I'm so glad we found Lynnwood Lockouts! We requested a quote via Yelp for rekeying and replacing several locks at our house -- and within 24 hours, everything was COMPLETELY done. Tyler answered our quote request quickly, and then came by right on time the next morning to check out our locks and give us an estimate. From there, he suggested which options made the most sense for us, and he even ran out to pick up some great hardware for our door knobs that needed full replacing. The door that goes to our garage was unlocked, but would not open. We removed the door knob but we could not get the part to come out or the door to open. Tyler came out the same day, was able to get the part out so the door would open and replace the door knob for us. He was very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. We hired Tyler to work on the locks of our new home and we had a great experience with his services. Originally we had a quick rekey planned but once Tyler arrived, he explained that it wouldn't be possible based on the types of locks installed. From there, he gave us a couple options and we decided to completely change the locks. He went out of his way to go pick up some new locks and installed them on each entryway we requested. The previous owners did a poor job on some of their original locks so Tyler even took some time to explain what his process was on each lock to make sure that they fit properly. On top of all this, he even threw in some extra key copies. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Tyler again and we're happy that we now have a go-to locksmith in the area. read more
