The stylist said she could lighten it or have an all over color done. I chose to have the all over color as I did not want to damage my hair again. The all over color was free of charge. I called the manager and asked if I could get refunded, even just the difference between the balayage and the single color. I paid $130 to have my hair look the same as it did before BUT now DAMAGED and PATCHY because of the areas that were lightened. I will now have to continue coloring my hair when it fades. Very disreputable service....

In my experience, they will give you tips and advice for managing your new look- as well as an estimate for when your next appointment should be. When we got there, we agreed immediately and were taken care of fabulously by the staff. The overall studio is exceptionally, relaxing and comfortable.
