And his technology was modern such as the "Magic wand" Which they could use to replace impressions. A few months after we join Dr. Mario, he left and we were given Dr. Lauren. We have found Dr Lauren to be just as excellent. My oldest daughter just completed phase 1. They managed to get her teeth straight in 11 months. She thought she was getting them off in August, and instead, the whole team surprised her and we got them off today! She was so so thrilled. She told Dr. Lauren "thank you for fixing my smile!" It was easy to schedule appointments, especially if there is an emergency - they were always able to get me in on the same day. It was mainly for wires poking into my cheeks since your teeth move during the process so it's normal. I was able to schedule appointments at the beginning or end of the day since that worked better with my schedule. I'd go in about every 4-6 weeks each time for adjustments. The doctors and staff are all friendly and nice. For potential customers, I would avoid getting crowns prior to getting braces. Chances of needing to redo crowns are high.. at least for my own experience. When they take off your brackets or metal bands (usually on molars), they might chip your crowns with their tools. Crowns are not cheap so save yourself some money and stick with fillings until you're done with your braces if possible. Overall I'm very happy with my newly aligned teeth! These orthodontists know what they're doing and does the best job ever! Thank you! :)
