After being frustrated from visiting a couple other stores in the area, I decided to come here. Was a little hesitant at first because I don't like dealing with sales people. After looking around a bit, I was approached by a salesman named Joe. I told Joe I was looking for a jacket to match the slacks that I had brought in. He immediately brought out various jackets, after sorting through a few, we figured out a match. He did the same with the shirt, tie and shoes. Never would have picked this suit out on my own. But with the help of Joe, this suit looked and felt stylish and comfortable. There was no pressures with Joe. My boyfriend and I went in to look for a suit for a wedding in August that we are attending. We went in looking for a gray coat and pants. Joe stepped in and started helping us. The process took a while, but it was worth it. The coat and pants were found quickly. It got fun once Joe started to pull together shirt ideas. I mentioned how my dress and high heels were navy blue and Joe immediately went looking for blue or white shirts. I saw the bow ties and matched it with a shirt that Joe brought to us. The outfit went so well together. Joe asked me if I liked the shirts and valued my opinions, which I appreciated. When checking out, he asked if I had a garment bag for my dress. The Taylor,Mi store was very unprofessional when returning my tux. It was two days late due to the airlines canceling my flight twice from Florida over the weekend. When returning the tux I mentioned it to the man at the counter since The Orlando location told me Most stores will work with you and the other employee rudely told me to call the airlines as he was walking away.. disappointed in my experience! read more

Absolute worst experience renting a tuxedo. The entire wedding party had issues with the rentals and had to have alteration at the last minute. 2 guys ended up buying their own shirts since they couldn't even get it right the 2nd time. Extremely over priced for such terrible service. Would not recommend ever going to this location. Most employees just stand around on their cell phones and purposely ignore you. read more

I've come here off and on to get my suits, slacks, and sport coats and every time I've had a good experience. The two most recent visits, however, take the cake. Over 6 years ago I bought a french blue shirt made by Joseph Feiss. It has easily been the shirt that I've loved the more than any other from the day I was born until now. Unfortunately, it was well-worn and the cuffs on the sleeves began to fray. So I stopped in to get a new one during the Black Friday sale. I met with a great guy there named Dave. We went hunting for the shirts and (of course) I decided to pick a second one out because it was the Buy-One-Get-One-Free sale. Unfortunately, they didn't have the french blue in stock. I was also informed that the company no longer carried the Joseph Feiss shirts and that it had been replaced but that I could get the french blue shipped over from another store in the area. Dave assured me that it was the same shirt, just the newer model made by a different company. So he grabbed the measurements off my current shirt, ordered the new one in french blue and I left with a light blue one and a cream-colored one. A few days later though, when I got a chance to try the shirts on, it became very clear very fast that the new manufacturer did NOT cut the shirts the same way and this one was unacceptably tight. I called the store up with a lot of apprehension and worry that I was going to have a problem getting this fixed. I explained what was going on and they told me just to stop by over the next few days and they'd take care of it. That made me feel better. I went in yesterday to address the issue. Dave was not there but this awesome guy named Dean Albertson stepped up and told me that we would get right on to solving the issue. Soon he had me measured and I was trying different shirts on. He was telling me the trade-offs of going up a neck size vs. ordering new shirts from the warehouse. Unfortunately, they didn't have the french blue in the proper type of shirt I eventually was matched to, which is sad. But I ended up getting the last light blue Joseph Feiss shirt in the same line as my french blue one instead...so that's not so bad. He even told me that I might be able to find the discontinued french blue shirt on ebay. How cool is that? How often will a salesman actually encourage you to shop somewhere else to get just what you want so that you're totally happy? From there I asked about what suits were in style and he showed me, highlighting the various details and how they benefited one's overall look when worn. This guy Dean even gave me a mini-class and showed me the differences between a higher quality suit that they carry vs. a lower quality one. I was uber impressed with the amount of time that this guy invested in making me 100% happy. Especially since he was re-selecting someone else's original sale. I work in sales and I know how that feels. In the end I was NOT leaving there without buying something from Dean. I'd been putting off getting a proper tie rack and had been keeping my ties on a hanger so I got one of those along with two tie bars and another cedar hangar for one of my sport coats that didn't have one yet. You can probably tell that I'm super-impressed and am a very satisfied customer. If you stop by this location I'd encourage you to ask for Dean. Where wardrobe consultants are concerned, he's a cut above the rest. read more

Before I start this I'd love to give Joe the gentleman that works there a 10/5 stars he was phenomenal. I'm just super frustrated with the fact that men's warehouse LIED straight to my face about my groomsmans tuxedos being "stuck on a broke down truck" my wife went through so much after we got this news she was panicking because they decided to tell us two days before the wedding. The tuxedos came one day before the wedding after all my groomsman already took Thursday off work to get the final fit. My wife and I were not compensated or even got an apology. read more

I came to the location on Eureka Rd in Taylor and Abby was SO helpful and straightened everything out for us. If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has by the far the worse customer service ever! Me and my significant other walked into this location with the intent to purchase a suit for a wedding. There were 2 associates at the front counter that looked at us as we entered the store and chose not to get us. We walked around the store for about 20 minutes alone just looking and waiting for assistance. There were other customers in the store that were being helped so we waited patiently since the free associates chose not to assist. We then waited in line at the counter at the back for assistance. There were also 2 associates back there, one on a computer and another assisting customers. A family walked into the front door while we were waiting and they were, with great enthusiasm, greeted by the gentlemen at the front counter and then escorted to the back and waited in line with us. Once the customers at the counter were done, the associates completely skipped over us and greeted the family that walked into the door and offered them assistance. I hate to use discrimination but I feel since me and my significant other are the only "sun kissed" individuals in the store, we were discriminated against. We called the nearest store in Dearborn to check availability and went there instead and received great customer service from the manager Tony and the rest of the store crew. I recommend Taylor location received diversity and customer service training or a whole new crew. We were able to purchase a full suit at the Dearborn location and I will gladly leave a review under their location :) As for Taylor, that crew is AWFUL! We gladly took our money elsewhere. read more

I had the worst experience with the salesman ever, not only was the sale for $200 suites and buy one get one free confusing, but any question I had was met with an attitude. I just purchased 2 suits and dress shirts a couple of weeks ago. Nice selection and pricing on the suits, and helpful staff in Adam. I purchased 2 other suits at MW 8 years,ago and had since lost weight. When I bought them, we were told they had free lifetime alterations. Well, i brought them in last week I was charged $82 and told lifetime alterations only applied to seams that had paid alteration in the past. This wasn't what we were told 8 years ago so I was told a manager would get back with me - they never did after several phone calls..... I was going to return the expensive shirts i purchased, assuming I'd get nowhere when I visited the store to pickup my new suits. Jeff was the manager on duty and said that the policy never changed, but being that we were told this by the salesperson at the time, he gave me a refund did a great job in "service recovery " as i left the store satisfied, did not return my shirts and will likely shop here again since I do like the quality and selection. I also didn't feel pressured during the process of purchasing a suit. read more

I am impressed with the professional and knowledgeable staff at the Men's Wearhouse in Taylor, MI. The salesperson Kyle is amazing. Pleasant to deal with and very patient in helping me chose what's best for my needs. I never feel pressured to buy and he helps me get the most value by coordinating things I can get many uses for in my lifestyle. I would recommend Kyle at this store for your salesperson. We received some bad customer service. The women were rude and seemed annoyed to do their job. And they get it from their manager, which was rude and acted as if I was stealing from him when I had to return an online order. Took over an hour to return 5 dress shirts that where was to big. He also needs to learn how to dress, my daughter was with me(who is Ms Fashion) and just couldn't get over how messy he looked and how everything was to small on him. I don't know how MWH even employs people like this. Also, it was incredibly dirty inside and messy. I've been a long term customer but not anymore, at least at this location. Since they would only give me a credit for my return I'm going to buy some cologne and be done. read more

Avoid this location. Not only will you get measured by girls who are high as a kite, they will bring you in for a fitting and ask if you lost a bunch of weight because your measurements are wrong. I spent $200 for a wedding I was standing up in to look like a little kid wearing his dad's suit. The customer service (Ha!) Is a joke, when I voiced concerns about size was met with a there's nothing I can do and it'll be fine. I had to pin back my own clothes so that I wouldn't look completely ridiculous. Will never use this company again for this location. Also don't even try complaining because they won't read emails, or even address any problems you are having. Will be going somewhere else to get service from people who actually try to help their customers spending hundreds for an important day. read more

The Taylor location is the best! Ive shopped here for my wedding as well as suits for my husband. Even in their busiest moments they stop to assist everyone coming in the door as well as the people who are already there. It is a very professional place of business. You are always treated with respect. You are not rushed or pressured to make a decision concerning your purchase. If it is something you are looking for in particular, they do everything possible to try and accommodate you. This is by far one of the best men's stores I have been to in a while.
