeable. I started taking my kids here when we moved into the area 3 years ago. Dr. Marshall is very personable and friendly. He was great with my kids. I took my kids all the time, but I HATE going to the dentist so I put it off for a while. I figured it was time to go so my friend told me I should go to hers. She went on saying that he had been her dentist since she was a child and commutes just to come see him. Her dentist ended up being Dr. Marshall! With that said I decided to start seeing him myself. I've had nothing but good experiences there. Debbie is awesome at the front desk. She is friendly and professional. I get reminders on my phone and email to confirm and remind me, which is nice because we go there for cleanings 4 times a year and make the appointment months in advance so it's easy to forget. Someone at work told me about Dr. Marshall, so I decided to make a appointment. I haven't been to the dentist in a while ( I had no insurance), so I was extremely nervous for my first appointment. Dr. Marshall explained everything in detail about what was being done and what needed to be done. He made me feel really comfortable and I felt like I wasn't being judged because, well, I haven't been to the dentist in years and I thought I was going get some sort of lecture. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Marshall and his office. I originally came to this office with a dental emergency and Dr. Marshall helped me tremendously with recommendations for an oral surgeon and later took care of my root canal. I returned to my previous dentist's office which had recently been acquired by a new dentist for a yearly cleaning. The new dentist did an evaluation and told me I would need $6000 worth of work and it absolutely could not wait for my insurance to kick in. I cried in their office because I did not have the money and their only recommendation was to get a dental credit card/loan which I would have had no ability to pay off at the time. So I went to Dr. Marshall again for a second opinion. He told me I didn't need deep cleanings done that the other dentist had insisted on doing before treating the 3 cavities he said I had. Dr. Marshall found 1 cavity and said it could absolutely wait the two weeks it would take for my insurance to kick in. I told Dr. Marshall about the other dentist's recommendation and he explained that he prefers to be more conservative with his treatment. I honestly believe the other dentist's evaluation was based on their need/desire for money because they had just bought the practice & they had similar, overly aggressive treatment plans with each of my family members. Nonetheless we are much happier as patients of Dr. Marshall. I've called the office several times over concerns with a tooth and they always have me come in and do a thorough evaluation. Dr. Marshall has been extremely generous with his time and services. As long as Dr. Marshall's in practice I will go to him and recommend everyone I know to go to him. He and his staff are incredibly friendly, kind, patient, flexible, and even sympathetic to those with tighter finances, like my self due to being a graduate student. I have been coming to Dr. Marshall's for years! He has been our family dentist since long before I can even remember. It is nice coming to his office and seeing the same staff who really know exactly who you are. They are so willing to work with you when it comes to appointments and scheduling. It is also a huge plus that you don't sit around waiting for days on end for your scheduled "appoinemnt" time like in some other offices, if you show up on time they will get you in and out in a timely manner without feeling rushed. He's performed root canal, fillings, extractions, and crown on me over period of 20+ yrs. never once did I feel any pain under his care. I feel very comfortable with him and trust him completely. Terrific Dental Office!! My husband and I and many family members have been coming to Dr. Marshall's office for over a decade now and wouldn't dream of going else where. We feel so comfortable and welcomed into the office by the staff, Doctor and the Office Manager Debbie. From time to time, due to job and/or insurance changes, we drifted away, but always found our way back for one simple reason: There is no finer dental service in our area! When I retired a few years ago (and insurance thru my employer was gone), we again drifted, sampling a few cut-rate plans with limited local providers designed for seniors. All were disastrous. On a lark, I stopped in one day to talk with Debbie about her experience with senior dental insurance, and she pointed us toward a plan that was both cost effective and comprehensive.
