I have to tell you about Beaumont dental center. This is absolutely one of the best dental offices I've ever been to in my entire life.! Dr. Peak as well as the other doctors here I've never seen such professionalism knowledge and execution of their trade in my entire life! The staff is extremely corrigible and absolutely takes the best care of you from the time you enter until the time you leave! This dental office if there was more than five stars, I would give it to him because this Beaumont dental would be a 15 star dental office. These people are fantastic if you're looking for a dentist get your teeth cleaned implants evaluations this should be your first and last stop this place is terrific. When I went to first visit the Beaumont dental Center on 264 N. Highland Springs Ave. in banning. I clearly told the receptionist I'm a new patient. I want to be treated as a new patient and that was my request When I was treated, I was one that I had to make payment at the time of service. I know other dentist do this, but usually my previous dentist bill after the service performed. That's not a problem to me though. When they shot x-rays for some broken, I had to pay at the time they were shot and those x-rays be used for surgeon in Redlands California I took the x-rays that I paid for Dr. Peak's office and sent them to Redlands California and Dr. Paxman's office refused the x-rays because they told me they can have potential viruses. Consequently, I had to buy a new set of x-rays and Dr. Paxman's office. I contacted Dr. office. I asked the receptionist two questions do you require all patients to pay upfront? The answer was yes, as I knew The second question I asked how come that I came there to be treated as a new patient, but you didn't send me out any texts, phone calls or emails about a dental hygienist appointment The reception responses was that you were seen here for a specific item only and that's why and that was the reason that we didn't send you out hygienic appointment notifications That is absolutely not correct when I came there. I fill out all required paperwork. I was new patient. I clearly spoke to them and told them I was a new patient and they treated me like one time visit for a specific reason. This is the first time in my life that I've had such unprofessional dental practice procedures telling me that I must require payment upfront. Don't trust me like that and secondly, they're telling me that I was treated there for a specific reason for the first time I went there I wasn't treated as a regular patient with regular dental hygienics. This unacceptable behavior and I feel they don't need as their patient. They don't need me as a patient and I don't wanna go back there receptionist I'll just go back to my dentist or somebody else who cares about my health. We both had an appointment back to back with Kelly a dental hygienist. We went up to the front counter in the dental office and met Nicole and Yvette Garibay, a mother and daughter team that work at the front counter of the office. They gave my wife and I paperwork to fill out before we met Kelly the Hygienist. Both of them were very nice. Kelly had a great personality and was very detailed as she cleaned our teeth. We also got to meet Dr. Christopher Peeke as he came in after Kelly had cleaned our teeth and taken ex-ray photos to examined our teeth and gums. We moved up here and found this dentist office. The husband is terrified of the dentist not just sacred ...like get up and run out of the office and need to be medicated. The dentist is great with him and calms him down and respects his fear. The only negative is the front desk ladies. Dr. Tammy Peeke is the best! I had a fall and broke teeth and Dr. Tammy was having a hard time with the lab getting my teeth color matched. She suggested bleaching the teeth first ( and didn't charge me) and then used a different lab to match my teeth color. The result was absolute perfection. I had an all on four done a month ago. That means I had the rest of my top teeth pulled and I had four implants around the whole top of my mouth with teeth. Dr. Peeke is wonderful and takes it care in measuring aesthetics and pain. Takes great care to make sure you don't get infection. Everybody in the office is very pleasant, and they boost your spirits if you're not feeling well. The office is very clean and everyone looks professionally dressed. I moved here over three years ago to Beaumont, and left my good dentist in Riverside because it was pretty far away for me to drive. I'm very happy. I found this office and this dentist. read more

Absolute disappointment. I changed dental insurance and used Yelp to find a great dentist for my whole family. I called and made appointment. I believe I spoke with Juliet who was super nice and booked us all. When I arrived multiple employees were not wearing masks or shields. One of these were the receptionist. There is a large glass that separate the reception from the office but the office is with the dental rooms which are open and facing that space. As I filled out all the paperwork I paid attention to everything that was happening inside. While doctors and some staff members were wearing masks, multiple were not. They were in the same area talking to each other maskless. Also a client walked into the reception, checked in and took a seat right next to me while started talking without a mask with another person in the reception. It was a this point that I got up and politely I asked the receptionist why there were people there not wearing masks. Her answer was "because there is this glass here that separate us" which is ridiculous as I pointed out that I was only separated until my name was called to go inside and open my mouth in the same place where staff is laughing and joking without a mask. Receptionist was nice and said they were in different spaces but I pointed out that they were together until I called them out. She offered to put a mask on of it made me feel better which appreciate but I just don't understand that in a medical office the understanding of a pandemic is so frivolous. I also asked her why people in the reception were not wearing a mask since there is a sign outside the door asking everybody that enters the space to wear one and she said she would give a mask to the client. At the point I was already so disappointed that I left and told them to cancel all appointments. Thai was my first visit to this practice. I had 3 teeth pulled as prep for an upper partial by Christopher Peeke. After the extractions I was given some gauze and sent on my way. There were no x-rays taken afterward. I have had teeth pulled before by other Dentist and have always had pictures taken after an extraction to make certain nothing was missed. So one week later I'm having much more pain and swelling then I should be experiencing at this point. My left cheek looked like it was stuffed full of something and I was unable to talk without a LOT of pain. I called the office and am told to come in. I was seen by Tammy Peeke. She took a look in my mouth with nothing more then her eyes despite having her looking binocks on her head. I was sent home again still in pain but assured by her I was doing fine. Three days after that visit I had gotten worst. I was unable to eat or sleep. On that morning I could feel a jagged piece of broken tooth under my gums that had broken through and was cutting the inside of my lip. I called the office and was seen late in the afternoon by T Peeke . Put in a room what happened next all took place in less then 90 seconds! She comes in the room, I tell her I can feel a broken piece of tooth with my finger. This time she puts her binocks on and takes a look. She took some gel to numb for a shot, without waiting she grabbed the syringe of novacaine and POW,POW,POW she stuck me 3 times faster then you can say pow,pow,pow. Then as fast as she put down the syringe she grabbed her pliers and yanked out the remaining piece of tooth. Then she started shaking the broken piece of tooth at me yelling "This is what was bothering you!! THIS IS WHAT WAS BOTHERING YOU!!!" She stormed out of the room leaving her nurse wondering and asking me if she want to see me on a followup. Nine days latter I'm being treated by another Dentist with antibiotics for the infection at the site of her assault with her needle. read more

This is the best dental office that I have been a patient. Legit. And I'm no spring chicken so that's a good number of them. You can select your hygienist, mine is Jackie. Although we were friends before she referred me, I would not stay if the office wasn't on point. So, one of my biggest pet peeves is dentists that make me wait, as if my time is less valuable; I've dropped multiple dentists because of this but they are generally prompt. The one time I waited, my dentist, Tamra, apologized and gave me a Starbucks gift card Though the card wasn't necessary, I appreciated the gesture as well as the latte :) I've only been treated by Tamra (I'm not using her last name as this is a husband/wife team so they are samesies) and she is great. Filling cavities can make me anxious as, on two occasions, I wasn't numbed enough... very painful and traumatic.Tamra took her time, showed compassion and numbed me up!!! I couldn't feel half my face for a day but all my nerves made it through safely. She even offered to prescribe me an anti-anxiety and she would fit me in the next day. Thankfully, that wasn't necessary due to her calm demeanor, a little meditation and an extra needle. More good stuff: appointments are timely and easy to make; appointments can be confirmed via text; support staff is good; and parking is easy. The negatives I have found: they are closed Fridays and you can't cancel appointments via text. I have lived in Beaumont for 16 years and am happy to not only find a good dentist but a local one. read more

I went in for a chipped tooth that was sensitive to cold. Dr. Peeke stated that I had 3 other teeth that needed minor work did I want them fixed and I was like go ahead not thinking too much of it. They were all my 4 top front teeth. Later that night I went to the restroom and checked my teeth. I started to cry. My teeth looked straight and whiter. I never knew my teeth could look so good. This is the best Dental office in Beaumont. All the staff is amazing. Kristi is very kind and helpful. Dr. Pete is an amazing Dentist. I had a really bad infection in my tooth and so much pain and Thank GOD, I found this doctor. The first thing he said, "let's do what we can to save your tooth". I felt I was in great hands.
