Only to find out that it was being discontinued. After searching everywhere to see if someone had enough product for us to get the job done and having no luck were heartbroken and ready to settle. A week went by and Mike (one of the owners) started to text me possible floor options. We loved this. It showed that he was looking just as much as we were. We stopped in a couple of times to view them and still no luck. However, Mike and Jennifer never made us feel like we had to make a decision right away! Never, they responded to our texts promptly and helped us brainstorm. It got to a point that Jennifer knew whether or not we would even like a sample and advised us when to come in and see the floor or not. I'm sure that it would have been even cheaper after the holiday. I spent a lot of time in the housewares sections. Reusable straws. Frying pans. Tongs. Silicone cookie cutters. Pretty much everything was there. The quality is decent for what you are paying for. I liked some of the quirky items like Yummy Can Bacon where you can cook bacon strips in your microwave. I also liked an LED soap dispenser to make washing your hands more enjoyable. You can save a lot on food. Cereal was cheap with brands like General Mills. I saw a lot of canned items, such as soup and peas. There was a spill in an aisle. A female staffer was sweeping a powdered detergent mess. It did smell nice as I walked by it. He and I also discussed removal of existing carpet where he specifically asked if I wanted them to remove it, I said yes but the quote he wrote up said I was to remove it, When installers called about it, he okayed them to remove it for 50.00, not what he and I originally discussed. Apparently the underpad was glued to the concrete and they didn't want to remove it and left it... not putting down the thick pad I was promised. I called to complain that there are barespots and bumps and John himself answered the call but never came back to repair. Never again would I have this terrible company set foot in my home. They lie, manipulate you and have terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM
