Do not use this roofer. David is unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional.
I am active duty military and after being restationed I kept my house as a rental property. I am reliant on responsive professionals to help me whenever maintenance issues come up. After my roof leaked, I found David who came to the house to do the repairs. A few months later the exact same leaks occurred again. After multiple text messages, phone calls, and cancellations he finally got out there and charged me several thousand dollars to do additional repairs. He "guaranteed" the roof would not leak again.
Less than 6 months later the same exact leak occurred again, this time an emergency leak, he told me the best he could do was go out 6 days later to assess. He said he would bring his brother because he couldn't figure out what the problem was. Except he never showed up, lied about showing up (my tenants were home all day and have cameras), never called after promising, then rescheduled 6 days later. Then it rained again and leaked again. Then when he was supposed to show, he finally told me me after being 8 hours late (and multiple missed calls and texts) that something came up and his phone was dead. He then told me "maybe" he could get there after another 6 days. This would be 3 weeks after the original leaks occurred. He told me he has other customers and basically I was not his priority despite the severity of the leak and the fact that he "fixed" the leak two times before.
He will not answer your calls, text messages, and will cancel on you multiple times and give you every excuse in the book. I finally had enough and found someone else to do the repairs. Save yourself the hassle and heart ache and avoid this roofer at all costs! read more
