We worked together on three separate projects, and in every one, his quality of work and professionalism truly stood out. First project: Elliot installed a French drain in my basement and noticed damage to the walls, so he recommended and installed a special polyester wall barrier. He walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. For the master bathroom, Luciano took a small, 1960's bathroom and enlarged it into our bedroom, meticulously moving the HVAC ducting, plumbing and electrical systems, and the result is a floor to ceiling, marble bathroom, with free standing tub and separate marble shower, high end brushed gold fixtures and double Robern vanities. The Kohler Store in King of Prussia and the Robern (vanities) main company saw photos and featured Luciano's work on their social media platforms! R & D's work is truly fantastic. Luciano involved the client the right amount to manage expectations and ensure a quality product with no surprises.
