They follow CDC protocols screening question for every visits, they have UVC lights and air purifier in their office. The doctor, assistants and front office were wearing masks, face shield, hair cover and gowns which makes me feel very clean and safe during the procedures. This is the worst dentist I visit, dirty place I Had my first appointment to get my crown, and everything went smooth. It was the second appointment that was the trouble. I was scheduled for an 11:30 appointment. I confirmed the appointment, held up my part of the appointment and was even 10 minutes early. They took my payment, and I sat for 65 minutes till I got up and let them know I could no longer wait as I have a life outside of the Dentist. I was told it would take 20 more minutes. Someone moved my appointment in the company. This was not acceptable. They inform me that the next available appointment is a month out, again not acceptable. The issue gets worse when you have front desk staff that cannot do anything. They have to refer you to everyone else to get anything done. So, they give me a phone number to call, and no one answers, not even a machine. So you waste more of your time calling over and over again till someone picks up. I finally get someone on the line, and they can't help me. I need to speak with someone else. I am forwarded to a VM box, and here I sit 2 days later with no Appointment; they have my money and no response. I will be disputing with my credit card company for all charges and letting everyone know about the horrible customer service. read more

I came to Dr. Liu to repair a chipped tooth. Three weeks later I am very satisfied with the result, the tooth looks and works like before. Dr. Liu is very skillful. What I like the most is his use of anesthesia. The injection was painless because he was slow. In addition, he injected just the right amount, enough for me to not feel pain during the procedure. The anesthesia shots I had before was painful during the injection and half of my jaw, tongue and face was numbed for three hours. Really BAD, HORRIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE experience happened on my 7-yr old kid when extracting a cavity tooth and later become a small dental surgery due to a mistake they made. Even worse, the Doctor reacted EXTREMELY RUDE by throwing the dental equipment heavily on the table and roared at my kid, "WHAT ARE YOU CRYING FOR? STOP CRYING!" to response my kid's suffering as anesthesia effect became weaker. My family, especially my kid feels really offended. My kid is still under a hard time to go through it. However, the litigant didn't given any sincerely apologize to my family so far. Even after we contacted with your assistant several times, but it looks like our requests have be unnoticed again and again. My Wife and I have had our teeth cleaned every 6 Months and a couple of cavities filled by Dr. Liu's office. He and his team are very friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had includes all insurance coverage's while he was working on our teeth. He made sure the fillings were perfect before I left, and we have no complaints since having them done. I have never been had a great dentist! Another way we like best is the way they using the latest dental technologies. Example for the six-monthly cleaning job, they took a pre- and a post- picture of the teeth on the P.C. screen to show us what is have been done. So, we are understood visually what was performed. Dr. Liu also show us the tooth by tooth status and explain what they do in a very layman terms. We are never been to any other dentist that takes the effort to do so. read more
