From the very first message, the entire experience was incredibly smooth and pleasant. MJ was highly communicative leading up to our appointment date. I had a lot of ideas, and she was extremely patient and accommodating as we went back and forth on styles. She even had me come in for a quick, in-person consultation beforehand, which was fantastic because it made collaborating and aligning our visions face-to-face so much easier. On the day of the session, the process was amazing. MJ constantly checked in to ensure I was comfortable. She has a remarkably light hand, there were moments where it felt like nothing at all. She was informative of the process, made sure to verify I liked the area she'd be piercing and walks you through it as she's doing it. She's awesome and there was little pain/pinching.
