Back in 2020, I was in the market for a wedding dress. I hadn't quite begun my search when an ad for Blueberry popped up on my Instagram and I saw the MOST amazing dress. I gathered up my family and off we went to the bridal store. Upon arriving to Blueberry Bridal, we were greeted with a personalized, intimate experience. I showed the owner the dress I had seen online and she pulled that for me to try on, along with many other dresses. It was the best experience. The shop owner was so helpful, had an impeccably clean and organized shop, and took so much pride in her profession. I was thoroughly impressed, and left with an amazing wedding dress in order. Additionally, she was able to help me customize a veil based on one that she carried in store (I just had length added to it). Flash forward to this past winter, almost 2 years later, my dad's fiancé was looking for a wedding dress for their wedding. We went to several shops, but ended up at Blueberry, as well. The experience was just as wonderful, and with a quick timeline to have a dress ready for their wedding, the shop owner showed us to the dresses that could be bought off the rack. The choices were abundant and my now step-mother found her perfect dress as well. Plus, the owner remembered me from almost 2 years prior and was just as lovely. I am blown away at how amazing this place was. I started dress shopping at David's bridal and was extremely disappointed and felt so rushed there. I made an appointment at blueberry bridal hoping it would be better and it exceeded all expectations. Amber makes dress shopping about the experience and was so patient with me and my family. Amber was offsetting from the start of my appointment. I paid to have an hour of dress shopping, but what I got was 45 minutes (because she was "running behind") of chastising my bridesmaids for stepping on the floor near a dress, complaining to me about all of her terrible customers in the bridal changing room (instead of doing the back of my dress) for almost 10 minutes, telling me and my bridesmaids that we were wrong about not liking a dress that she liked, then telling me at exactly 5:00 (with no one waiting for an appointment) that my hour appointment was "over" because my time was up when I had one more dress to try on!! She then went to the cash register and seemed like she just expected us to leave. I was 100% ready to purchase a dress for thousands of dollars and felt like she didn't want my business. My bridal party and I were nothing but kind, clean, and everything that a bridal shop would want walking into their establishment. Needless to say, I very quickly went back to the previous bridal shop I had visited today and paid for my favorite dress in full!! read more

My mom, sister, and I went to Blueberry Bridal a few months ago to find my sister's perfect wedding dress, and Amber was amazing!! She was super respectful with helping my sister find and try on dresses, and she did a wonderful job making my mom and I feel welcome and comfortable. We tried a few other places to see what the dress options were, but no one else was as thoughtful and personal to the bride-to-be as Blueberry Bridal, and my sister decided on one of the dresses she tried on here (and absolutely loved it!). WOW WOW WOW. After leaving Amy's bridal feeling very unsure we decided to schedule a last minute appointment at Blueberry. We showed up to the boutique and had the whole place to ourselves. The owner, Amber, had a welcome chalk board with my name on it making me feel so special. The dresses and gowns at her boutique are absolutely unreal. It was such a hard decision but when we finally ended up saying YES TO THE DRESS Amber did not disappoint with the celebration! She brought out champagne and had a whole "Yes to the Dress" selfie photo shoot area. We had SO much fun, she made sure we did not miss out on a single aspect of the experience. Before going out of town, go to Blueberry Bridal! I had three dress fitting reservations booked in Spokane and last minute decided to check out Blueberry Bridal before heading out of town with my mom and sister. I was looking for a "modest" (long-sleeve, high neck line) dress and Blueberry had a better selection of this style than some of the high-end shops in Spokane (they also had so many beautiful short sleeve and sleeveless dresses, but modest was what I was looking for). I ended up finding *the* perfect dress right here in Kennewick! The shop was clean, adorable, I was greeted with a personalized sign, we had drinks and photos once we said yes to the dress. Amber was also so helpful and not pushy. She was there to be supportive in the process. Blueberry also had a great selection of veils and gorgeous jewelry. In fact, when trying on a dress, Amber recommended a great necklace to add to the whole look for our wedding photos and day. I am so in love with my dress and can't recommend this boutique enough!
