We ordered a work bouquet for our boss and it was $130 delivered, the premium with a decorative vase, we received a regular vase with half dead 6 single roses and 4 stems of lilies. Are you kidding me!?! I emailed and called the business they will not respond nor answer my emails or calls. Now disputing charges and BBB complaint being filed. A simple remedy of a discount on the charge or another bouquet of equal value $109 for half dead flowers and majority baby breath is unacceptable!!! I have pictures as well if i could post them. I ordered on the local website, I live here where they are located. I should go in person now because our company will not be taken advantage of! Twice flowers have been delivered days late to me, without the extras of balloons and chocolate that were paid for but not delivered. The first time the flowers had obviously been sitting around for a while and were starting to wilt. The second time the arrangement looked haphazardly thrown together. I'm so disappointed with the results. Not even close to what I ordered. I paid for premium just one rose was in the bouquet. My mom also ordered because I had ordered from them. So I also feel bad for my mom's order. It clearly says "substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value" there was no equal or greater value. The worst florist... Ordered thru 1800flowers. Wish we had know the florist beforehand and checked their reviews. We paid $ 179.00 for a beautiful pink & white spray for our Aunt's funeral. The spray should have been 46" h x 34" w and what we received didn't look anything like what we ordered and was about 16" w x maybe 20" h with various wilted flowers. It was so embarrassing for us three nieces. And can't be redone. Strongly suggest you pick any other florist. Wish we could put pictures on this to show you how horrible it was. I ordered flowers for my Mother's Birthday. I was able to get them delivered the same day, which was awesome for a procrastinator like me. They turned out beautifully and she loved them! Was referred to David's Flowers by a local funeral home that my family had selected to do the burial services for my love one. I was informed that David's was the best, and boy was that a mistake. We ordered a casket spray and paid $400 for it. It was horrible. The delphiniums were purple and not blue. The carnations look like they had been in a fight. The roses were not white, but dill looking. The spray did not lay on the casket it was in a tray that was rocking. It did not look like the picture David Flowers have listed on their website. Very disappointed and to top it off my employer had flowers sent from David's that were never received. I will never use this florist ever again. Sophie is who I worked with to place this order. I hope the next customer they will honor their word and provide the services they claim they offer. read more

Ordered from 1800Flowers and they were hired to make the arrangement. Didn't get the color or flowers correct and once I informed 1800Flowers of the error in the order this piss poor nonprofessional company picked up the flowers and didn't give my Mother a replacement. This was delivered on my Mother's Birthday and they messed it up and didn't offer an apology.....just hung up in my face and she stated, "We filled the order with what we had." DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Terrible. They're contracted with 1800 flowers, who told me it was them who was supposed to deliver today. They lied and said they could not deliver and tried to call me. The place they were to deliver to was 1) open all day, 2) address and business numbers easily looked up on Google maps, and 3) I've received other calls today but none from them and my voicemail box is working great. My last experience with this flower shop came about two weeks ago. I have waited this long to post this review so that I did not write out of any anger and give too harsh of a review. The customer service to me provided by this store has been absolutely undesirable on not one, but two occasions. The first occasion that was disappointing was not as bad as the most recent. I had bought flowers over the phone, that way I would be able to slide in and out of the store quickly as I had dinner plans for the evening. When I arrived to the store, one of the women at the front informed me she remembered my call but had accidentally thrown my order away and that she would need an extra 10 minutes to get my order ready. This was not a big deal to me, but it did leave a slightly bad taste in my mouth. This experience did not stop me from returning though. My last experience, the reason for my rating, comes from probably one of the worst calls to the store I have ever experienced. I gave the store a call to try to buy some flowers. I informed the woman whom I was talking with over the phone that traffic was a bit heavier that day, and it would be very close for me to make it there before they closed. Indeed this was true, with myself reaching the store one minute after the officially listed close time. I must note that I do however understand that I am not special, so there would be no reason to stay open late for me. When talking with the women over the phone, she pushed me to place an order. I then asked her whether she would stay open a few minutes later if need be for me to pick up the flowers which I needed for that night. She responded with a no, telling me she was locking the doors at at the official closing time because they had a meeting that night, also mentioning that it was the owner's decision to close at said time. I told her I would not place an order if she could not guarantee a pick up, yet she still pushed me to hurry up and order. I told her once again I would not have a problem ordering, and since it was the owner's decision, I asked the woman over the phone if she would ask the owner if the owner wouldn't mind to keep the store open an extra 5 minutes at most. She then responded that she couldn't ask the owner that, stuttering through her words. It was obvious to me that this employee was ready to go home for the day, but who wouldn't be right? I let the lady over the phone know that I wouldn't mind paying extra for the flowers given a few extra minutes to arrive. Once again, I understand that I am not special, and nothing special should be done for me, but the woman over the phone gave me excuse after excuse in order to make her day easier. The worst part is, while I was on the phone with the woman, the store still had maybe 10-15 minutes of being open, and after I asked for the last time if she would guarantee pick up after she pushed me to order, I heard her mumbling obscenities under her breath as she hung up the phone on me. I have tried not to leave out any dialogue from this review for ultimate transparency. I am highly dissatisfied with this store and plan to spend my money elsewhere and share this story with others for the rest of my life. I normally buy flowers 10-12 times per year. I will continues to do so, just not from David's Flowers & Gifts. read more

My husband ordered flowers from 1-800 flowers and this florist filled the order for Valentines Day. He paid $75 and what was delivered was not even close to being worth $75. The flowers are already dying and the bouquet is small, more like a price worth $45-$50. Not a happy Valentine's Day at all. I need 100 yellow roses for my school senior night. I had been to several flowers shops and no one had them, Davids's was the last stop before i gave up. Sophie didn't have them but she said she would get them for me and have them ready to pick up before 5. I was relieved... no other shop even offered to get them for me. I never give people bad reviews as I can usually find someway to give people grace, but this one was just unacceptable. My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary, to be delivered on Saturday (our actual Anniversary and 1st in 21 years in which we were not together). LONG story short they didn't deliver them but called to see if I was home. I missed the call but called them back within 30 mins. I was told they were no longer in my area and since it takes them 20 mins to get to me they didn't want to come and so I would just have to wait until Monday. Obviously I did not agree with this and the driver said well I'm just a driver not the owner and I'm not coming back. I requested to speak to her boss and never heard from anyone nor would she call me back or answer my text. I even asked if I could just come get them myself. Today I received a phone call asking if I would be home today between 1-4. I told them I had to pick up my daughter at 3-4 and was told they couldn't guarantee they would be there by 3 and that they would leave them on the porch. ABSOLUTELY the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. If you are looking to order flowers DO NOT use David's Flowers in MWC. read more
