Dr. You is the obsolete best dentist I have ever had. he is respectful and treats you with dignity. he is a good listener and willing to help me the best possible way he can. Dr you should learn more how patients might feel during a humbling circumstance. And definitely if he does something that causes pain, makes you bleed and bruise due to dropping his extraction tool or something very heavy on the roof of your un-numb mouth. I would hope he stops and at LEAST ask if your okay. Never had a dentist not do that intil now. That really put up a red flag for me. I wasnt explained the options or procedure very well. This is a first for me. Ive never had a dentist who didnt explain well or the lack of compassion. I wont be coming back. His assistant however is great! LOVE this place. I've been afraid to go to the dentist for years because of a horrible and traumatic experience I had when I was younger and this place makes me feel completely opposite for that. The staff is kind and funny. They're very good at easing anxiety and making you laugh. They will put on music or anything comforting to you on the screen in front of you while they work. Dr Ramos was my dentist from when I was 3 to when he retired. I LOVED that man so much. Then Dr You bought his practice. And the Covid-19 Pandemic has become our reality...except in his office, where the staff denies the seriousness of the virus, calls the vaccine a "poison", and the Dr and his staff engage in racist, uninformed rhetoric about our governor. The covid virus almost killed me. To have the staff I have known my entire life belittle my experience like they did was infuriating beyond belief. We have filled a complaint with the state and have chosen a new dentist who actually lives in reality. 0/10. Do not recommend. Unless you're a Yucaipa Republican. It's sad to say that it's quite hard to find trustworthy healthcare providers these days, especially dentists. Dr. You is exceptional and very easy to talk to. He values the needs of his patients and prioritizes conservative treatment plans. Him and his staff were very gentle, kind and caring, providing a comfortable environment for me and my wife. Office space, restroom and operatory rooms were clean as well. Highly recommend stopping by and getting your dental fix here, especially if you are in Yucaipa or Calimesa. Been going here since 2016 and let me say they are awesome! They have reasonable prices for those who don't have dental insurance. I rarely have dental issues, but overtime fillings pop out from everyday chewing and what not. Overall, 5 star rating! Customer service, reasonable prices, can't beat that! read more

Had to wait past my appointment time to be seen because the office was understaffed on this particular evening... but the staff acknowledged my presence, apologized for the inconvenience, and continued to check on me to make sure I was comfortable as I waited. Now THAT is service! Dr. Ramos is so friendly and informative. He will tell you everything you want to know about your teeth AND SOME andddd he'll go to extra lengths to make sure that you understand every word that he speaks. I can only make evening appointments (they're open later on Tuesdays) so the soonest I can get my cleaning done is in April but I'm very much willing to wait. My new favorite dental office!

I just moved to Yucaipa a year ago so I was a new patient with an abscess on my gum above my eye tooth. Dr You and his staff were very professional and I was able to get an appointment right away. Dr You spent a great deal of time with me after X-rays to explain the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote then and there. Not only am I pleased with the price, I am very happy I landed in his office and not elsewhere as I've had horrible experiences with Dentists in the past. Dr You's demeanor is friendly and calm. His staff is likewise. The office has a very soothing decor that I greatly appreciated. He examined the area very gently and with NO pain! I have quite a bit of work ahead of me as the tooth in question is an anchor for my existing bridge; but I feel quite confident in Dr You and his staff that all will work out well.
