When I went to pick it up it wasn't there and had to go back a second time to get it. I was in a hurry so didn't take it out of the bag to inspect it. Bad decision. When I took it out I found one side to be covered with lint balls and both sides very rough and pilled like it had been heavily brushed and found 3 holes in one side. I had already left town so I called the shop to report what I found and was told it wasn't there fault because it was an old blanket and she hung up on me.
