While the wedding dress shopping experience can be a little fraught, I think the stylists at David's Bridal brought a more fun attitude to the process. I went for two try on appointments and a fitting/alterations appointment. The try on appointments were a little less structured than elsewhere. One time we went over time and that wasn't an issue. They really encouraged me to try on a lot of different dresses and weren't particularly concerned with my lack of vision. There was also a lot of appointment availability, which was nice. The stylists had a good balance of commenting and helping with suggestions without being pushy. The store itself has a fairly large selection of wedding dresses, and a few sizes of a lot of them, so you can get a good idea of how they'd fit on you. There's also a decent selection of clearance dresses that are sometimes discontinued to around $300. Ultimately, I ordered a dress from the website that they didn't have in the store and I was happy with it. I brought it in to get the straps altered and it was easy to get an appointment and it was done within a month. Another fun note is that many of the David's Bridal brand dresses have pretty nice pockets, which I greatly appreciate. read more

I had the absolute worst experience at the store in Mays Landing, NJ. Although it was 7 years ago, I can now leave a review. I was told to order a gown 2 sizes too big online. Then I had to pay their seamstress to alter it. I believe that was purposeful and by design. How is it possible that their staff, who is supposed to be trained and on whom we rely upon be so off the mark? I did pull the Manager on duty aside and explain the salesperson's horrible attitude and he proceeded to defend her. I said I knew he was just trying to support his employees, but hearing my story, I feel he should have known that this was a problem. The final alteration didn't happen until the Wednesday prior to the wedding. I'm not surprised at all that this store has since closed. Management and the salesperson I had dealings with were unqualified and displayed a complete lack of concern. I can only assume they were this way because they knew there would be no consequence to them. I've read other people's experiences and their Corporate definitely has its work cut out. I said yes to my dress here! They have a huge selection and variety of gowns and sizing. I was very pleased with the options! The pricing is also unbeatable. The two concerns - Our assigned stylist was a little aloof. I had to track her down several times for questions, but it didn't deter me from purchasing my favorite dress. So you might have seen my review up here over the last week and a half and it's been a disaster to this day six days away from my wedding and my corset never did ship my post down because I was told if I didn't take my post down the very same manager, that told me she would not call corporate to try to get some resolution for me told me that if I didn't take my post down, they would not compensate me in any manner and then she hung up on me to this matter is closed and I've been taken care of and I should be happy. every time that it was an absolute disaster from items, not followed up by that I never received such as a corset being fitted into a dress with the wrong corset with trying to charge my bridal potty $30 each for an expedited alteration for what I paid you on Wednesday. My card didn't go through. I was there on Sunday because one of your employees told me my corset was in .they lied it wasn't.Yet You couldn't tell me that the card didn't go through because of something on your end, no instead you did nothing and my dresses sat there for yet or another five days I took my post down for no other reason but because I have been bullied and threatened to take down my post which I fully standby my review . my wedding happiness and joy disaster. I will never go in that store again. I sent somebody else to pick up my wedding dress even that day Kelly hung up on me my question here is before you destroyed all the fun and enjoyment out of me and my bridal parties, why didn't you just take care of it in the beginning and this all kind of avoided spinning it for five days before you told me it didn't go through those five days you should've been working on my dresses, but you more and at that point, I should be grateful because you steamed my dress for free you're out of your freaking mind. So I purchased my dress from David's Bridal in Attleboro MA for $120. Dress is beautiful and I went back there to have it altered. I asked about pricing but they really couldn't say until I tried it on to see what needed to be done. I put the dress on, the seamstress came in and proceeded to tuck, pull and pin. The dress only needed a 1/4" taken from the top of the single strap, and just under the arms, and 1" for the hem. Mind you they never gave me an estimate. There's no pricing, no chart, nothing anywhere that would give me any sort of a cost estimate. However the alterations seem minor. So she proceeds to write down the prices on a form, which she appears to be doing off the top of her head. She gives me the slip with a total of $94. Ok. Seems reasonable so she tells me to sign the slip saying that I agree to pay that amount and I signed it. We get to the register where she enters the prices and tells me the total is $170. I'm stunned and confused. I tell her I think you made a mistake because the slip says $94. Even she has a confused look on her face and says, I think something's wrong with the pricing in the system... which to me, says they're not familiar with the pricing. Do they make it up as they go? Who knows. Again there was no pricing anywhere. She checked with the manager who checked with the seamstress, and proceeded to tell me that it was added up incorrectly. So they made a mistake but I'm not about to pay $170 for alterations when the dress cost me $120. I was willing to pay the $94 and honor the contract I signed but apparently they don't have to honor the same contract. Which is not true and they should have honored the contract. Instead, what happened is they called it a mistake and get rid of the slip/contract. And then out of spite because I chose to take the dress elsewhere, the seamstress removed all the pins from the dress in the back room, where I couldn't see it, brought it out and handed it to me. I now have to take it elsewhere and start over again. Not only did I waste an hour and a half of my time so did the seamstress who received nothing for her time. This business model for alterations is absolutely stupid and they were absolutely horrible, sneaky and completely unprofessional!!!! Beware!! read more

not a very good experience.I could only try on 5 dresses due to covid so I understood. The lady told me I could not take anything out just in so I didn't have much of a selection In The clearance rack, but when the time came the alterations department took out my dress no problem so I couldve had more selections??? Also when my bridesmaid were looking for dresses the lady helping failed to memtion they had a clearance rack but we found it. after we found our dresses I then found a belt and sleeves for my dress. The sleeves were on sale and I loved them. Well the cashier "forgot" to put the sleeves in the bag, so when I returned I had to purchase new sleeves full price. the lady didn't ask me what shoes I would be wearing when she was doing alterations so I had no choice but to wear flats. when It was time to pick up my dress after alterations they forgot to sew the belt on so I had to wait for that. then I had to come back and get the sleeves sew'n on because they forgot to do that. so finally everything looked great the alterations lady talked me into cutting the ribbon on my belt and just having the belt sewn on so I did that. day of the wedding I went to put my wedding dress on and the little metal clip in the back to hold the zipper from unzipping isn't there. So my girls had to Just clip it into the lace which didn't hold very good. The belt ended up breaking beceause she sewed it on too tight and she didn't put enough buttons on to pin up my train so I had multiple loops on one button and the button broke off. just a bad experience from the start. I really hate writing bad reviews but I'd hate even more for this store to ruin anyone else's special day. I came to David's Bridal because I was, as most, trying to stay within a budget for my wedding. I was shown many dresses, all in incorrect sizes but I don't have a perfect "off the rack" body so I just assumed they knew better than me. I won't get into all the horrible customer service I received, I'll just say, unless you want to pay an additional $500-$700 on alterations, do not buy a dress here. If you do need alterations, give the business to your local tailor who are less likely to scam you. They also scheduled my alterations conveniently outside the return window for the dress - which was never communicated to me. The sales associate Kelly (older, blonde), lied to me several times about policies and stock - clearly just interested in getting her commission and moving on. I got the ugliest dress of all time at David's Bridals. Okay, that wasn't David's Bridals' fault, it was the brides fault (oh, please, oh, PLEASE don't read this review, and if you do, okay, I love you, but I hated that dress). But then, David's made the dress in the first place, and let me tell you, it did not work on ANYONE! Who designs a dress that actually minimizes your bust and maximizes your waist? It made the curvy women look round and then thin women look like boys. Fantastic! The staff was somewhat friendly, if not a little distracted and the alterations are way overpriced. (I paid half to have two dresses altered. That's 75% less.) On the bright side, those bridesmaid's dresses made lovely pillows as wedding gifts, and I'd never been able to make a set if the dress wasn't so hated and eager to be surrendered to me. read more

It was pretty busy when we went for our dress fittings & the staff member we had worked quickly & well for a group of 5 girls. She measured us all quickly, had us fill forms & knew exactly where the dresses the bride wanted us to try on were in our size. I also came for alterations & it went efficiently. This is the second time that we've been here for a prom dress. We had been there last year for a prom dress and for a bridal shower dress and didn't really feel like the customer service was all that great either of those times. The only reason why we came here for again was because the store at Emerald Square mall where my niece found her perfect prom dress, was closed. There is absolutely ZERO customer service. woman sitting at table didn't greet us nor ask if we needed help or a room while we were looking at dresses. There was another woman who was steaming garments. She also never said a word to us. Nobody offered any assistance while trying on dresses. Luckily we both loved the first dress my niece tried on. After trying three total dresses just to make sure the first one was the perfect fit, we went to pay. Again, nobody was available to check us out even though there were 2 employees 10 feet away. Finally a young girl, I believe her name was Lettie, checked us out. She was super nice to my niece and made sure she was enrolled in the rewards program so she would get her $20 coupon. I feel like the vibe in here is we hate working here so we don't go the extra mile. I get retail sucks, I work at a big retailer and I understand having off moments but at least greet the customer and make them feel welcome. read more

tl;dr: 10/10, A+, 5 stars, the BEST In May 2019, I tried on dresses for my wedding in June 2020. The sales associate was super helpful and enthusiastic - all while managing my five family members with different opinions. She helped me pick the perfect veil and belt for my dress, and I left the store with a huge smile on my face. Fast forward to last Saturday (January of 2020). I had to stop by the store to exchange my dress for a different size, and Sabrina was very helpful in doing so. As I was leaving the store, I saw a stunning sparkly dress on display, but soon after went on with my day. Over the next few days, I couldn't stop thinking about that dress. I called the store and asked Amber what the policies were for exchanging my original dress for this new one. She was helpful in clearly outlining these and scheduled me for a bridal appointment for that Tuesday. While I was already impressed with the staff, at this appointment, they truly exceeded all of my expectations. My appointment was scheduled for 7pm, but due to another appointment being canceled, we arrived at 6pm. Sam was friendly in greeting us and letting us walk around to see different dress styles. She offered my mother to try on some dresses and without an appointment, Sabrina took us under her wing. She was super helpful in listening to what my mother was looking for and pulled what we think will be her dress for the wedding! Come time for my bridal appointment, I put aside about 15 dresses I wanted to try on. Missy soon after introduced herself and was absolutely fantastic in helping me try these on. What I assume was a half hour appointment ultimately lasted two hours - until closing!! Through this time, Missy and the team were friendly, enthusiastic, and beyond helpful. Missy even introduced us to the seamstress, who told us the different ways we could adjust the dresses. Even Sam came over and offered her suggestions. We ended up narrowing down all of these dresses to a final four, then three, and then a final two. Being indecisive, Missy helped me put these two dresses on another two times each, testing out different belts and veils. All of the staff came around to cast their vote for the better dress. And I ended up deciding on a stunning dress that I am so excited to walk down the aisle in! The amount of support I received was well beyond what's called for in their job description. Overall, I recommend David's Bridal to all brides shopping for their perfect dress. They have so many different styles to choose from, a flexible exchange policy for indecisive people like myself, and most notably, an amazing group of people there to support you through this important decision. I am so thankful to the staff and another shoutout to Missy, Sam (who we'll be working with for our cake as she also works for that company!), Sabrina, the wonderful seamstress and prior sales associate, Amber, and the whole team! read more

I do not like this store. Every single time I go I never get any help. I feel like it's pointless to have someone assigned to your fitting because they can't help you. This store, not sure if it's the whole chain, makes the girls take 2 appts at once which is just awful. If you're shopping for your wedding dress, you deserve all the attention, that's a big moment. You should be waiting on your attendant to come back from helping a group of bridesmaids. You do not get personal service here and I really think it's because they don't allow the workers to focus on just one client. On top of that they never have the sample color I need. It should be set up so there's a sample of each color of the dress. Not each color in each size, but if you have 12 sizes you should have each one of those be a different color. They expect you to comitt to a dress that you never saw the color in person and that's a lot to ask of a bride. Blind faith. They always have like 3 size 16 all in the same color, what is the point of that? Why so many of one size and why no color variety! read more

Okay this is an update of a previous review I wrote couple days ago when I was very upset. I had an uncomfortable experience at this store. However, after talking to the manager and based on the experience I had with the other ladies that works there I had to remove my angry review. Now I can understand why the stylist didn't have time for me (vem though I had an appointment) she was actually attending two customers at the same time, and that's okay. My dress was easy, I just had to order another size, however, according to her this option was not available then. Therefore, I bought the dress. ! I understand if there's a bride in one side and someone else just getting a bridesmaids dress (like me) the bride would have preference. I can definitely understand an accept one hundred percent. Just wished the stylist explained that she was there to helping me also, in fact I had to chase and ask her for her name because she never offered help. To resume is. I have to thank the managers. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I left the store with a dress only because I was told that dress was my only option. One of the managers will be able to do an exchange and order another size that I'm sure will fit me better. I am so relieved and thankful. Thank you Kristin! read more

Dear David's Bridal, I'm only giving you one star as a review because there was no option to leave zero stars. I made an appointment back in December to have my bridesmaids come to your shop on Saturday, January 13, 2018. When we got there we were greeted and assigned to a consultant named Tracy. Well unfortunately Tracy was triple booked and I find that very frustrating that your consultants are booked with three or more different brides at a time because they can't really focus on one Bridal party at a time. She spent maybe five or 10 minutes with us out of the one hour appointment and maybe check back in with us to times to see how we were doing but it was basically up to myself and my bridesmaids to go and find dresses to try them on. When our appointment was over we left and it did not leave a good taste in my mouth. The selection was poor they were not enough sizes and the one thing that I might have purchased was a bridal veil but the consultant failed to write down the item number on my profile sheet so when I called back later in the day to get that item number so I could order it online, they said she never wrote it down. Pretty shocking considering she never even said goodbye to us. We left David's bridal and decided to go to Party Dress Express in Fall River which took us about 45 minutes to get to. My bridesmaids were measured, had their dresses picked out and we placed our order and left all in less than 35 minutes. We did not have an appointment, it was on a Saturday, and the consultant that we were placed with actually paid attention to us and made us feel like we were important. I called David's Bridal three times asking to speak to a manager because I was very dissatisfied with our overall experience and never heard one thing back. Fast forward to today, February 12, 2018, I get a phone call from the consultant named Tracy to tell me that they're having a sale on bridesmaid's dresses and they're going to be 30 dollars off for the next couple of days. I told her we already bought bridesmaids dresses elsewhere and ended the conversation. Just because of the name of your business sort of monopolizes the bridal dress and bridesmaids dress shopping experiences for many women in this area, I strongly advise anyone who decides to go to David's Bridal to really read the reviews and know before hand that you will not be considered a priority and you should probably shop elsewhere. read more

I recently tried on wedding dresses and the woman, although she was very nice, cut my neck with a veil comb. I felt the pinch but didn't think much of it until I was in a $1,300 dress in the dress shop next door. I felt an itch on my neck and was shocked when I suddenly had blood all over my hand! My girlfriend looked and told me "you have a cut and blood dripping down your neck". And of course it got on the dress!! What a nightmare!! What makes this whole situation worse is that their customer service is AWFUL!! it took me days to get a human on the phone and the woman, Louisa from corporate, called back but only left the main number, no extension, no last name, no way to actually get a hold of her. I had to choose the "help with online ordering" on the automated system and wait on hold for 45+minutes to talk to a "manager". A manager who litterially did nothing to help me. Just a few apologies about the situation and how poorly it was handled. Do yourself a favor and go to a local bridal shop that actually cares about their customers!! read more

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom, set up an appointment for alterations which was 9 days before the prom. Got to the alteration appointment only to find they do not have the dress!!!!! Apparently my order was cancelled, it was out of stock, even though I already paid for it. No phone call, no email, nothing from them except emails and texts to confirm the alteration appointment. The store manger found the dress in NJ and would have it sent overnight. Received a phone call the next day that it was "unavailable ". So we're a week before prom, no dress "we'll offer you a full refund" WHAT?? Like you're doing me a favor! My reply was, good thing this wasn't a wedding dress! Ok, I can't speak for any of the low rating ladies on this site, but my wedding dress experience at David's Bridal was smooth, lovely, and ended with perfect results. Especially considering I had originally planned to make my own dress (I am an occasional costume designer) and only agreed to check out David's to humor my mom. The Rundown: I got there with mom at 11ish, tell the women at the desk that I "don't have an appointment, but just looking for ideas and may try something on" as I hadn't been to any dress shops yet. Kate came over to help me and asked what I was looking for. I told her romantic, bohemian and flattering to my 5'1" wide hipped figure (A-line, Empire etc.) and not white. I was envisioning an elfin princess minus the pointy ears. Something that would look lovely with a handmade flowered hair piece. She instantly knew what to show me and led me to 5-7 beautiful dresses under $600. Since I was not prepared Kate came back to the fitting room with heels, assorted flowered hair pieces and a strapless bra to help create the whole picture. Each night my prayers entail something like this: "Please, don't make me go back to this stain on humanity. I beg of you, and I beg that those employed there who wish for something better find it soon." Yes, it's that bad. I was in a wedding out of state and as former bridesmaids know, this can sometimes be problematic. The bride may go to one store and find it to be a totally awesome experience, but the out-of-towner has to deal with whatever is close to her. This is not the bride's fault, it's just the reality. This is how I ended up in Attleboro David's. The whole experience--all three visits (ordering the dress, going in for a fitting/alterations, and the final pick-up)--was awful. The first time, it took me 15 minutes to get someone to help me look up the bride's file and find the dress/shoes. It's not that it was that busy, the staff was just talking amongst themselves, or working at a computer (without acknowledging me or telling me they'll be with me soon). Just pretty much ignoring me. I asked two people if they could assist me, and they both told me they were busy with clients--but I never did seem them with anyone else. If you haven't been to a store like this, it's impossible to find your dress without help. There's no organization, half the dresses look awfully similar, and the racks go on forever. Second visit--I find out they grossly misquoted me on the alterations (as in $75 instead of $30). PS, the only alteration I needed was the hem. $75 for a hem is absurd. I asked to speak with a manager and when I did, she was worse than the staff. She said I must have misheard, "alterations START at $30. And the double hem required for the dress is much more complicated." I argued that I didn't mishear, one of her staff members had given me wrong information....and how in the world could this double hem business cost so much? But she wouldn't have it and told me I was welcome to take the dress and get it altered somewhere else. Of course by the time the dress had come in, I really couldn't risk that because the wedding was in less than two weeks. I couldn't believe she didn't even attempt to solve the issue. The final visit was simply to pick up the dress and shoes. I had to try on the dress to make sure that $75 hem was right...so I popped into the dressing room and tried it on. It was fine. But then I had to wait for the alterations staff to come back so I could pay (The alt. dept has their own thing going). I stood there with that dress on for a good 10 minutes before I got sick of it and walked out into the little closet were the seamstresses were and asked for help. I instantly wished I hadn't done that. The alt. room is small and stuffy and crowded, with a bunch of women sitting around one table at their sewing machines. It felt sweatshop-ish. They looked miserable. I wanted to take them all home with me and find something better, a land where more than one table existed. But alas, I was frozen. The thing is, the perception used to be that David's is the cheap alternative in a sea of overpriced wedding gear. And maybe that's true when it comes to bridal gowns, but it's not really the case for bridesmaid's dresses. All said and done, I paid over $300 for a dress, shoes, and alterations. For those benjamins, I accept a little customer service and a sweatshop-free experience. read more

I'm on my second go around with this David's Bridal location and I can't say my experiences have varied much. It is nearly always crowded and understaffed, but mostly pleasant to the point of chirpy salesladies. I personally feel that David's, on the whole, has gotten a little too big for its britches, but I'm not reviewing the company. They certainly have a good selection of colourful, relatively trended bridesmaids dresses and plenty of frothy wedding gowns to choose from. Just be prepared to go through the racks yourself (or better still, bring a friend to go through them for you) because your saleslady will have disappeared as soon as she's settled you in a room. Don't bother looking for anything with sleeves, by the way. The best you'll get is a bolero or a lacy little add on for an extra fee. It looks like they're trying to escape their off the rack reputation. When I bought my wedding gown there a lot of years ago, I was told my only option was the sample from the floor. Now, everything needs to be ordered at least 12 weeks ahead of time. It's bridal shop time and attitude without the individualized attention. So back to my most recent visit. I have a very generous bust that usually requires me to size up in dresses and take it in later. Trying on went like this: fits perfectly but only zips up to my bra, kind of loose and won't quite zip over my boobs, no dress in the next size, and Jesus, this is ginormous, like I raised my arms and hello, there's my boob. Obviously solution to me is to order option C and hope. David's makes quite a bit of money from alterations. The saleslady, when I saw her briefly, said they now have a flat rate for certain things and agreed with me that the missing size was my best option. I finished up my transaction at the register with a manager, so my saleslady could get back to her pack of other potential brides. The manager insisted I should order the next size up. I know my sister loves me, but she doesn't want me turning her wedding into a burlesque show, so I politely stated that I had tried a dress on in that size and it was big enough I could get it on and off without zipping it. She pulled a chart out and insisted that I needed the bigger size, even if it seemed huge in the store, it would fit me fine when it came in. Again, I said no, thank you, please order what I've asked. She huffed that these dresses take a lot of lead time and they couldn't just reorder it on a whim, so I really needed to order the size up and worry about taking it in later. Look, it's a black dress in a very popular style. I doubt it'll be that hard to find in another store if for some reason it doesn't fit. I sew. I've drafted my own patterns. I have a pretty good idea of what fits me and doesn't. She finally ordered the dress, but her attitude plainly said how displeased she was about it. I'm still waiting for it, by the way, so there's no follow-up yet. On a side note, I've had alterations done at this location before and have been more than pleased. I was sizably pregnant at the time and had to wait til the very last minute to alter my dress. The seamstress was quick and did a great job with the dress. She patted my belly, nodded, and said "Girl." I kind of hope she alters this dress so I can tell her she was right about it. read more

Amazing experience here! I'f you're looking to have a good time with some knowledgeable and fun ladies - this is the dress stop for you! Upon arriving [for our scheduled appointment - which you can make online, or on mobile] Nancy was at the front desk ready to log in for the appointment. (which was actually made that same day & they still had available stylists) The store was clean and orderly, booklets with information or wedding ideas were right in the front for you to grab if you wanted. Nancy quickly looked up the appointment and all of my personal info to make sure she had the correct dates; to ensure that any purchases we made would be available and arrive before the date. She sent Elizabeth to be the loyal stylist for the day. [Note - I knew nothing of what I was doing upon entering this place so her guidance was SO helpful and reassuring] Elizabeth picked dresses out, I picked dresses and soon the pile had grown ready to be tried on. My fiance and I quickly found ourselves delving neck deep [literally] into the wedding dress bonanza. Somewhere in between ruffles, ruching [which we found we both love haha] we found THE dresses. [Yes there are two brides ;)] We'd gotten down to the wire, thanks to Elizabeth, helping with zippers, and corsets, and finding the perfect heels... the dresses had been chosen. With the quick and very tentative help of Nancy & Eliabeth - we were able to get the dresses of our choice and any items that needed to be ordered were scheduled to arrive in time. Dottie, flew out from the sidelines [another helpful stylist] and said that she'd been watching all along and would be our stand in mother! Apparently the tradition is to ring a bell when you find THE dress - we were the FIRST DOUBLE ringer! All in all, if you're planning a wedding,or even get asked to be a bridesmaid; I'd always return to this location! DOTTY at the N. ATTLEBORO store is the BEST!!! We planned our Wedding in 6wks and she made finding a dress for everyone in time happen :) I found the perfect dress; first one I tried on; as well as all of our dresses for our entire Wedding party. She helped us find the accessories and shoes to complete the look Every interaction I had with all of the employees at this location was better then I could've expected and I work in hospitality so my expectations are pretty high! About a week or so ago, I walked into David's Bridal with my sister to find her dress for my wedding. Upon walking in, my sister and I saw three women employees at the welcoming table area. When we filled out my profile information, an employee who went by the name Dotty told me she would need to take my sisters measurements. My sister shared with her that she recently purchased a dress from David's Bridal for a wedding She was in and that She knew She was a 0 at David's Bridal, and would need to take the dress in because Shes actually a 00. Then, one of the women who was standing with a clipboard and very clearly an employee then said something along the lines of 'you/someone needs to eat a cheeseburger' and looked right at me. I have never been so APPALLED at an employee in my LIFE. This was the most unprofessional, inappropriate, extremely offensive things I have heard from an employee who needs to regularly engage/measure women of all sizes. My responded by noting that She eats quite a lot, but thank you. This employee did not apologize, even though it was clear that my sister was offended. Then, Dotty took her to get measured. My sister shared with her that She found it to be inappropriate that an employee would tell someone they need to eat a cheeseburger. Dotty did not respond. I didn't want to share this story on Facebook because I hoped that if My sister emailed David's Bridal to share our experience, they would made me feel like they were sorry. While someone did call me back and literally said sorry, that was basically it. I was disappointed especially since She bought a dress even though we had this experience. I share this story to remind you that women come in all shapes and sizes. Don't tell women they are too skinny. I've said his before and will say it again: skinny-shaming is not okay. read more

I didn't even want to give David's Bridal 1 star. I purchased a bridesmaid dress for $599 before taxes; paid $160 for alterations and at the final fitting had to pay another $394! Outrageous that the alterations which are minimal, are almost the cost of the dress. I'd advise everyone to go elsewhere for alterations. read more
