Let me start from the beginning, in 2019 My mother and I went to David's Bridal (Kennewick location) looking for my wedding wedding dress... to be treated like completely crap by Shawn M, I very much felt like I was trash in her eyes and I very much felt she thought I didn't have any money to buy a dress (in reality I didn't even have a budget) so she gave me attitude even when I asked simply asked to use the rest room, it was covered in pee all over the place and absolutely foul, so I ended up using the men's. I nicely let her know the condition of the bathroom again rude as hell all I got was an "okay" in a way that she clearly didn't care anything I has to say. I didn't like how we were treated there so I did not end up picking any dress there. Fast forward to 5/18/2021 I decide to give them another chance to find a vow renewal/ reception dress. This day went great Harmony Y (so I thought). She measured me, I picked out a dress ordered a size 16 that she said would be okay if anything it could be taken in a small amount, she also told me that I could return it if I didn't like it or it didn't fit. She told me it would be at the store early June. Fast forward to today June 9th I go to try on the dress after getting a call June 7th to pick it up. I go and try on the dress that is absolutely Massive! At least 4 sizes too big. No way to alter it that much. So when I try to return (NEVER EVEN LEAVING THE STORE WITH THE DRESS) they say YOU CANT RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASED DATE! Umm what?? I didn't get it for 3 weeks after purchasing it and NEVER TOOK IT OUT FROM THE STORE?! But I can't return it!? So I politely ask to talk to a manager and who was it? Oh that's right! It's Shawn M. I explained that I have never took it from the store so how is it that I can't return it?! She smirkingly explains the policy again that you can't return after 7 DAYS After being purchased... I ask shouldn't it be 7 days after picking it up or having it in my possession? She said nope. So basically you can not ever return anything that you have to order from David's bridal apparently! I'm completely done with David's bridal from their absolutely rude management, miss information from staff, and policy's that don't make any sense at all other than to completely rip people off! read more

I walked in on a Saturday with my 4-year-old daughter and expected to spend 5 minutes just looking. I had not thought that in my life I would be buying another wedding dress and felt kind of strange going in at 42 and with my daughter. For my first wedding, I spent thousands on a dress from an amazing designer in Seattle. I had sort of planned to make appointments at some stores, but hadn't gotten to it yet. I knew though that I don't care about who makes my dress or how much I pay for it, only that it is me. Within a few minutes, the warmness of the staff made me feel completely comfortable. I ended up spending two hours trying on dresses. I did not expect help, but was asked if I needed help even by other sales girls while the girl they assigned to me helped someone else. Everyone there, staff and customers, seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. Believe me, the princess experience you get in the high-end bridal stores is pretty forced and not the unassuming relaxed and fun atmosphere here. I found the perfect dress for my beach wedding. My daughter had a blast and probably won't forget the experience either. I cannot express how much I appreciated this experience. When I go back to pick up the dress, I'm bringing the moms and friends to pick out dresses as well. They have my business! I was disappointed to read some of the reviews. I think sometimes expectations are built up. I've done the one-on-one bridal shop experience where your sales person has to be perfect, as they are chosen to work in the shop where the dresses are thousands. I did the 200+ guest catered wedding at the winery that was planned so meticulously that I don't remember much of anything of the day and three years later the husband who wanted that was cheating on me with a co-worker. Life is messy and beautiful. Your wedding is about getting married to the person you love. Accept what comes and just have fun. This store is busy, fun and easy-going. If you want high-brow and quiet, go to Kirkland or Seattle, but you will pay for it, literally. And so she gets credit, my customer service person was Dalene. read more

I walked in on a Saturday, and the store was slammed. There were employees and customers everywhere. Within 5 minutes, I was set up with a stylist and a room. It was my first stop looking at dresses, so I figured I would need some time and had no intention of buying a dress that day - I told my stylist I would let her know when I needed her. I browsed around and found five dresses that I wanted to try on. I got my stylist, tried on each dress and picked THE DRESS in less than 30 minutes!! The dress was perfect, and my stylist was awesome. I had to make an appointment to come back for alterations. Appointment went perfectly. The ONLY negative thing I can say was that I felt that the alterations were on the expensive side. I could have had the same work done, closer to home, for about half the price. I felt more comfortable having the alterations done where I purchased the dress from, so I went ahead and paid the higher price to have it done at David's. AND I am VERY thankful that I did. The alterations turned out AMAZING! My dress is gorgeous! They were helpful in picking out a veil as well. All in all, it was a great experience, great service, great dress, and great work. read more

Richela was AMAZING. She went above and beyond by being patient with my bridesmaids. We all know they kept changing their minds and Richela kept a positive and upbeat attitude to make sure our needs were met. She tried to bring dresses that would work and were within the budget. When it came to me trying on dresses, she first asked what I was interested in and based on my response she pulled a couple of dresses and stayed within the budget. After trying on a total of 8 or so dresses we found the one and we had her bringing veils and jewelry like amad woman. She was super helpful and was all about making sure I was content with my experience. I would highly highly recommend Richela. She has amazing customer service and made the whole experience and amazing one. She has helped us out on different occasions for different brides and EVERY SINGLE time she has gone above and beyond. She knows what she is talking about and makes sure to stay within budget. Today I said YES to THE DRESS and the best part was that it was one she pulled that was LOWER than my budget so it was a win win. Thank you Richela you the MVP. read more

I had an extraordinary experience at David's Bridal! My stylist was Erika. I can't say enough good things about her! She was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, patient, honest, and professional. I was between two dresses and Vera, who works in the alterations department, was on the floor. She right away stepped in and told me how she could alter my wedding dress and add to it. I had my perfect dress! These two ladies made an unforgettable wedding dress shopping experience for me and a memory I will never forget. They both were knowledgable in their craft, went above and beyond in customer service, and professional. They also showed extraordinary team work. I am definitely going back with Erika to get bridesmaid dresses and I can't wait to work with Vera when it is time to do alterations to my dress. Thank you ladies!!!! We were helped by Christal. She was really nice and offered great suggestions. My stepdaughter tried on several dresses and she had two she liked, but wanted to see more options. Her mom and I were bringing her dresses to look at. While I was out looking Christal said if she didn't find one she liked soon we'd have to make another appointment. This upset my stepdaughter's as we are from Wenatchee. I understand the time constraints and other appointments being booked after, but there was nobody waiting with an appointment. Christal found a sash that looked beautiful with the dress and veil and the bell was rung!! The manager, Jaye, was fabulous in getting us the bride and bridesmaid dresses expedited. I really enjoyed my experience of trying on bridal gowns with Erika! She was very welcoming and personable. You can tell that Erika is a very experienced stylist, she was very clear about what we were going to do and she was able to answer every question that my sister and I had. Erika was quick to catch on to my style, and I only needed to try on 4 dresses before I found the right one. While trying on dresses, she provided us with the designer's name and color of each dress. She made suggestions about alterations and additions to the dress, which ultimately helped me with my decision. I accompanied my friend to David's Bridal to look at the dress her stylist helped her pick out the day prior. We had the pleasure of working with Richela. My friend had a great experience with her the day before and she was just as wonderful when we came back this time. The dress was perfect and the veil she suggested was a perfect match. She was energetic, knowledgeable, and great at what she does. We felt no pressure and had a great time. Even though we didn't have time to try on bridesmaids dresses, she picked out a few styles that would fit well with my body type. I've been here before as a bridesmaid and always had a wonderful experience. Today I came as a bride. I had a few dresses in mind and was alittle down after finding my dream dress wasn't available in the store. Closest store that had my dress was California. Oh well. After trying on 5 dresses I narrowed my choices to the 2nd dress and 4th dress. When my stylist Leticia asked me which dress I wanted to re-try, I chose the 2nd dress first. This was the dress that almost made me cry when I tried it on the first time. The 2nd time I was speechless and balled my eyes out. If you get the chance to work with Richela at David's Bridal, do it! She was so great to work with. I had previously had a bridal appointment at a local bridal boutique where we had the whole store to ourselves. My appointment with Richela on a Saturday morning (typically one of DB's busiest times) blew that boutique appointment out of the water, and it was because of the expert assistance and attention that Richela gave, as well as many of the other employees there! CHRISTAL IS AMAZING!! I went in when I had first gotten engaged last year and she was amazing.. wasn't 100% sure what I wanted so I waited until I had more details figured out and went back yesterday. she pulled amazing dresses. figured out my style right away. was honest and kind and so very helpful!! really makes the sometimes awkward situation of being undressed in front of somebody else a comfortable experience (which is hard to do). I went to Davids Bridal today to go get my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses, i was suuuper nervous being afraid I was going to get terrible service. Melanie Eversaul gave me the best service i could ever ask for!!! I showed her a picture of an idea of the dress i wanted and she pulled out dresses until i found the perfect dress!!! I mentioned a tiara to my maid of honor and she was on it!!! She was amazing and if you make an appointment there, you wont be disappointed. My daughter selected a beautiful dress that was being closed out. Fortunately they were able to order a new one in from the manufacturer. It arrived prior to the anticipated date. Unfortunately when she went to have it hemmed we discovered a huge defect. The shop immediately tried to order another one with no luck. This us when Marie, Vera, and the alterations crew went to work. Because my daughters heart was set on this dress they worked miracles to correct the problems. Sharise helped me find my bridesmaids dresses after my mom insisted we work with her. We had been shopping all day on Saturday for bridesmaids dresses and found a few styles we liked. I was very pleased with the service we received from David's Bridal. Our consultant was Dalene and she was amazing! She was so helpful with finding my granddaughter her wedding dress. After we found her wedding dress Dalene helped us find Bridesmaids dresses, Maid of honor dresses and flower girl dresses. She was the most helpful person and always greeted us with a smile.
