I walked into David's Bridal on Eureka Road with a bad mood because I went to a place before that and they wouldn't help me at all. As soon as I walked into the door the mood was so wonderful. I was greeted by a nice lady who told me it was fine to not have an appointment and to fill out something so they could get to know me. She told me to start looking around and said that a consultant would be right with me. When I was greeted by my consultant I immediately got excited. Hannah was so sweet and happy about learning about my wedding and getting me the perfect wedding dress. She measured me and then we got to trying dresses. She made me and my mom feel so comfortable and asked us questions about what we liked or didn't like about each dress. She always made me excited about the dresses. When I would change into another dress we talked and she just made me feel like she was part of my family. Then I tried on "The" dress which before I walked in thought would never happen. It fit perfect. She gave my mom and I some time to talk. When she came back I was so happy and she knew it. I had one complaint on the dress because it needed a little something in the front. She got right to work with her amazing ideas and actually used a head band to pin on the bottom to give it that extra amazing bling. She then taught me each meaning of the different veils and let me pick the one I liked. She had a whole bunch of options for me and even when I wasn't sure on something she tried something else and it didn't bother her. Hannah also brought her manager Denise to look at everything and make sure it was all nice. I felt so happy to be assisted by two wonderful ladies. Denise knew the style I liked just as much as Hannah. It felt like we were on the same page. Overall I would tell each and every bride to go to David's bridal on Eureka Road and request working with Hannah and Denise. I walked out so excited and ready to get married to my best friend. I could tell that Hannah and Denise really love finding the right dress for a bride and it made the experience so wonderful. read more

We went on Mother's Day to pick out my daughter's wedding dress and also the wedding party's dresses. Did not know we needed separate appointments but we were ok with that as we had scheduled online and probably didn't read all the questions. As I had driven 1 1/2 hours to this store to be part of this occasion, I was pleasantly surprised when Brittney started us out with the wedding dress. 2nd dress in I cried but couldn't afford the dress. 4th dress in...WOW I was holding back tears and maid of honor was tearing up. Found "the dress". On to other girls' dresses now. Had a bit of problem with getting one they all agreed would cover all the different body types (and ages as the youngest is 14 and the rest over 21) Two of the girls were with us but Brittany went above and beyond and let the maid of honor try on the dresses as she and one of the bridesmaids are twins. Helped a lot and she even gave my a youngest a few other fancy dresses to try since my daughter hadn't worn a dress since she was a toddler. We have 1 of the girls out of state and we haven't worked with that issue yet but Brittney said if I had problems to call her and she'd try to help. The other girl is due with her baby next month so let's see how we can work that issue. Otherwise, yes, I spent more than I wanted to but it was well worth it. Over the past 3 years (yes 3) that I have been planning and preparing for my wedding David's Bridal in Taylor has been amazing along every step of the way. Putting a hold on an item until I can get there in a few hours, squeezing me in for a last minute appointment for alterations. Helping me dress my bridesmaids ranging from size 2-28 and making them all feel comfortable and beautiful. Accommodating the large party that I always have in tow, being a big close family has its perks but fitting into a busy bridal shop isn't easy for us and everyone else in the store. I always feel welcome in this store and part of that stems from a smiling warm hello every time I come through the door. My journey on the path of my own wedding is coming to an end but I have sisters, friends, and family that I will be referring to David's for years to come. The store manager Victoria is wonderful and always makes you feel like you are the only bride in the store bouncing between the phones, the floor, and the registers. The woman who did my alterations tonight was so patient and kind. Was down on the floor not just pinning my dress but she also got down on her hands and knees to speak with a very shy flower girl who is very sensitive to the way that seams and tags feel on her skin. Kimberly Bowman Was wonderful, awsome and a bundle of relief for me. I will be honest I was not ever going to go back to this store due to the experience I had 3 days earlier. It was a total let down from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a dress for my daughters wedding, I figured since this is where she got all her girls dresses from I would go and see what I could find. Well the only help I received was the girl putting my dresses I chose in the fitting room. The store was not busy at all by the way. She walked bye once and said o thats cute and really she hadn't even looked. I asked about colors and all she did was point at the display on the wall. Very uncomfortable and felt like they had no interest in helping me. Kimberly however Rocks She was an amazing help from the very start. She made me feel so comfortable from stay to finish. I hope that you know what a wonderful employee you have and appreciate her. Wedding dress shopping has brought me incredible anxiety. I'd visited a handful of other places and left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed almost every time. This visit was much much different. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist was sweet and all smiles even tho we were a few minutes late. She spent a few minutes chit chatting with myself and my MOH. My stylist's name was Emily. Emily was incredible. She already had the list of dresses I was interested in, was able to find everything quickly, and even helped us find a few that weren't on the list! She was such a knowledgeable and helpful stylist. Just really the sweetest person!! Emily absolutely made my day, and helped me find my perfect dress! We spent the afternoon in Tiaras, making jokes, and bonding over this experience that I will never forget! THANK YOU EMILY!!!! My mother and I came to this store to look for my wedding dress, and I had such a fantastic experience. I called on a Saturday--their busiest day--and they squeezed me in for a same-day appointment. They paired me with Emily, who was absolutely fabulous and made the experience so enjoyable. She had a great energy and was so kind and listened so well. She was able to understand my personality and style so well, so quickly! The third dress I tried on ended up being "the one," but I wanted to come back a second time to make sure I was absolutely certain. Emily made sure to find a day where I could come back and be helped by her again--she stayed late just to help me! She went above and beyond in every way, and it was clear she genuinely cared about me and my wedding. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would recommend her to any bride! I am extremely pleased with this location! I had a problem with my junior bridesmaids shoes not fitting her. I order them two sizes too big back in March and she tried them on today while she was getting her dress hemmed and they were too small. I quickly got on the Davids Bridal website to order a new pair in replace of the old ones and I was not able to order them in any color other than white ( and I needed Oasis ). When I realized that I was unable to order her a new pair a shoes I called the Taylor location and spoke with this very sweet woman named Susan! She was awesome! She took the time to search the store for the shoe size that I needed. I couldn't be more happy with not only Susan but Summer, the store manager, as well as the rest of the staff that I have been in contact throughout this entire planning process. Such amazing service and prices! I walked in today, with no appointment and they were all booked up! But after hearing that i was getting married in 3 weeks in Vegas, Kim Bowman volunteered to stay past her shift to help me. She was simply amazing. She helped me find a dress that was in my price range and made me feel absolutely gorgeous. And when they did not have it in my size, she made sure she could order it all the way from Pennsylvania and have it arrive before i leave. She was so personable and knowledgeable, understanding exactly what i wanted and helping me find the exact right accessories to make it happen. Im newly engaged, and went into David's Bridal in Taylor on Tuesday this past week just to try on wedding dresses for fun, and get some ideas for the one I will wear on the big day. Kim (Kimmy) was my stylist, and she was amazing. She really paid attention to the styles I was interested, and helped me find my dream dress! I went through and picked out a couple different styles, and she really helped me see what the complete look would be. She even helped me with choosing possible accessories for my wedding, and helped me choose a veil style and length as well. Emily was by far the most helpful and patient employee. She listened to my wants and took the time to pick dresses that were what I wanted. She made tons of suggestions that I ended up LOVING a dress that will be PERFECT for my wedding day. If you go to Davids Bridal request to work with Kimberly. She was absolutely amazing during the experience. I went here to search for my wedding dress and she made the event extremely fun. She was knowledgable about the dresses and had great stories to make you feel like you have know her your whole life. I went to another dress shop and the girl that was "helping" made me feel like I didn't matter and I was just dollar sign to them. Kim made me feel like I was a priority. All I can say is Kim is AMAZING!!! Went there with my mom and sister on a "whim", was not expecting to find "the one". I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, I told Kim I was open to try on pretty much anything. She took it from there! The second dress I tried on was in fact "the one" but being hard headed I tried on a third. Which came off almost instantly! We put the second one back one, and...I said yes to the dress! We went in at open on a Sunday and were immediately taken care of by our stylist Kim. She was so upbeat and ready to work with us, she was amazing! She helped us find the wedding dress, the mother of the bride dress, and all three bridesmaids dresses in just a couple hours. Kim was accommodating and really listened to what input we had on the dress. The only thing I found rather off putting was other workers coming and continuously asking if we were almost done or if they could use the room in the middle of us. I went to David's Bridal the other night to look for a homecoming dress with my mom. I was nervous since I am plus size and very busty. Nothing ever fits. Ashley S was helping me and acted like we were best friends! after not liking the dresses I picked to start off with she kept running back and forth to grab something I might like. Kim is honestly amazing!! I have been a part of so many weddings, and each one has worked with David's Bridal. Every time they have been so accommodating and helpful. Elana took her time with my niece finding several dresses and accessories. Victoria would also stop by and offer assistance and made us knowledgeable about sales. The ladies were patient with us, even when it was store closing time; they never made us feel rushed. Overall the staff was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL, making It a great experience. Everyone that helped me choose my dress at the Taylor location was great, but Chinh in alterations is one of a kind. I purchased a standard cheap dress and had an idea to drastically alter it to make it a little sexier. Chinh understood and respected my idea. Then she executed it 100 times better that I could have imagined. Without her, I would not have the dress of my dreams, let alone one that surpassed all of them!!
