Had a broken tooth fixed today. I called yesterday and they got me in today, they replaced the old filling that fell out and had me on my way in about an hour. I'm usually scared of the dentist but this place is kind, they numb you well, they keep you in the know about everything they are doing. The doctor is so considerate of how you're feeling and doing. I wasn't overwhelmed at any time and didn't feel guilty about how long it's been since I went to the dentist. I'm going to have my whole family come here. It was a great experience. I can not say enough good things about this place. Since I can not seem to prioritize which aspects are the most important I will simply start with the beginning and work my way through the end. I was referred here by my wife. So from the first introductory visit and hand shake (pre-covid, you know, when people could shake hands) They, including the doctor were warm, inviting and accepting. By accepting I want to state that I am a trans-feminine, out less than a year. I am also a 3 times organ transplant recipient, so the doctor wanted a thorough background on me, to make sure everything would go well and there would be no complications. The office works like a well oiled machine. everybody knows their position, they know what they are doing and they know how to make it flow. and from a business point of view, not only does a well oiled machine make your visits less of a pain, it keeps costs down for everyone. Time IS money. Now, I have had horrible experiences all my life with rotten dentists, I rank dentistry right up there with getting covid. I could not possible put enough negative words down on this paper (oh sorry, screen) to convey my feelings in general about dentistry. I mean I could, but you would need to take an intermission for a shot of Rum.. As my medical history was being gathered, We were all lucky enough to experience the pandemic shut down. This now takes my fear of dentists up 10 notches, as I have NO immune system and contracting C-19 would be a horrible fate for me. Now I have to struggle with sitting in a chair with my mouth gaping, hoping, nobody in the office has it. I show up and they have every possible protocol in place to keep me and others safe. I was even instructed to wait in my car until my appointment and not to arrive early, bring my own pen, my own sunglasses and had to sanitize my hands and had my temperature taken before moving into the next zone. Everybody was covered, eyes and mouth and we were all yelling gleefully back and forth as we repeated what we said several times through the muffled masks we wore. DR. DeBanff and the assistant (Shelley) were amazing. Knowing I suffered from panic attacks They recommended I get a script (from my PCP) of Adavan as well as a single 2000mg dose of Amoxicillin for infection, because a again, I have no immune system. The Adavan took the heat out of the visit. As the doctor poked around my mouth, gently she noted my sensitive areas and I have a lot. They gently numbed me and all the while the hygienist and the doctor communicated about my well being. Constantly telling me what they were doing and backing off if I flinched. This was a well choreographed dance and these two made fantastic dance partners. They filled 2 cavities that were well below the gum line and in no time at all I was finished. and OH SO HAPPY. This place is so good, I drive from Woodcrest 40 minutes to come here. I have to note the building is decorated in a darling theme of Castle it makes it fun and less like a white sterile box to have pain applied to you. So happy. 5 stars 10 out of 10.. Addendum: a week later I started to get pain in my tooth, I called them late Monday and they got me in 830 Wednesday morning. I grind my teeth heavily and that seems to have agitated the tooth. Much Much better as I write this review. another OMG experience. I love this place so much. Thank You Dr. DeBanff for building and amazing practice and an amazing team! I had a dental emergency the day after Christmas when my crown fell off. I went to my normal dentist the next day but they were off for the holiday. So last minute I came in and they made time for me even though they were booked for the day. I was in and out with a temporary crown and a new one on the way. The care I received was very professional and pain free. I would highly recommend this location and will be coming here for my future dental needs. read more

First off I have to say up front that I have a phobic fear of dentists, doctors and all things medical. That being said, I had a good experience with Dr Debanff. I was a pain of a customer due to my job schedule during the holiday season. She shoe horned me into an appointment thanksgiving week when the office is the busiest and still had an awesome bedside manner. Absolutely the best dentist that I have ever been to! It sounds kinda weird endorsing somebody who drills into your mouth and scrapes your gums, but hey, we all have to see the dentist sometime! The staff at Dentartistry is unbelievably friendly, prompt and the treatments are very affordable and virtually painless. Dr. DeBanff is extremely nice, soft-spoken, and incredibly knowledgeable. If you find yourself needing a trip to the dentist, make sure that you give them a try. It is a beautiful, clean facility, and the staff looks like they just got out of a modeling shoot! Staff goes above and beyond. I initially had a great experience, then I was noticing things that I didn't like so I updated my review. Within a day, I was contacted and asked to come in so they could address my concerns. They did that and more. My teeth are back to what I wanted and they let me know that if anything else does come up or I have questions about anything to call them and they will be more than happy to look at my issues and discuss them with me. Dr. DeBanff does the most amazing cosmetic dentistry!!! I chipped my front tooth years ago and need to have it fixed periodically because I grind my teeth so badly and she always does the most amazing job. Can't even tell it was ever chipped. Recently, Dr. D. recommended fixing my ground down canines. I am so happy with the results! My teeth look awesome and completely natural!
