If you are a high-school senior educator or vocational instructor, again, this is a great place to visit for job possibilities in life after school. This place is huge! I have included a pic of 2 photos they have in their office. The office is located on a tiny fraction of the land. They have mulch options, rock options, lawn recycling options just to start. They can deliver or help you load your vehicle/trailer. They also have boxes they can leave at your home then come back and pick up once you fill it. All that is on their price lists. Jessalyn was in the office when I arrived. She was extremely well versed in all they offer. I received bags and a sharpie to take with me out to the rocks so I could take samples and write on the bags. She was friendly, and helpful! When it came to the price list, it is very thorough, and Jessalyn was able to break it down for me. For example a big black garbage bag of lawn debris can be about $3 a bag. (Obviously prices are subjected to change). She explained how much the average truck bed holds and what that equated to in cubic yards and explained where that was on the price sheet. I have been getting quoted from local stores and individual landscapers and the prices here are in line with other quotes. There were other employees that came in who also were well versed in landscaping, and offered me great alternatives to what I was planning and why what they were suggesting would be a better option. It wasn't about trying to upsell me something, they actually cared enough to let me know my project might not be stable enough unless I switched out a couple things. I appreciated this as I hadn't thought of it and, what was suggested would be a cleaner and safer way to complete my project! Thank you all! When I asked about a couple of services they don't offer, they had local recommendations available for me. I will definitely be using their services. The only thing needing upgrading is the signage on the way in and clearing directions on where to park. With it being so big, it would be nice to have maps at the office they can hand out with directions on where specifically to go and park when you arrive at your desired destination within their business grounds.

So a nice lady puts my name and number on a piece of paper and clips it in a stack. I called on Thursday to make sure and it is rented to another person. They reserved it on Tuesday. I'm told there is nothing with my name or number. And so it's rented to this person. I am out. This is unacceptable but not correctable. Just perfect I spent the week lining up help, equipment and a vehicle to use. I have used Total Rental for almost 20 years and never treated like this. This is not professional but what do you care? You get paid. I have to pay for stuff I can't use and people that planned to help could have made other plans. This wouldn't suck if it was a minor project. Very disguised right not.

But, a friend of mine used this place years ago and I saw her review then and bookmarked it in case I was ever in the same predicament which I recently found myself in with the surprise loss of my mother who hadn't even been ill. Michael was quick to respond to every email with multiple details because my situation got very complicated including the medical examiner, a pathologist who cancelled out at the last minute and my traveling long distance during Covid to handle matters. During the most stressful and depressing days of my life, I came here to this nice Victorian house for my mother's body. He told me the family picked this home because it wasn't cold and he was absolutely correct. Michael was patient and efficient and I found the prices reasonable because who wants to feel screwed over when dealing with the body of their most loved one. At my request, he even divided my mom's ashes into packets that I could give to her friends who wanted to do their own little ceremonies during Covid. I was embarrassed to ask, but knew I wasn't up for that task myself and he handled it with grace and warmth and refused at tip I offered for that extra step. Highly recommended. Thank you Michael for your help and patience with my complicated, drawn out situation. Remember, you do make a difference in people's lives, when it matters most.
