By refusing to amend your Letter of Protection, your office declined to work with my current provider and instead tried to usher me to seek treatment elsewhere (with one of your partnering providers). During this period, comments were made regarding my current provider that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I was unable to see my caring physician for two weeks. Therefore, I thought it best to terminate your services, as they had done nothing but cause harm. When I requested the termination, it was then stated that there would be a lien placed on my settlement with the at-fault insurance company. No provision in the contract provided to me stated that such a lien would apply in the event of early termination. The contract was missing a signature from a representative of Frenkel and Frenkel, thus, according to your contract the contract was not valid or binding. Once I requested termination of Frenkel and Frenkel's services, only then was I provided with a fully executed contract, which had no date or confirmation of authentication. Raising concerns for me whether the contract was executed after my request to terminate. You have ignored my multiple attempts to reach out to you in regards to resolving this, which included a letter to my former attorney and then a Demand Letter to remove the lien, which was sent to both Frenkels and my former attorney. I called several times to initiate follow up and was still ignored. I will not be recommending Frenkel and Frenkel's services to anyone, and I will warn others not to fall victim to the same mistreatment and setbacks I experienced under your representation.

We have been waiting after the recent settlement that was literally nothing compared to what he's going to deal with for the rest of his life For 90 day. His attorney that is probably someone that was just brushed off on my husband... Told him it would be 40 days. It's 90 days. At this point and they told us it would be 40 after the settlement. I'm going to do detailed detail detailed story about Frankle & Frankle and what they have done and not done If anyone is considering using them tonight do not do it. Let me post my story first!

I had a personal injury case from April 2022 and it finally got settled last week (Jan 2026 check…read morein hand). These are the worst attonerys EVER! I would never use them again. If you have a simple accident with you as the passenger maybe. My husband used them and referred me because he had a simple rear end accident that was settled in about 9 months. He was happy with it but me..OMG I was injured in a parking lot. First they kept moving depositions, mediations, prep calls, all without notifying me. I would be waiting at our appointed time and no call. After calling them they would say ,'oh it was moved'. They will not answer your calls or emails in a timely matter. I would call and the receptionist (mainly a guy), would say they would call me back shortly. They did not. After days of calling and asking to be emailed back they would finally respond. They would tell you wrong info and forget to follow up to receive records (Abby), after my attorney quit/got fired i dont know which one, they assigned me to Patel in Jan 2025. No one told me until I called for a deposition prep that they failed to call me for, that I had a new lawyer and they moved my deposition. Andrew was rude. The intial offer was $974k then after deposition it dropped to $650k yet during mediation she told me to take $60k. At the mediation I was fighting with the company on one front and my lawyer on the back end. Like are you serious??? I had a sprain ankle, fractured foot, over 2 dozen physical therapy sessions, an injection, surgery on my ankle, got a pay cut, then got fired from my job because I had no return to work date due to my injury AT WORK and on top of that the whole time she was saying take the offer, take the offer, you don't want to go to trial if you go to trial our fees go up, time, expense of the case and its not guaranteed for the amount to be more BUT she failed to mention that as soon as they filed it as a lawsuit their fee went from 33% to 40%. I didn't know that until I got the closing cost paperwork. Although there was no court or trial, because they filed paperwork they got an additional 7%. RIDICULIOUS! When I refused to take HER lowball offers because nothing she said panned out and she kept lowering the amount and I refused, when I said let me know the trial date, she hung up on me. Then a few minutes later she called back like she didn't JUST hang up in my face and said she talked to the owner and they thru me a few more dollars. After she made it plain that she did NOT wanna fight for me, that she just wanted to take the low ball offer and the way they handle my case over the last almost 4 years, we came to a low ball offer and I took it to be thru with them. They are AWFUL! I was not happy with the way they handle my case AT ALL. Even before I heard ANY numbers. Not updating me, not getting the documents until I reminded you to get them (I asked if the receipts were in Abby said not yet, I followed up 2 weeks later she said still not in, I asked when were they requested low and behold the day I called for the update, 2 weeks prior is the day she remembered to request them, REALLY??) Abby was incompetent in my opinion, Lourdes never got back to you as the male receptionist would always say 'she will call you right back, she will call you shortly she will contact you by the end of they day', she never did, Andrew was rude, Patel...anger issues, lazy, did NOT want to work for me AT ALL, refused to fight for me. I feel like I gave them $52k to file some paperwork and they refuse to be on my team and fight for me. If your attorney makes every excuse in the book on why you should not go to trial after you explain to them that's the path you want to take, do NOT go to trial with them. Think about it when someone absolutely forces you to do something you 100% don't wanna do and you're PISSED about it, do you give it 100% your best effort, your best work? Absolutely not! I would give them a negative rating if I could.

They only take on easy cases where money comes quickly. If your accident is more complex, do not waste your time with them. Terrible experience and zero real commitment to clients.

It goes in and on. Operations that are still needed for bone loss, this lawsuit started 6 years ago. So much time going over all my medical records. Which were not digital into post 2015. Every time I called they still didn't have all my medical records. They claimed they would hire a private detective if they weren't getting all the records. I felt like they just saying that ya . Ya. Ya. We got them. I never hear from them. When I finally get thru to someone there it's like pulling yelling to get info. I just 4 inches in height . You can just imagine what having an these issues is like. I still have no gratification from them. They keep taking more clients which makes the amount go further down in $ I get. If I had to d do it over I would have researched better on who to hire and actually have sure I was involved in the court hearings So far I have nothing good to say . But stay tuned!
