The dress in the store tried on by all the brides maids was a different material then what the girls received. The girls are all different sizes so they all tried on a different dress. When they arrived all the girls picked up their dresses separately and complained about how wrinkled the dress was, how the material was different and the structure of the dress was different. The dress also a seem down the middle of the ruching that is not on the dresses at the store. This is a classic switch and bate, different material, structure, and seems. I would not shop here due to unethical means of sales. read more

My best friend is getting married and we thought this would be the place to go not only for lower prices but a great experience all together. From the moment we walked in the door for our scheduled appointment time and throughout our entire visit it was the most horrific experience. The lady that greeted us at the front told us to go look around and choose dresses. We did this and then hunted to find a consultant to give us a dressing room. They had a disgusting pregnancy belly pillow that looked like it had been thrown on the floor and urinated on. After having zero help from any one that worked there we managed to find our dresses only to be told that they wouldn't be in the same color blue. So we had to select different dresses. Finally our time was over and we checked out. The flower girl dress was placed on layaway and we were reassured it would be safe. Mind you it was the last of its kind. Within the last week the bride went to pick the dress up and was told that the dress was lost and we would have to order a new one or select a new one off the shelf. Finally after five different sales associates helped her they found the dress. Overall this place is absolutely horrible and who ever is managing this location needs to focus more on staff selection. I would never recommend this place to a single person and I will never return. This location gives all of Davids Bridal a bad name and will continue to if changes are not made. read more

Ladies, if you're going to this location, go and see Jeff--AMAZING. When we entered, the reception desk was swarmed with people and we were waiting a few minutes before we could even check in. The receptionists were forgetful. Once I got my clipboard with the registration documents, Jeff, my consultant, greeted me with inspiring enthusiasm and a high-five (made my day). He walked with me and explained the layout. He led me in the right direction. He also took a moment to reassure me that, no matter what anyone else said, he was always going to listen to me and he had my back. He left us to look and start pulling dresses. I pulled 2 dresses I really loved and my mother, sisters and niece also pulled a number of dresses which they had set aside for me to try on. After about 10 minutes of browsing, he came back over and reviewed the dresses on the hanger with me. He paid very close attention to my initial reaction to the dresses on the hangers. He ended up leaving some of the dresses there because I didn't feel like trying them on. Jeff took the dresses to the back where my dressing room was and brought over a slip and corset bra for me to wear while I tried on the clothes. As I was trying on dresses, Jeff constantly checked in with me and was always waiting for me at the platform. He paid attention to my body language and kept note of all the things I didn't like about the dress. I tried on a number of other dresses and Jeff graciously entertained my mother's wishes, but knew to ultimately not give into them because he really valued my happiness and satisfaction with the experience. After many of the dresses landing in the "no" pile before they even entered the dressing room, I tried on my final dress, a gorgeous, lace and tulle Truly Zac Posen mermaid gown, which I was saving for last. I walked out and everyone was talking about how elegant I looked in it. Jeff asked me how I felt, but already knew I really loved the dress. I should note that while I was trying on dresses, the store became PACKED with brides who had all come to try on their gowns. The dressing rooms overflowed with gowns and it was starting to become a ridiculous scene at the store. So, after I had tried on my dress, Jeff was running around trying to help several more brides out because there were so many people there. While I was waiting for him to come back and help me try on accessories, the other consultants swarmed over to me and were about to turn my happy experience into a nightmare. I was waiting on the platform for Jeff to come back when one consultant, who had been urging my mother to bring certain dresses back to me, came over with this insanely long cathedral length mantilla veil (with the lace around the edges). She proceeded to place it on my head (I didn't even want her to) and helped my mom set it up for me. I looked in the mirror and didn't like how it made my dress look less elegant, so I proceeded to take it off. The woman came back over to me and insisted that I keep the veil on my head. I told her "no" and she told me that it "really makes the dress couture." The dress is Zac Posen; it's already couture. She then proceeded to bring another veil over to me and I was really not liking what was going on at all. She was invading my personal space and did not even introduce herself to me. However, she kept insisting that since she's "Spanish" that she was the only one who knew what goes with the dress. Well, I lived in Spain, so there. When Jeff saw what she was doing, he firmly asked her to not bother me because I was uncomfortable. He then went off to look for appropriate accessories and brought over some simple flowers to clip into my hair and a much shorter, simpler veil. Both accessories were on point and satisfied my mother's wishes and catered to my own vision. He then let me soak up the moment and went to grab the paperwork. While he went away, the same female consultant came over and told me to step off the platform because another bride needed to use it (the platform is big enough for 4 brides and she kicked me off so that only 1 bride could use it). She also tried to make me change the back of my dress to a corset which I thought didn't go with the dress. When Jeff saw her coming after me, he stopped her in her tracks and told her, "no, that's enough." He then told me to get back on the platform and asked if it was the dress I wanted. I said yes and he brought over the bell. He then asked everyone there to give me some attention because I had found my dress. He told me to make a wish and ring the bell. He gave me a big hug and walked up to the register for me to check out. He made sure that I got a new dress in the same size and that it was appropriately discounted. He also gave me a ton of coupons. As busy as it was, Jeff really made me feel special and took the time to listen. As for the other consultant, she nearly made me walk out the door in anger. I NEVER want to see her again. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I have loved my experience at David's Bridal in Glen Burnie!! Jeff was the highest example of customer service. There was no task too great or too small for him. He was on the phone for our bridesmaids dresses and also for a $15 pair of shoes that had to be found in another state. The store in particular i went was in glen burnie. They are usually very busy but if you get the right attendant they can make your whole experience a wonderful one. On 2 separate occasions i went into the store to purchase a dress recently. One for my sisters wedding, im maid of honor and one for my wedding dress. Jeff went above and beyond finding these dresses for when they didnt have them in store and were discontinued. He call many different davids bridals looking for the dress in good condition in my size and both times was able to find the dress. I got my sisters bridesmaid dress in record time. It was wonderful and i couldn't have been happier. I am currently waiting on my wedding dress but i have every faith it will turn out the same. If you go the glen burnie location or make an appointment there ask for jeff. He will make you feel like the only bride he is helping while still helping multiple people. read more

Finally we had service and the 8 of us were taken back to one room where there was no room to wait and look at dresses. The workers were completely rude as well. Initially I would have rated my experience a "1". I made an appt on a Sun morning a week ago for myself (bride) and my 3 bridesmaids. We entered and were greeted and checked in with a polite gentlemen. He was very helpful. We stood around and waited for our consultant. When she arrived she informed us she had two other appts and showed us the dress selections and left. We asked her if she could pull our dresses we viewed online and placed in our favorites. We never could find them or were showed those dresses. This day was horrible, no help, no one cared. I ended up buying a dress that everyone said looked good on me, however I just didn't feel it. I went home and later that evening called and spoke to the manager Emi. She was so wonderful on the phone and scheduled my appt for that Fri evening. That's when I met Garret. He was my consultant and my goodness he was so sweet, caring. And HELPFUL. I tried on numerous dresses including the one I had already bought not knowing what I wanted. I just new something with the ones I was trying wasn't the one. Garret always had a smile on his face and kept going. He listened to me and eventually asked me what I loved about the dresses and disliked. He left and came back with two dresses. I tried them on and instantly fell inlove with them. Those were it, I was able to make my choice and got a little teary I'd because that was how I wanted to feel about my wedding dress. I didn't just want a dress, I wanted "the dress" that made me feel beautiful in it. If it wasn't for Garret and his great caring helpful attitude and him taking the time to actually listen I'd still be unhappy. Apparently the Glen Burnie location took down their original yelp page? Probably because they got such poor reviews. Two of my bridesmaids and I had a Saturday appointment to find their dresses. We fully expected the place to be packed, but we did NOT expect the ridiculously poor service we received. Our consultant had two other parties, so she was barely with us, and when she was, she was getting us confused with her other parties. WE ended up finding the dresses ourselves, and when we went to check out we were told that the consultant had to be with us. We finally found her, and she wrote down one of the dresses wrong, confusing it with another party's. She was writing dress numbers for all of her groups on a stack of sticky notes that she had stuck to her hands, which explains why she was so confused. If I had not double checked the dress number in my phone with what she told the cashier to order, my bridesmaid would have ended up with the wrong dress. Aside from the lack of customer service, a lot of the consultants had terribly negative attitudes. While we were following ours to the dressing rooms, I heard her tell another consultant that she was "so ready to go home", and the other woman enthusiastically agreed. That made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. I've worked in customer service for years, and that is absolutely no way to treat customers, especially since she would be making money off of our purchases. read more

I had the absolute WORSE experience at David's bridal as a bride along with my 6 bridesmaids. I heard so many reviews about how sucky they were i Brooklyn and how i should go to Delaware but i wanted to give it a chance everyone deserves a chance and boy was i wrong!!! i They truly do treat you like a number all they are concerned about is their money, which of course what business isn't but as a customer i expected to be treated better than i was. They are very inconsistent one person says something another says something else. We worked with Crystal who told us one thing about the girls dresses then when we went back it was totally different i had to go back and forth with the managers for 40 MINS before they FINALLY honored their word. I went with my sister yesterday to get her dress and we were with PREMA. Omg prema an absolute blessing this lady was so attentive to our needs even when the lady checking us out gave my attitude prema stuck around to assure everything was okay she was very helpful with fitting my sister for her dress was very helpful with trying them on and gave us her full attention unlike when i was trying on wedding gowns with crystal i was stuck in my gown for 7 mins waiting for her to help take it off because she was working with 2 other girls being a bride spending SO much money i would expect to be treated a little nicer than i was. Prema is such a blessing if you ever go to David's ask for prema. If i could rate Prema- 20. David's Bridal- absolutely horrible. read more

Once at the store it took about 15 minutes to be walked back into an unlocked dressing room (with no help finding the dress). Once I found my size it was going to take 12+ weeks to receive the dress, so I had to choose a different one. When checking out I wanted it shipped to a store closer to my home which they charge for, so I paid $15 to get it shipped to my home. The bride received an email (which should have been sent to me), that the dress was in store ready to be picked up. When I called, the phone rang for 4 mins before anyone answered at which time I was placed on hold for another 3 minutes. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because the woman was very friendly and apologetic, and hopefully fixed the situation. read more

Overall, I was not impressed with David's Bridal. They are very hard to get through to on the phone and are very unorganized in the store. I ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses and shoes from here. The dresses were beautiful and reasonable priced, but it was always a hassle everytime I went in there. Some of the staff were really nice and some left a lot to be desired. It seemed to me to be hit or miss everytime I went in there. I would recommend going shopping in December because it was very slow during that month. I wouldn't not recommend David's Bridal because they do have a large selection of reasonably priced gowns, but just be prepared for a little dysfunction! read more

My consultant was incredibly rude. She told me I could not get a white dress because of my skin complexion, just walked into my dressing room without talking, reprimand me for the way I took the dresses off the hanger, etc. One of the dresses I told her I did not like, and instead of moving on, she made me wear it around the store and tried to change my mind. She was incredibly pushy. She also kept disappearing for 10-15 minutes at a time, even though I had already scheduled an appointment in advance. Do not go here!!! read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO ON A SATURDAY!!! It was a complete zoo. We walked in for our scheduled appointment and there were at least 30 people standing right inside the door. We finally figured out there was a podium you have to sign in at and then they assign you a consultant. The consultant is assigned to more then one person to help so my consultant got me started with a few dresses and then she was off. I had to have my friend help me get dressed. I went to David's Bridal on Saturday, June 14, 2014 with my mother and sister. Just to look and try somethings on. I did not have an appointment but they fit me in. My consultant was Brea, she was awesome. Even though it was very busy and they were having the $99.00 sale, she made it personable and fun. She pickied out accessories and helped with dresses for me. I didn't find the dress for me while there but it was fun to try them on and get ideas. I didn't feel overwhelmed with the whole thing. read more

11/09/2014 I went to this location with my mom and 2 bridesmaids to look for my dress and their dresses. When we got there the store was very busy. We waited at the desk to check in and be assigned to a consultant. We met her, we told her what we were looking for. I was told they only have strapless dresses at first. She told us to go pick out about 6 dresses. So we started looking. It was very overwhelming due to so many people. The consultant came over and asked my price range with was $400-$500. She proceeded to bring me $1000 plus dresses after repeatedly telling her no that's not my price range. Finally I went to the dressing room to try on the dresses, my mom was going to come in with me and the consultant told her" No you can stay out here, have a seat your opinion isn't needed. This made my mom upset and she went outside to regroup. While I was in the tiny, dirty dressing room the consultant would whip the door open while I was half dressed to see if I was ready to come out. There were about 30 people outside the doors. No privacy what so ever. I asked her many times to knock first. But she said no ones gonna look at you. She was just very rude. Once I found my dress and agreed to purchase it she disappeared and was no help with the bridesmaids dresses. I also asked to see a veil in a diff color and had to wait 30 mins. Finally my bridesmaid chased her down and got the veil. I would not recommend this place and am thinking twice about purchasing my 5 bridesmaids dresses here. read more

I went here and my entire experience was ruined!! My consultant was late taking me back and working with another person at the same time and wasn't helpful at all. She wasn't prepared for me at all! I tried on the dresses that I pulled. She didn't pull any. While I was trying on dresses she stopped to ask me how I was doing. I asked her for a style of dress I wanted and she told me that I probably wouldn't like it once I tried it on. She told me that 3x! She went to find me dresses and came back 20 min later with ONE dress that wasn't what I asked for. I wasted my time prior to the appt by picking some dresses online because she said they didn't have some in the store and she didn't know where the others were. I spent 30 min in regular clothes waiting for her to get dresses for me. My bridal party went to find dresses and came back with 3 while she came back with one. I told my consultant again about what I wanted to try on and she came back with 2 more dresses that weren't what I asked for. The other ladies that were in the back each walked out with a dress. I was still standing there waiting with my own clothes on. I spoke to a person in charge and they apologized and asked me to come back at a time when they were there so that they could make sure everything went smoothly. That was it! Maybe I'm expecting too much but no one offered any kind of compensation. It was a complete waste of time and money getting my out of time family there. We had a Bridal party appointment with David's Bridal for a month, when we got there I stood in line for 30 minutes just to say I had an appointment, we were assigned an assistant but she spoke with us once and we never saw her again. 5 girls cleared their schedules for this appointment, we were there for two hours without any assistance. They finally aloud to use one dressing room for 5 girls. As the mother of the bride I was humiliated. The girls had found the dresses they wanted but needed to order them in the correct color but could not do this because we had absolutely no help. Needless to say after two hours we all walked out empty handed. What a waste of time! I'm sure they didn't even noticed we left. read more

After shopping in Delaware, Bel Air, Whitemarsh and Pikesville...finally made it down to David's Bridal in Glen Burnie for a Prom Dress. From our greeting at the door to the exemplary service from our consultant Chemise...we were blown away. Chemise ran for different sizes and offered ideas of other gowns. Stood patiently by to help if needed and offered positive encouragement. They sewed a few beads back on (no charge) before we purchased it and we were out the door!! If they give this much attention to a Prom Dress...imagine what they will do for your Wedding Dress!! Go Chemise! You are our hero!! read more

Bought a prom dress for my daughter from Davids Bridal store #20 that needed alot of alterations. It was the dress she wanted but was too big for her. Her dress was altered at Davids so we returned to have her try it on. She tried it on and was in tears. In my opinion it looked good but she did not like the way the dress was more form fitting through her middle area. She was so upset and I did not think that anything could be done at this point since the alterations were already done. An employee from Alterations named Vee came over to the dressing room and calmed my daughter down and figured out what she wanted done to the dress to make it fit the way she would like it to fit. She hugged my daughter and really talked to her until she made her feel better. Vee then let the seamstress know what my daughter wanted done and then she told us she was getting off work and said goodbye and left. After about 15 minutes as I was sitting waiting for the alterations to be done, Vee came back into the dressing room and asked if she could speak to me privately. She told me that she had left the store and was on her way home when she just had to come back to talk to me. She turned her car around and came back. She was very concerned about my daughter and told me how she herself was bullied in high school and never felt good about herself and the way she looked. She told me that her mother never ever knew this was happening because she acted fine when she was home. She hid it from her mother. She wanted me to know this because she too did not feel good about the way she looked in high school. She wanted me to know so I could just check with my daughter to be sure that someone was not bullying her to make her feel this way. I cannot believe how compasionate Vee was and that she came all the way back after she got off and left for the day to tell me her story. She said it would have bothered her all night if she did not come back to tell me this. David's Bridal has a very valuable employee in Vee. This is definitely an employee that you should be proud to have at your store and that should be recognized! Every company should have employees like Vee. David's Bridal should do everything they can to keep Vee their employee. What a huge, caring heart! Thank you Vee! I ordered a single bridesmaid dress from here. It took 3 months to come in, arriving only 2 weeks before the wedding. I had to discover on my own that it would take so long, as this was not disclosed to me when I ordered it. Very stressful. Then it was mailed to the incorrect address. Staff are rude on the phone. No apology when they screw up, give you attitude, put you on hold abruptly, just a very basic lack of courtesy even though I am very polite. (I have to be, because inside I'm furious that my bridesmaid will not have any time to get alterations done, and won't be able to return it in case it doesn't look good, which was also not disclosed to me when I ordered it.) They are not professional, they are incompetent, and they are not polite. On the bright side, at least the dress came in before the wedding. I would have been a lot more upset if it had not. Nevertheless, if at all possible, shop at a local shop where you will be treated right. read more

I went back last week had an amazing consultant named Yolanda and Robert. Which restored my faith in the store so I brought my maid of honor to look for a gown an had a consultant Patrice who was he absolute worst consultant I have ever met for any customer service position. I picked out the dresses for my girl and the belts to try and pick one for her never once did Patrice try to bring possibilities (like she was with other people she was helping really well) or did she offer to zipper my girl ask if we needed help. I the bride kept having to ask for Patrice to put a clip on my girls dress. And then I asked Patrice to help me find the headband I am wearing so we could find a belt that would match for my maid of honor and she never ended up doing that. After I was completely fustrated with her lack of attention to me and my maid of honor I ended up having my maid of honor change and bring the dress and belt we picked and took to the register for them to put those items on my account because we sat and waited for Patrice for over 20minutes with no offer of help or even saw her. This service was the end of my limit of being nice and patient. Patrice has truly made me sad and upset that I almost feel I need to take my girls to a competitor to find a dress. The Glen Burnie location truly needs a revamp of their consultants and more training of customer service. I was also there to pick up my bridal gown never once was I offered to try on my dress. read more

Without an appointment, my daughter and I went to David's Glen Burnie location around mid day on Sunday, 03/08. The place was mobbed, and it was easy to understand why. The selection, service and prices were outstanding. We waited a relatively short time to be assigned a sales associate. Kathryn (our sales associate) had my daughter chose some dresses, and she ultimately picked out five that met our criteria. All this time Kathryn was dealing with multiple customers, but still managing to make us feel special. We were greatly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the sales associates. Kathryn was outstanding to deal with, and I would highy recommend the store. In fact, we had planned on visiting a second bridal store, but we never managed to leave David's, because we were treated so well. I should also mention that Kathryn assisted us with picking out accessories with the gown we purchased. David's provided very impressive customer service, particularly given the number of folks in the store. read more

We had an appointment today for a total of 5 bridesmaids and were not helped for 20 minutes after our appt. Our "helper" said she had two appointments already but that "her manager was aware" and pointed us to a room. The room was only big enough for two people, and then she disappeared. One of our bridesmaids is pregnant and she had questioned her about maternity dresses and she sad she didn't have time to help her look, and to go ask someone else. She did not come over to us one time, she didn't measure our sizes or even check on us. We all were planning on buying our dresses that day however we all thought there was no way this woman deserved the commission from all these dresses. This woman was also the woman who helped my friend pick her dress out and was just as equally awful at that appointment. I will never recommend anyone to come to this place for ANYTHING and it's infuriating we were there for 2 hours and weren't helped one time. read more

They printed out my favorites from their website and set me up with a consultant and a fitting room. The consultant asked my budget and respected it when I wanted to try on a dress from the mannequin. She pulled dresses for me and also let us pull some. My sister had to help me in to the dresses as my consultant was working with another bride too. But even so, she checked on me when I came out of the fitting room and when I found one I liked brought over a tiara and a veil to match. When I left I set up an appointment to come back in about a month. When I came back later with all of my bridesmaids, my appointment was not on their schedule. We were very briefly toured through the bridesmaid section and left to pull all of our own dresses. Since there were five of us, it was not too big of a deal. We basically found the consultant I had previously worked with when we were ready for the girls to be measured for ordering. The store has a lot of selection, but can be really crazy. I suggest an appointment, and a confirmation call about the appointment. The bridesmaids dresses came in much quicker than I expected, in under three weeks. I ended up ordering my dress elsewhere. read more

This place is awesome!! After going to 4 other bridal stores, my first thought upon walking in was, "Why didn't I come here first?" There is a huge selection, and the prices are very reasonable. I ended up buying the most expensive dress. It was cheap compared to other places I looked, but not lacking in quality. I went 3 times, yes 3, to try on the same dress, among others! I liked so many of the dresses, but ended up with the one that wouldn't leave my mind. It was the most unique dress I'd ever seen! Jeff is the best Sales Associate!! I worked with him all three times. Each time he was warm, inviting, supportive, entertaining, and he made me feel special. He also stayed 50 minutes after close to help me pick a vail and accessories, order a discontinued item from another store, take pictures in my new dress, and check out. He did this all with enthusiasm and a smile. Talk about going above and beyond! Some of the other places I went to were pushy and intimidating, but not David's. Don't write this place off because it's a big chain. It's well worth it. read more

I had an appointment at David's Bridal in Glen Burnie and my experience was fantastic. I had gone online and made an appointment with them for Monday at 4.30, then saved some of my favorites that I wanted to see in person to save some time. I got there about 5 minutes early & checked in with a girl at the desk. For some reason, they had my appointment scheduled for Sunday at 4.30, but they took me anyway with no problem. I had Jeff as my consultant and he was FANTASTIC! I had no idea what size I was, so he measured me and asked what I liked & my price range. He pulled some dresses that weren't on the list that were similar to what I liked, while also including all the ones that I had mentioned online and all of them were within my budget. He set me up with all of the additional items to wear under the dresses and also a couple cute belts to add some oomph to the more simple styles. He never once was pushy, knew what he was talking about with each dress, and always listened to what I said. After trying all of them on, I found the one! Jeff wrote down everything I needed to know about the dress so I would know what it was when I was ready to finally buy. He also wrote down his schedule so if I had any questions, I could call and speak with him. He was so fun and he made the experience so much better than I had expected it to be. I had read reviews online and alot of them were disheartening, but he totally made me change my mind. I haven't bought the dress yet, but I don't think I'll be having any issues. I went for bridesmaids dresses with eight girls and it was a very trying time. Finding the dresses wasn't the problem because I picked them out before I came online, it was how the consultant measured the maids. Some were in weddings in the last 6 months, so knew around what size they was (and was correct!!) but she insisted according to her measurements they went up two dress sizes. She measured a very petite maid with a 40 bust and after getting a second opinion (from another consultant, she then went back and re-measured with different numbers. Needless to say we still don't know who's right!! To put the icing on the cake, she projected the dresses would be back in the middle of June(my wedding is july16th !!) which set off an immediate panic and caused me to get a David's dis bridal credit card so I can purchase the dresses that day in fear of not having them back in time. This shop was my my second experience trying wedding gowns on, and the absolute worst of my entire experiences. The girl helping who I would rather not name, unless management contacts me and I wish they would, was unfriendly and it seemed we were bothering her. A wedding dress experience is suppose to feel exciting and special and this felt nothing of the sort. She had an attitude which was easy to pick up on. I am not going to list all the things that pissed me off other then the kicker in this entire experience. As I was heading back to the dressing room to change and try on another gown she asked what I liked about it (this was maybe the 5-6th dress i tried on) I told her I liked this and that, she proceeded to say, "if you like it then why are we still trying dresses on" I replied "because I don't LOVE it". I then told my family and bridesmaids I will not be trying anymore dresses on as I felt I was a burden to this lady. I would never recommend this David's Bridal to anyone. I and I forgot to mention, I drove from Ocean City Maryland for this terrible experience. What a waste of time. I would have ended up purchasing 7 bridesmaids dresses and a possible wedding gown if she wasn't so rude. read more

My consultant was very friendly and helpful. All the dresses I tried on were not properly laced and she took the time to redo all of them correctly, which took a while -- but I did appreciate it. David's is so chaotic and choosing dresses was left up to me at first, but I have no idea how the store is laid out or what is where. The consultant eventually chose a few options as well. None of the dresses wowed me. Most were pretty bland, or had odd additions to them and I couldn't say that any of them were what I was looking for in a wedding dress. I spent two hours there and nothing seemed worth the time to even lace it up. Also, when you make an appt online, they spam the life out of your email so be prepared for that. I would recommend smaller shops. It's more one on one attention and less hustle and bustle. David's was my least favorite place I visited of all my wedding dress excursions. I'd recommend Lily's Bridal, where I did eventually find THE dress. The staff was great and their selection is nothing but beautiful dresses! read more

Such a dirty place! I only came here for my bridal shoes that I found on the DB website first so I figured it should be a fairly quick visit, right? Wrong. I was pointed in the direction of the shoes (fine, I don't need help) but every single box I opened, the shoes were disgustingly dirty! While I was there looking for my size and hoping I could find a fairly clean pair of shoes, I saw many consultants come over saying "just pick out whatever size you are and whatever style you want to wear" so these shoes are quite worn out by all of the brides that travel through. My suggestion? They need to have one pair of heels in whole sizes so a bride can try shoes on if they feel that they have to when wearing the dress. This is an absolutely disgusting store and a horrible experience. It took about 45 minutes to actually find the shoes and bring them to checkout, through all of the information they need to save and then finally paying (on top of which they say absolutely no returns). I was told that the shoes would be cleaned before they were dyed and who knows if they were but they still looked ratty when I picked them up and I noticed quite a few white spots still on the shoe. I figured it was best to just trash them than trying to fix it and wound up purchasing a pair of shoes I loved from zappos. Ugh, never going there again. read more

This is a follow up to my previous review; I called a little over a week ago and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and brushed me off... however, that ended up being the only poor experience I had. When I called back the following day, I spoke to someone much kinder, who actually listened to my questions and answered them clearly. So I made an appointment... and loved it! It was pretty busy (it was a Saturday) and we had to wait until 12:00 when my appointment was for 11:30, but my consultant, Jeff, was wonderful. Super positive attitude, so helpful, kind, and fun, and genuinely excited for me and to be there. I found a gorgeous White by Vera Wang dress and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. Nothing like I had pictured myself in, but when I put it on... WOW! It fits the season and my venue perfectly and I feel absolutely amazing in it. I will be calling Jeff to help with my bridesmaids dresses! He is fantastic, thank you! read more
