Horrible, unethical practice -- may pursue legal action due to misrepresentation and exploitation. I returned for Invisalign a year after initially declining, not realizing the dentist was the new owner. He recommended a comprehensive plan, but when I questioned the price, they claimed no record existed. Later, I faced pushback on trays I was entitled to under the 5-year plan. This practice prioritizes profit over patient care -- get everything in writing and be very cautious. Orthodontic treatment is a significant financial and health investment, and patients deserve transparency and integrity -- misleading at best and deceptive at worst. My experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely avoidable had they honored their original agreement. read more

If you're looking for THE Dental Office in the Inland Empire, Centerpoint Dental is that practice! First off, they have an on-line presence AND an App where you can enter all those pesky dental history and insurance questions from the privacy of your own home. Not only is it much better than trying to juggle everything in your lap in the waiting room but it also goes into detail on any & all dental issues or questions you may have. The best part? They actually go over it before your visit so your (& their) in-person time can be spent most productively! From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were treated like close friends. Chanel greeted us with a beautiful smile and two bottles of cold water (nice on a hot day). As with every staff member we met, Chanel is friendly & knowledgeable. She answered many of our questions before we were even shown into our respective exam rooms, which happened pretty quickly. Once there, our Registered Dental Assistants took over, Johanna for me and Gina for my wife. These women were incredibly adept at putting us at ease and painlessly performing the x-ray/photo portion of the visit. That's saying something, as both of us have those annoying bone growths that always get in the way. I even learned these bones are called "tori mandibularis" so I can vex them by name! All this well tuned preliminary lead us to the main event, where Dr Brian Hilton, having already reviewed our initial questionnaires, x-rays and photos, introduced himself on a first name basis. Dr Brian performed a thorough, but gentle examination. He then went over his findings in a clear detailed way injecting well timed humor along the way. He is VERY easy to talk to. Neither my wife nor I ever felt rushed---we were allowed all the time necessary to get our questions answered and feel secure in his findings. Dr Brian actually determined that some work that was given a priority by a previous dentist, could be put off and monitored for potential further developments rather than going through a pricey restoration now. Finally, our recommended Treatment Plans were explained in depth by Nicole, the Insurance Coordinator. Nicole is upbeat, understanding, and completely versant in her area of expertise. Honestly, that can be said of every member of Dr Brian's staff, himself most certainly included. I realize this is quite the tome, but I have seen very lengthy reviews when somebody has something negative to say about their experiences, (NOT at Centerpoint Dental), and I thought it appropriate to try to convey my wife & my sincere joy in finding a business run "The Old Fashioned Way", with all the latest technology but combined with incredible Customer Service! read more

Had a great experience here. Paula was fantastic with scheduling and ensuring I had everything needed for digital intake. How nice is it to not be handed 'the clipboard' when you go to a new provider!?! Brian Hilton, my new dentist was kind and patient. This was my first experience with this dental office, but not my first experience with Dr. Hilton. I have been a patient of Dr. Hilton's for over 7 years and followed him as he moved to a couple of different dental offices. He is by far, the best dentist I have ever had! Not only does he have excellent skills, but he is also the best communicator ever. He explains what he is going to do, and why, and he listens and answers all concern and questions in a way that is clear and easily understood. Beware very aware of your benefits. Lynn, who checks your benefits relays to you that everything checks out and is good to go with your coverage. I had to ask her what my total will be. She precedes to tell me that i have a share of costs. My share of costs came back at $841 for a cleaning and 3 fillings. So I followed up with a few questions of why it is so expensive. She told me unfortunately that is just my share of cost pretty much implying I have terrible insurance. So I hung up and called my insurance immediately. To make a long story short the truth is I was just out of network with the new dentist. I called her back and explained to her that she is being less then honest with how she is presenting the information. What she simple should have said is exactly the following "unfortunately you are out of network with us, but we are more then happy to still treat you. If you decide to continue care with us here is your cost. What would you like to do?" Lynn the secretary was not apologetic for her dishonesty. This is not the first time I have heard this about center point making money grabs from people with insurance. It is a shame because the dentist and hygienist are very good. I haven't been to a Dentist in a very long time because of incompetence and awful office staff. mistakes that were made by other Dentists that cost me dearly. I was soooo hopeful.They Nice and friendly when I made the appointment. Arrived ...going great friendly.......answered some questions of what I needed and what my concerns were. Straight forward Dentistry, Dentist, basic care , I let them know about my meds I take and that how sensitive my teeth/gums are . I told this to 2 different people.....and impressed upon them that I have sensitive teeth/gums....several TIMES!!!!!! I told them stories of how I left other Dentist because they didn't listen to my own condition's of MY mouth. Going good....took exrays....state of the art machinery.....EVERyONE very nice....met Dr Wright......awesome!!!!! I m thinking finally!!!! I found my Dentist!!!!! Sit in chair do the complete expection.......going great !!!! telling me what the concerns are with my teeth.......did a swab ...looked for palps........very thorough Then the cleaning starts......Half way thru the first run of my upper Dr Wright hits a sensitive part and I jump up from the chair. Not all the way but very startled....and now my heart is racing !!! I was shaken. I thought that all communication about how sensitive I was made and communicated. They communicated in the hall in front of me they communicated with the Dr. with the notes that they took of my concerns....... I now have Dr Wright asking me very sternly and accusingly of WHY I didn't tell him.??????About my sensitivity........????? Then a few moments of who said who didn't say he posses that I either get locals or continue but I cant have you jumping every time I hit a sensitive spot. He gets up tells his Technician to show me how to floss and leaves the room. Waiting, I then asked the technician what are we doing.....are we going to numb ????? What? Technician leaves the room......I then hear DR Wright in the hall telling the Tech that he needs to tell me that I need to find someone else to help me. Left me in the Chair ...Walks Away makes me feel humiliated for his embarrassment and then Has his Tech come tell me to Leave without proper care that he promised. TO THE TECH....I am VERY SORRY HE PUT YOU IN THAT POSITION AND DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO DO HIS DIRTY WORK HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband had a lot work here and was very satisfied. He is a tough one to please when it comes to dental! I also had dental emergency that ended up needing a root canal and crown. Since I was in pain, he made time for me and it was the easiest root canal I've ever had. They made the crown right then and there. No need for another appt! I have been looking for a Dentist that cares about how I feel and be mindful of my wallet. When I first walked in the Dentist Assistant asked me what I wanted my relationship with the Dentist to look like. In the years that I have gone to different dentists no one has ever cared to ask me what I wanted our relationship to be based on. They have massage chairs, and a screen on the ceiling that you can watch what they are doing on your teeth [thought I opted out of that one]. When I went it they gave me a thank you gift bag with goodies for going in and checking them out. I was recommended to this doctor by a family member... My circumstance was a total emergency and time was ticking before the end of the day. The doctor allowed me to squeeze in at 4:30. I met Dr. Wright. He was kind, he listened intently to my situation and then tackled the problem head on. I found Centerpoint dental about five years ago when I moved in to the area. I've only had two other dentist in my life. Dr. Wright was my third. However his office was out of this world with technology that I have never experienced before at my other dentists. I come to find out that Dr. Wright has finally decided to retire and his practice is now under new management. The new doctor, Dr. Hilton, like the hotel, was extraordinary, along with his crew. I came in for a cleaning and he found visible nerve on a few teeth and told me that a very easy procedure could bond and repair those teeth so that I don't get a jolt every now and then. He was so convenient that I was able to come in that Monday and bingo Bango within one hour my teeth looked great again. Plus I won't have any more jolts if something gets me just right on the exposed nerve. The technology he used for this procedure was from the 22nd century. On a pain scale, with no sedative, the pain was a .5! Not bad at all! Dr. Hilton and his crew did a great job and I had a great experience. His office has all the latest and greatest high-tech equipment and that's a huge benefit that I see. Highly recommend Dr. Hilton, like the hotel, for your dental work! read more
