I can't speak highly enough about Jade - I made my appointment at David's Bridal to try on dresses for the very first time and she was so sweet and personable from the start! When I started to show her my inspiration pictures, she immediately had a dress in mind for me to try on (ironically it was the dress that I first pulled from the rack). Jade also pulled many dresses that fit into the style that I had imagined but ultimately she and I were on the same page for what I wanted. The dress pictured below is the one she thought of immediately and the one I gravitated to first. I know it's probably cliche, but this dress was meant to be. Jade made this whole process so easy and so much fun! This first-time experience was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with how amazing Jade was! This would have been a 5 star review, however, upon going through the items we left with I am highly disappointed in the selfishness of our sales person. Aside from the experience (explained below) which was at the end of our appointment and that had to do with the dishonesty of our salesperson when purchasing the items, it was a great experience up until that point. The ONLY reason I'm giving more than one star is because, the appointment up until the end was great, they had beautiful dresses, made my sisters appointment special, and most importantly my sister ended up saying 'yes to the dress' which is all that matters. What I HATE is that the dress/vail combo that she said yes to, was NOT what was sold to us. Thank goodness, we noticed the salesperson sold us a different color, and more expensive vail to us rather than the correct one that my sister had on. My sister tried on (and said yes to) a White Vail, since the dress she picked and we purchased is white. Yet, without being upfront about it, or even telling us about the change, ours salesperson sold us a more expensive version of the same vail in Off-White. The fact she would up-sell the WRONG colored vail to us, all for a little more commission, and not with any worry that it would mess up my sisters day makes me livid. read more

I specifically want to thank Marisol, the manager, who was fantastic, and her stylist Madison, who was so patient and supportive throughout the process. She and her team not only helped me find my perfect dress, they also went above and beyond making sure I had it in time for my big day (I may have really procrastinated on getting a dress and pushing the time needed for alterations). I chose the Murrieta location because of their larger selection, and I'm so glad I did! I had previously visited another David's Bridal location without much luck, but Murrieta's store was significantly bigger, nicer, and much more accommodating. I was on the hunt for a black wedding dress--and they made it happen! The team answered all my questions and worked closely with me to help me find the perfect look. They even helped my daughter find a beautiful bridesmaid dress, which meant a lot to both of us. Once my dress arrived, I used their in-house alterations department, and they were just as fantastic. Martina worked diligently with me on every detail of my alterations and was so patient while I tried on veils and shoes to complete the look. I truly cannot express my satisfaction and gratitude enough. The entire experience at David's Bridal Murrieta was wonderful from beginning to end. I went in today, Thursday The 13th because someone suggested that I look at David's bridal to get a last-minute Company Christmas party dress. I was at Lakeshore learning getting stuff for my kiddos when I realized I was next-door to David's bridal. So I went in I was very quickly greeted and felt completely welcomed. I was showed the different collections and then I indicated that I didn't know what size I was, and I was quickly measured and explained the differences in my measurements and size. I then pulled three dresses and really liked one of them, but preferred off the shoulder. Marisol was very quick to offer help and suggestions. She brought out a different green colored dress that was off the shoulder for me to try. I absolutely loved her suggestion and we ordered it in my size. I was extremely happy with my experience and to top it off...She suggested a tie for my husband to match, which I very quickly said yes to. I do not like shopping. Came in today to try on wedding dresses for the first time. I was assigned Tay as my bridal assistant (I'm not sure what her exact title was), she was the one helping me find dresses to try on. I showed her some styles that I found on the David bridal website and she looked them up on her tablet to see if they had my size and if they could have the dress in stock by the time my event came. As she started bringing me dresses none of them looked good, all of them made me look old and didn't flatter my body. When I looked for Tay to clip my dress she was always gone and sometimes didn't El return with a new dress when she did come back around. I found 2 dresses that I was interested in and she advised me about alterations possibly taking 4-8 which wouldn't work for my time frame for my event. So I asked her to talk to alterations to see if they could come out & take a look to give me not only a price point but a date of completion for the alterations. I feel like every time I came back out with a dress she told me that she was going to ask alterations but never actually went to do it until the end of my appointment. It really didn't help because if I had that information I would have chosen my dress accordingly. Overall I feel like there was a horrible variety of dresses here, they didn't have anything in my size and the person assigned to me didn't really seem passionate about assisting me. I do like that everything g is done all in the same place (buying dress and alterations). I did end up finding a decent dress but that was because my mom and my mother in law went to the floor and found it. I'm just glad I was able to find something that will work thanks to the guests I brought with me. read more

Mainly this review is for Manar who helped my daughter. She was extremely helpful and patient with us. My daughter was looking for less traditional, but not sure what. Manar went out of her way to help my daughter find different dresses. Manar deserves 5 stars for her great service, but ultimately David's Bridal had only one wedding dress that was not white/ivory. I made an appointment to try on dresses and was told i cant try on the dress i want, i had to pick a dress i wasn't in love with but was promised the alterations would fix the things i dodnt like about it. Cut to a week before my wedding and the alterations are horrible. They straight up didnt do half of my requests. The pannel they added was the wrong shape and they left the bra cups nude. Horrible looking. I paid so much for alterations alone and they didnt do them. I ended up having to buy a whole new dress. The alteration consultants dont speak much English and barely understand what i was saying. No wonder they did it all wrong. Silvia the alteration manager just kept nodding and saying yes to everything i said. Fast forward to a week before my wedding and all my money was wasted. read more
