I bought a beautiful Effy ring from the Bay liquidation just before they closed down and it needed to be resized up 3 sizes. I sent the ring by courier to Time Central and while it took longer than expected because they are so very busy, I just received my ring back this morning by courier and I am really very happy with the job that was done. This may be the first post that I have about anything else other than food. However- I am so pleased with Time Central's wok on the warranty for my Movado Bold. That I thought I should post. A year into purchasing a rather expensive watch - not because it is anything special. More so for the brand. I noticed the leather on strap was peeling. I made due with it as it was too much of a hassle to get repairs done. Then one morning on daylights saving time- I try to adjust my watch one hour. The whole crown pulled out. I pushed it back and the dial wouldn't spin. I was so upset. A $500 watch should have better quality. I take it back to my retailer Watch it!- they advise me that there is a shipping charge and that company who fixes watches on behalf of Movado might charge labor charges as this is for wear and tear. Instead of being a fool and allowing the retailer handle the repair for me and have all these "hidden fee's". I decided to take the watch to Time Central. 2 Weeks later- i get a call to pick up my watch. Mind you: my warranty was strictly for the crown (dial on watch). However Time central went out of their way and upgraded my strap that was beaten up to a much better-sturdier strap. They fixed the movement on my watch- so its not japan only anymore. It was more than I expected and literally made my day. Thank you to whoever got my work order and worked on my watch. To all luxury watch manufacturers looking for quality company to handle their warranty. This is it. You have brought my faith back in Movado and also kudos to your staff Time central. read more

I never step into the store but I had a great experience with TimeCentral on my Casio watch through email correspondence, and that my old watch, which was not able to be repaired as there was no more part, was traded for a new watch for half the price. My old Casio watch end piece at 6'oclock was broken so the strap won't link to the watch. The watch itself still worked. I wanted it repaired. I contacted TimeCentral because they are shown as Casio's Authorized Service/Repair centre, so they are trusted to handle and work on Casio watches. I shipped my watch to their centre as I it is a long way drive from Mississauga to Markham, and it will take some time for them to look at the watch and look for the part. After they got the watch, I was initially given a quote based on the part to replace and labour, but later on I was told that the part no longer available as Casio system wasn't updated properly. Nevertheless, I was given an alternate Casio Trade-In program as they don't have the part to repair, in which I was given a list of Casio models at half-price. Although it was hard for me to let go of the old watch of 12 years, which still works, I decided to just get a new watch, which was more or less the same as the old watch, it just have different color schemes and data layout. I paid for the new watch at half price. It arrived 2 days later. It's brand new watch, but time was already corrected to current time, with full manuals, warranty card, stand and box. For those who are curious, my old Casio watch was MTG-950BDJ and the replacement was MTG-M900DA-8CR. I am happy with my new watch, I have been wearing ever since I got it April 13 (I hope this lasts 12 years like the old Casio watch, or more). I thank Yoo Jung of TimeCentral for excellent customer service, and was patient to answer all my questions, and provided clear information for me to proceed to the next step and eventually getting the new casio watch. I wish I was able to give ZERO stars ! Staff is lazy and rude - dropped off 2 high end watches for simple strap repair - which they had to order a part for - for both watches; a week later - and no one even looked at it + girls on the phone spoke with such attitude... like I'm disturbing their peaceful day.... wasn't until I raised hell, that they started making some phone calls... took them a whole week + the day of phone calls to finally get back to me to inform that one part may come in end of October 2017 (we are in August 2017) - and the other watch... ummm.. we are not authorized dealer of that particular brand... oh yeah ? THAT INFORMATION WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL WHEN I DROPPED OFF THAT WATCH A WEEK AGO ! It is not possible to put zero stars sadly. So I put an order back in Aug 2016 for a wrist band, 3 months on and I still did not receive it. Allegedly the band was dispatched by Canada Post 2 weeks ago by regular mail & I am still waiting. How long does regular mail take ? Also how come the order was posted 2 months after it was put in ??? More importantly no communication skills, no customer updates. I have raised these questions and so far no reply. Took my Movado watch to be repaired under warranty to Time Central in April '21. in June I called to inquired about status. Time Central had an automated message that 'due to current lockdown" they were not answering phones and to leave email. Guess what, they did not respond to hundreds of emails from june to end of July. I had to take the day off work to go to their shop and inquire in person. Lady at the front said they sent the watch to Movado and do not look after it, after it leaves the shop (thanks for telling me). After I called Movado directly, they informed me Time Central was emailed regarding my case which they again did not bother to contact me re: status. Time central was the worst experience in customer service I had ever experienced. I would go get my watch repaired at a shopping mall before I ever go there. Don't waste you're time with these guys. Do yourself a favour. Call them before you even think of going there. I dare you. read more

Time Central (TC) is the MOST trustworthy place in the GTA for your watch repair needs. I was shocked when I walked in the first time to see how many watch repair personnel they have!!!! Not only impressive in quantity of personnel, but quality work! If you are as lucky as me, you will be serviced by JUSTIN. I am an amateur watch designer, with ZERO watch making skills. But Justin took my Frankenstein creation and helped make it into an actual respectable time telling piece. TC has worked on my own creation, but also has fixed some of my (purchased) watches. The staff were courteous and discussed options with me. I am forever grateful and will be a repeat customer until they close the doors (or refuse me service lol). Stumbling upon TC (google search !) was like finding a diamond in the rough. Wishing them continued success. Was very disappointment with the service. Sent my Frederique constant to be repaired (replace crystal). They did a decent job initially (i thought). Unfortunately after paying $800 the crystal got detached from the watch (fell in). When I contacted them they told me to send it in as it was under their warranty. I sent it back and they then called me to tell me that it would cost $4000 to repair. After I refused I received my watch only to find out it was further damaged. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESSES WITH THEM AGAIN! read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! They kept my watch for ONE year. Yes. You're reading it right. One whole year. They quoted me $28 for a band but when i picked it up they charged me $50.(the only reason i paid was because the watch was a gift) Didn't even have a decency to mail me my watch since they made me wait. The managers constantly dodge you. They refused to take responsibility and tries to say they emailed me however when i asked to see the emailed tbey sent me( caught them in a lie) they had nothi g to say.
