Ivette states that my bill must be paid in full today or no service will be completed. Unfortunately I did not have my credit card with me. They could have told me in advance to pay the bill in full. Ivette did Not. My credit score is over 800. I stated I would pay the bill when my new credit card comes within 5-7 days. It's now 3:00pm. My appointment was at 2:30.
