An update, I did find out today that they do not deal with any Behringer gear. I was shocked at first but then Corey asked me said I called the company and there was no telephone number and they send you to music tribe site. Hence Corey said " why are you shocked? I recently purchased a vintage Fender Vibro Champ. I brought it to Davidson to be checked out. They fixed the issues that needed addressing and the price was extremely reasonable. Hands down the best place to get your amp fixed. These guys are so knowledgeable it's amazing, they took my messed up Marshall JCM 2000 and made it sound better than when it was first purchased. I absolutely love these guys, they went above and beyond for me without knowing me. Not only do I have an amazing sounding amp now, but I am a lot wiser with all the information they provided. I couldn't ask for a better experience. After being disappointed with the "repair" done by another facility on my keyboard, I brought it to Corey, who patiently explained what could be done and what should be done. Bottom line, he replaced so many parts and even cleaned up the keyboard inside that it is now as if I have a new instrument. The technician was honest about my options and also gave me suggestions on mixer brands that would suit my needs. It's always hard to find honest repair guys. I'm Craig Hudson and I'm in possession of a pair of JBL 4343B's. I spent over a year trying to figure out how to repair these speakers. They needed everything including but not limited to woofers, mid ranges, crossover network, and frequency adjustments, etc. The cabinets were about the only thing that would be rated an "A." I know what these speakers are worth online at sites such as eBay, so I was willing to make the investment in the repairs. However I needed to know the place I was going to leave these expensive monsters with was going to be up to the job. The challenge was finding original JBL parts for these speakers. I live in Queens, so I decided to take a ride to Plainview after checking out Davidson's website. Once there I immediately recognized that I was speaking to gentlemen a lot more knowledgeable about the speakers and audio equipment in general than I was. Corey reminds me of the guy on the auto repair show who quotes: "...if I have to choose between you and your car, I'm not choosing you." He informed me that if I wasn't willing to make the commitment needed to properly repair the speakers, I should take them home; a testament to how much Davidson loves what they do. Once the crew knew I was serious I was already convinced based on their conversation that I was leaving the speakers with them. As I was waiting in the reception area of their shop a month later I herd some awesome sounding speakers. I never thought that fantastic sound was coming from my speakers, since their shop is filled with speakers. I have been smiling every since Mathias informed me that I was listening to my speakers. Besides the cabinets Davidson had to rebuild these speakers and they have never sounded so good. In fact Davidson did such a good job on the speakers that a few weeks later I dropped off my vintage Pioneer SX1280 receiver that lit up but had no output to the speakers. Once again they made a good looking component sound as good as it looks. Besides the electronic work they performed, they also performed other repairs such as restringing and adjusting the flywheel tuning knob. I know they cleaned and touched every knob and switch since they all have that positive new feel to them. There is no doubt about it if you have anything electronic that's worth fixing these guys are a good bet for your job. I also have a Krell power amp. The amp is working fine, but it is getting up there in age and you know I'm bring it to Davidson once the need arises. Don't fake the funk, holler at Davidson for your electronic repairs needs.
