The floors turned out beautiful and I really love the finish and it adds so much brightness to my upstairs. Why the 4-stars? ~~ Although the quote included closets, one closet I noticed wasn't done after they finished the first quote. After I pointed this out to them, they did it, but it only ended up with 2 coats instead of the 3 originally promised. It doesn't look as good in the closets with the 3 coats and overall the closets don't look as nice as the main floors. I also accidentally put a little scratch on the floor when moving some furniture back. I texted them to see if they would fix it and they quoted me a reasonable amount and said they would contact me, but haven't followed up with me yet. I guess they probably forgot and the otis might be on me to try them again. Either way, some small things and overall a wonderful job done! I'd definitely recommend them for your flooring installing/refinishing needs!

The contractor who ripped out the pre existing floor destroyed my moldings and I was told they would be replaced by the store manager. Then when it was time to install the floor they couldn't find a installer so they hired one that has never worked for the store. He installed a uneven floor with chips and two different colored floors. The wood floor is now higher than the porcelain,which they promised would not happen, there are multiple tiles uneven with tiles sticking up everywhere. They promised to redo the floor and said they have to find a contractor first which never happened. It's been months and they never even came back to reinstall the sink they removed. My wife is sick with terminal cancer and they left her with no sink. They keep coming up with excuses but never do anything about this botched job not up to industry standards. They even blamed the fact that my wife is sick so they hired the only contractor available to get it done for her. If that was the case they should of reviewed his work before ruining our home and disappearing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We knew that we wanted a darker, beveled, 20 mil layer vinyl floor but we couldn't find the one that we loved. It took us a few weeks to finally decide on a floor that we loved. Only to find out that it was being discontinued. After searching everywhere to see if someone had enough product for us to get the job done and having no luck were heartbroken and ready to settle. A week went by and Mike (one of the owners) started to text me possible floor options. We loved this. It showed that he was looking just as much as we were. We stopped in a couple of times to view them and still no luck. However, Mike and Jennifer never made us feel like we had to make a decision right away! Never, they responded to our texts promptly and helped us brainstorm. It got to a point that Jennifer knew whether or not we would even like a sample and advised us when to come in and see the floor or not.
