Instead of addressing our primary concern, the clinic rushed to perform a dental X-ray and a professional cleaning, charging us $185 up front. They clearly knew our child's diagnosis from the paperwork beforehand, yet they deliberately chose to run these expensive procedures first, knowing they had no intention of extracting the teeth afterward.My son has autism, but he is incredibly calm and cooperative. He proved this by sitting perfectly still and following all instructions during both the X-ray and the lengthy cleaning. The dentist wasn't even in the room to witness his perfect behavior! She walked in only after the procedures were completed, glanced at his diagnosis, and immediately claimed it was "unsafe" to proceed without IV sedation (general anesthesia).To make matters worse, when we refused unnecessary general anesthesia for teeth that are already hanging by a thread, the doctor told us we could just go home and extract them ourselves! Suggesting that a parent perform a dental extraction at home because the clinic refuses to do their job is a shocking violation of medical safety and professional ethics. This clinic pocketed our $185 for auxiliary services, left my child with his painful problem, and completely wasted our time.

My child was already scared with it being a new place and that made it worse. Once the dentist came in we were told new x-rays were needed even though we had ones from our previous dentist 6 months ago. Then we were told we needed some extra treatments. We declined and the dentist became very very defensive and tried into dating us into getting them. We left and got a 2nd opinion from another local dentist who said none of it was needed. We then went back to our original dentist who said the same thing. They just want to milk people with good insurance!

Dr Lesser is patient, kind, has great recommendations and a great personality! I like that she also referred us to the same Orthodontist that she takes her own child to. She also recognized that my child needed wisdom teeth removed in order not to wreck the orthodontic work that had already been done (my kid is almost 17 now). She recommended a fantastic Oral Surgeon as well. Everyone is friendly. They tell you what to expect for the bill and explain the insurance. The business is COVID friendly. You get seen quickly, I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes. I could not recommend this business more.
