Very professional atmosphere and personnel. The office is always very clean and his staff is friendly and attentive. Both Dr.Gordon and his staff seem to go out of the way to accommodate people especially if something out of the ordinary arises. They are always willing to explain things and work out what is best for the patient. If there is ever a problem Dr.Gordon will address it, whatever it is, and work for a best case solution for all involved. He has taken excellent care of my whole family now for some 15 years and I wouldn't have anybody else. Going to the Dentist is never fun but he and his staff will do their best to make it as pleasant an experience as it can be. Even when emergencies pop up they will work to get you seen ASAP and take care of the situation. Full marks and high recommendations for this Dentist and his staff. Dr. Dave and his team are amazing! They truly treat you like family! Everyone is always friendly, greeting you with a smile, and careful to make you feel comfortable with whatever procedure or service they are helping you with. They are also great with my kids as both my kids had their first experience with Dr Dave and his team. The experience was fun when it could be scary. Where some hygienist could rush to get started, they took their time to explain all the tools and get my kids comfortable before starting. My kids also left with being taught some important ways to improve their bushing. Also, it doesn't hurt there they have a treasure chest for the kids afterwards. When I went to Dr. Gordon's for the first time, I was so excited and happy with the results of my cleaning and retainer fittings. Dr. Gordon was super professional and concise which I really appreciated. Both of the dental assistants I had (Francis and Laurie) were so lovely and extremely helpful & professional ladies! Prior to going into Dr. Gordon's I had two broken retainers from a previous dentist office and was in a sticky situation. Francis was on the ball and assisted me greatly in getting new retainers that I was perfectly happy with. The people at this dental office know what they're doing and are awesome to work with.
