I had the best experience with Class Act Tuxedo. I called them frantically on Thursday (we had a wedding on Saturday) because I needed a sage green suit for my 5 year old. He was the ring bearer in a friends wedding. The suit we had ordered from somewhere else was the wrong color and a terrible fit. They not only had the correct color but had it quickly shipped. I was able to pick it up Friday morning and the owner also quickly tailored it for me. It was a perfect fit and completely saved the day!

How often do you walk into a business and fall in love with it? For me, it's very rare. But I absolutely fell in love with this place and the two owners, Sal & Shae! I got several suits here for my wedding and now I travel from LA just to come here because I love this place so much! I am impressed with the care and attention Sal & Shae give to every customer that walks in. They are so friendly and welcoming, it is undeniable that their customers truly matter to them and they take real pride in their work. They charge unbeatable prices whilst offering top-notch service. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! But don't just take my word for it, their reputation speaks for itself!

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband and two sons. I sent them over to Class Act after seeing the great reviews here on yelp with an inspo picture of what I wanted their look to be for our big 20th anniversary celebration . Planning a wedding on my own down to every last detail it was very hard for me not to be there and just put my faith in the owners of this shop to come through for us and boy did they ! I had no idea what my husband or son's tuxedos looked like until our ceremony began. I could not contain my tears. My baby boys looked absolutely handsome and I've never seen my husband look so dang sharp! If you are looking for a small business to really take care of your needs , class act is it. I want to add that my husband mentioned that they really took care of them and actually listened to what they liked & catered their looks to meet their style. Class act provided A+++ service. If we ever need suits and tuxedo rentals again I will not hesitate to come back and recommend anyone here.

What is there to say but excellence! Thank you Shae and Sal for your amazing work and customer service! You two are definitely the best!

    Everything was perfect!

I highly recommend this place. It was busy when we arrived to select the tux but the owners were extremely nice, patient and professional. They communicated how long the wait might be and it was worth the wait. Pick up was a breeze. Looking forward to coming back next year! Thanks again for making my son look so handsome!

Best ever!! We love Shay and her husband, the owners of Class Act. They treated us like family on day one. The suit looked absolutely gorgeous on my teenage son and they gave us a smoking deal. No need to pay those huge suit prices from the corporate owned chain places! My son was the best dressed kid in the wedding!! Shay was professional but also relaxed and no pressure. The suit was ironed perfectly when we picked it up and the alterations were perfect. She even threw in some free shoes to borrow for the weekend. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!! This place is a hidden gem. Keep up the good work guys!

With Home Coming only a little over a week away, my son and his friends decided to go to the dance. They wanted to go casual, but fresh. I considered going suit shopping but time wasn't on our side. Thankfully, Class Act took him in, got him sized, he picked his colors, and was able to pick up his outfit right on time for the dance. He was so happy and feeling good with his outfit. We will be back soon for prom!

God forgive me for not posting this earlier. I came in for a fitting for my best friend's wedding, and walked out with a purchased tuxedo and four complete three piece suits. Sal and Shae, you both are absolutely amazing and have no idea how much I appreciate the two of you. God bless you always!

Where do I start? The dust has settled, and the routine of new home, new life (married life), and settling in is becoming pleasantly comfortable. The days are passing and as my wife & I check off thank you's to all the corresponding family, friends and vendors... I realize that a very special and loud thank you is deserving of Shae & Sal, the proprietors of Class Act Tuxedo and Bridal rental. My wedding was in December. I met with Shae & Sal in October. My brothers and father/ and in law to be all were fitted by Class Act. I had changed my mind um, let's say a few times, because of course- I wanted to look my best and I knew what I wanted. Or did I? Shae was an absolutely perfect pillar of patience, kindness and reality. She was confident we would be looking our best, and wise enough to remind us, that time for alterations was key. GREAT so far! Everyone in the party was fitted, tailored and ready. ... and then... I went and flipped the script. December was moving quick and before I knew it, I was 48 hours away from my wedding. I made the call and decided to scratch my original "unique" outfit and match my brothers with a classic great tux. I showed up an hour and a half before closing the DAY BEFORE my wedding, and this is what happened... I explained to Sal, that confidence was key, and I just didn't feel I had made the right decision. THEY delivered on what I wanted, but my execution in choice was lacking good judgement. Sal helped me get sized, along with some alterations that needed to be made on the pants, ALL while assisting a few customers that had popped in while I was there. I felt horrible that all the time spent creating and ordering pieces was scratched for this new revision. Nevertheless...as Sal was putting it together - I felt confident! Beyond pleased that I was ready now for our ceremony. I left..smiling.We stayed til close but it all got done. It was the best feeling having that fear off my shoulders. I could now focus on everything I had to do with confidence! Now, the most important thing most grooms should realize is that number 1... no matter how good WE want to look...ANY wedding is an "all-eyes-on-HER" event, and that's the way it should be....but I can honestly tell you...that as I've settled in and started the fun process of placing new picture frames within our home of family, children and our wedding, - I look at us and reminisce on how wonderful and absolutely BEAUTIFUL that day was. I zone out for a minute and relive it again for a bit. The pictures we have will last us our lifetime, and when I'm old and gray, shuffling around my house - I know that I'll look up at my wall and see a memory that will bring tears to my eyes. My family, my wife and I all look beautiful...and it's only fitting that Shae & Sal be forever thanked and commended for solidifying such a memory and favor that I can never repay. Thank you so very very much Shae & Sal. You both were beyond my vocabulary of amazing and I will forever refer future clients to you both, as well as praise your efforts and hard work. I highly advise everyone to visit you and allow you to tailor a thread of magic in the fabric of their lives.

Keeping Classy with Class Act, Let's Goooo!

We were browsing dress shirts when my boyfriend asked to try on a simple white shirt (around $90). Before even allowing him to try it on, the man questioned whether the price was "acceptable," then went on to complain about customers on a budget wasting his time by asking to try things on. This was unnecessary and off-putting. My boyfriend tried the shirt anyway. While the fit was fine, the fabric and overall quality did not justify the price, so he decided not to purchase it. At that point, the situation escalated. The owner became visibly irritated and began criticizing my boyfriend's current shirt, insisting the one in the store was far superior--ironically, the shirt he was wearing had been purchased from that same store previously. The entire interaction felt argumentative, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending. Shopping should not feel like you have to justify your budget or defend your decisions as a customer. There are plenty of places that offer both quality products and respectful service. This was not one of them.

We rented complete head-to-toe looks for both of my boys for prom, and they looked absolutely amazing. Everything fit well, and the overall presentation was sharp and polished. I highly recommend using Men's Wearhouse. While prices can be a bit higher during prom season, you're truly paying for the experience--and it shows. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. If you want to avoid the hassle of piecing together an outfit for prom, a wedding, or any special event, this is definitely the place to go. The suit was ordered and scheduled to be delivered Thursday, which had FedEx tracking and email confirmation. When he went to pick it up Thursday evening, it was not there. Grandma's funeral is this Saturday in the Bay area. My husband flies out Friday morning to attend and now has no suit to wear despite spending 3 hours Sunday afternoon at a fitting. In what world is this acceptable? It seems they can't even keep track of orders that are shipped in, so go somewhere else. Save your money! Don't waste your time. They don't care about their customers. UPDATE* So my husband tried go pick up his suit again. Of course, they closed at 6pm on Memorial Day. We had called earlier that morning and the phone was cutting in and out. What we both heard the associate on the phone say was "Well since it's Monday..." and then it cut out so we just assumed it was normal Monday business hours because why else would you begin a sentence like that? What she should have said was "We close at 6 today." It's a holiday. Call any other place and that's how they respond. The lack of efficiency and unnecessary verbosity when it comes to service and communication in this location is beyond frustrating. My husband headed to the store after 6PM unfortunately. For the record, we live about 20 minutes away so it's a 40 minute round trip drive to go each time. So that's an hour and 20 minutes he has driven to still NOT HAVE A SUIT!! (Also gas is $6/gal) At this point, I feel like they should just give my husband his suit for free or perhaps he should return it because this is not how it should be!
