This place is okay. A bit dated in the Sammamish office to be honest. There is a candle smell which I didn't appreciate. The game consoles were old. A perk would be the soda and drinks at the waiting area. They give you a $10 gift card for ice cream at Cold Stone. Dr Manley is nice. We got quoted almost $3k for metal expanders and top braces for phase 1. Phase 2 would be an additional 6-7K. We decided to shop around instead. read more

This "doctor" made his diagnosis without looking into the data they gathered for an hour and without even looking into my teeth. What??? I insisted, and he spent a few seconds examining me. Agreed on the next steps, though I had zero trust after such evaluation. Then, they sent an email: "I am not willing to accept you as a patient. We will go ahead and cancel the appointment. Dr. Manley". They also severely damaged my gum when they were trying to learn how to use a camera. Just go downstairs from their Issaquah location to 425 Dental, they offer 100% the same services for half the price. And they will treat you like a respected patient. read more

Though the process of having braces is uncomfortable, Dr. Manley's patient and friendly staff has made the 18 months of having braces on my teeth feel relatively quick. I'm thrilled with the results of having the ortho treatment. In addition to addressing a specific issue, Dr Manley also did some further straightening on my teeth. I had an excellent experience with Dr Manley. I had a severe underbite, a chipped tooth and my teeth were quite mis-aligned before seeing him. I went around to a few orthodontist, all of whom recommended surgery to fix my teeth. I then came to Dr Manley through my dentist referral. He recommended surgery but also offered correction through TAD's. We went down this route and 2 and a half years later I have a wonderful smile all thanks to him. I really recommend Dr Manley. Everything about Dr. Manely and his team, are absolutely remarkable. I am 4 months into my treatment, and I truly feel that I see results every day. At my initial consultation, after photos and X-Rays, Dr. Manley took the time to inspect my mouth thoroughly, ask me questions, offer advice, and explain in detail, what his perspectives and recommendations were. He worked side by side with his coordinator, Michelle, to make sure I got all the answers I needed before making a decision. I respected and appreciated his time, thoroughness, and the amount of precision he appeared to use during my examination. After opting for the Damon Clear system, over Invisalign, Dr. assured me that I would see the results I want, and being 23, promised me that having this system would be worth it for my needs. He and his staff have made me so comfortable and welcome, and not being treated like a kid feels great. They understand their patients' needs, young and old, and give everyone the time they need to get the best care. A few stand out things that really have made me happy: 1. One of the lovely girls (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) took the time to clean up my bonding, as it was stained. She wanted to make sure that I felt the most confident in my "adult braces." 2. They have a process called "records/repo" at which, several months into treatment, you will get new X-rays, and if Dr. Manley is unhappy with the movement of your roots, he will remove and re-position brackets to help expedite the process, and not waste time spending extra effort to move teeth. This is our second round with Dr Manley. My daughter had three front teeth and her teeth were mess. At 7YO she had the third front tooth pulled and we came into Manley to straighten them up. My son was going to him for the past three years for his second phase. even the first phase also we have gone there. in the first phase, it was very easy to get appointments and Patricia was very helpful to accommodate our needs. but now that is not the case. They cancel the appointment if you are even 5min late. I have been so loyal to them and also recommended many of my friends there, but still there is no consideration. Instead Dr Ogata when my other son goes, is very good. very easy to get appointments if there is a problem with their braces. they can get us easily in for emergency purposes. With Dr. Manley, if there something is broken with the braces or wire is poking, we need to have official appointment and that too when ever it is available. sometime, with broken wire, my son used to be with for more than week. I am really not liking now. but I have no choice except to finish the braces what I started. I would no recommend anymore to him. read more
