David saved the day! We were ready to move into our new house and the two pods showed up. One of them had a serious problem with a disk lock. My key wouldn't even make it inside more than 1/4". We had movers showing up within the hour so I turned to yelp and found David. He answered the phone after one ring and happened to be one town away. I have to be honest here upfront that I didn't exactly hire David to take care of any locks for me, but that was only because he was incredibly prompt, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest when I reached out. I was trying to call up a few locksmiths listed on yelp around my neighborhood earlier today (Saturday) but David was the only one who prompted answered my call. After receiving a few pictures of my locks, he called back and patiently explained why I could easily get my locks rekeyed myself with a $10 rekey tool set from Home Depot and how I could reinforce my security system besides spending $$$ on locks/keys. A lock on my large sliding door has always been a bit of an issue but previous locksmith tightened it in an attempt to fix. Unfortunately, after a couple of years it just stopped working. I called David mid-day on Saturday, he was pleasant and said he'd try to find time same day depending on his other jobs. Well his schedule worked out.
