Let me tell you why: because the needle-in-a-haystack realtors like Jack Mangin make even the most chaotic and fast-paced market feel like a leisurely browse through a farmers market. I found Jack on Yelp, and he was the first realtor to call me back immediately. That never changed throughout our buying process. Jack is savvy in every respect, and truly listened to our priorities. He predicted issues and took proactive approaches to prevent those issues from becoming problems for us.
